Abstract

As an employee, of course you want a safe job position for yourself. When companies don't provide a sense of security for their job positions, it can trigger turnover. Generation Z employees are known to tend not to want to be tied to a company and be independent, job insecurity encourages them to find ways to start entrepreneurship. The large number of people who are entrepreneurs can have a positive impact on the country's development. Seeing this creates entrepreneurial intention which can be influenced by intrinsic motivation and competency. For this reason, the aim of this research is to see the influence of job insecurity, competency, intrinsic motivation on entrepreneurial intention. The research methodology is quantitative. The population is aimed at generation Z employees with a purposive sample, namely generation Z with permanent employee status and have worked for ≥ 2 years as many as 130 employees. A survey with a questionnaire was used for data collection and then the analytical method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation, then it is found that competency has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation and the result finds that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention

Abstract

Employee loyalty is a positive form or success of a company in managing its employess or human resources. When loyalty is high, the company’s goals will be easily achieved. This research seeks to understand the effect of workload and non-physical work environment on employee loyalty. To gain this understanding, this research uses a population of employees in Miski Aghnia Corporation. In this research, two types of variables were used, i.e. the independent variable which included workload and non-physical work environment, and the dependent variable, which is employee loyalty. To get valid results, this study uses a population of 95 employees. Regarding the sampling, this research used simple random sampling technique, with the framework for determining the sample using the Isaac and Michael table; meanwhile, to get an understanding of data collection, literature studies and questionnaires were used. After obtaining the required data, data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability instruments, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. In processing the obtained data, SPSS 25 for Windows research data processing tools are used. After an in-depth study, it was concluded that the workload had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Besides, this research also concludes that the non-physical work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah responden 58 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT MNC Networks Departement Finance and Accounting. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,629. Keterbatasan penelitian / implikasi: Ruang lingkup yang digunakan penelitian ini hanya mencakup satu department yang ruang lingkupnya tidak besar dan luas dan Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel independent yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan atau tidak terhadap loyalitas karyawan, apakah kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Jenis penelitian: jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 58 orang karyawan MNC Studios Departement Traffic 3TV. Hal ini dikarenakan peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dari tabel Isaac dan Michael dimana dengan populasi diketahui sebanyak 70 orang, dengan tingkat error 5%. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti berupa kuisioner yang berjumlah 15 pernyataan. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil: hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubunngan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,522. Implikasi: implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan dapat melalui pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai seperti gaji, insentif, dan bonus yang sesuai dan juga dengan menciptakan kerjasama tim yang aktif dalam bekerja.

Abstract

This study is quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership variables and motivation on employee performance variables. The sample used was 100 employees of PT BPR Tanaoba Lais Manekat with a questionnaire instrument. Instrument quality testing is carried out through validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that, H₁ is accepted which means transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. H₂ is accepted which means motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. H₃ is accepted which means transformational leadership and motivation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, only examined the variables of transformational leadership and motivation, so there are other variables that affect employee performance that were not included in this study.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kinerja karyawan pada setiap proses komunikasi dan kerjasama tim menjadi salah satu tujuan dari perusahaan iNews. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan iNews Jakarta (Divisi News Magazine). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel 101 karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket (kuesioner). Pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabelitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil sebesar 0.026. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.783 > 0.05, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0.276 > ttabel 0.198. Sedangkan, untuk variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil regresi linier berganda sebesar 0.369. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 > 0.05 dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3.928 > ttabel 0.198. Hasil uji f hitung 7.738 > 3.09 (f tabel) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 sehingga masing-masing variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil uji R diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.136. Dengan demikian variabel komunikasi dan kerjasama tim memberikan kontribusi sebesa 13.6% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada karyawan iNews (Divisi News Magazine) dan tidak memperhitungkan variabel lain.

Abstract

Work discipline and work ethic that have been applied, good and in accordance with expectations will make an employee will be satisfied with his work. Applying high work discipline can improve the performance and achievement of the goals of the employee agency to the maximum. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee compensation. This research is a quantitative study in which the data analysis techniques used are, multiple linear regression tests, simultaneous tests (f), and partial tests (t). The number of samples in this study was 80 respondents with 25 statements on the questionnaire. This study used SPSS analysis tool version 25. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work ethic both simultaneously and partially on employee compensation of the Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Labor Social Security.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market by integrating digital marketing and environmental awareness: a case study of the application of green environmental awareness and green product pricing and its impact on green product purchasing. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is all MSMEs assisted by the green-based DKI Jakarta Industry, Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative which amounts to 284 MSMEs. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. Determination of the sample size using the Generic formula so that the sample obtained amounted to 164 respondents. The main research instrument used was a questionnaire with Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis Second Order to determine the value of each instrument factor used with standardized factor loading and t-value criteria. The accepted value in the test was more than 0.5 for standardized factor loading and more than 1.96 for t-value. Structural model analysis is carried out using Struqtural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis process was carried out using Lisrel with fit model criteria, namely chi square, GFI, AGFI, NFI and CFI, PNFI, and AIC.  The results of the analysis show that there is a direct influence of green marketing on green product purchasing. There is a direct influence of green environmental awareness on green product purchasing. There is a direct influence of green product pricing on green product purchasing. There is a direct influence of green marketing on green environmental awareness. There is a direct influence of green environmental awareness on green product pricing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job flexibility policies on job satisfaction and millennial generation employee performance in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of the study, namely start-ups in DKI Jakarta, amounted to 1256. The sampling technique used is multistage random sampling. The determination of the final sample size to be used as respondents refers to the Generic Formula, and a total sample of 294 employees is obtained. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of work flexibility on the performance of millennial generation employees in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta by 62.6%. Affected by the positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta by 42.3%. There is a simultaneous influence (together) between the implementation of work flexibility and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees in start-up companies in DKI Jakarta by 62.6%.

Abstract

Pemutus mata rantai penyebaran virus covid 19 menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua, bukan hanya pemerintah pelaksana medis tetapi juga perlu dukungan dari masyarakat melalui partisipasi. Partisipasi merupakah hal yang harus dilakukan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat Indonesia guna pengurangan penyebaran virus ini. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat dan kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus covid 19 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta analisis structural equation model (SEM). Jumlah populasi sebanyak 150 orang dengan metode metadata non probability sampling serta melakukan observasi selama 60 hari (2 bulan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan Partisipasi Masyarakat yang tinggi dan pengambilan Kebijakan Pemerintah yang tepat dapat mengurangi penyebaran virus covid 19 di Indonesia.
