Masalah utama yang dihadapi permukiman adalah pencemaran lingkungan oleh air limbah. Masalah tersebut dikarenakan tingkat pelayanan air limbah yang sangat rendah. Air limbah rumah tangga merupakan sumber utama pencemar lingkungan. Sedangkan pencemaran limbah industri diperkirakan memberi kontribusi rata-rata 25-50%. Sampai saat sekarang tingkat pelayanan air limbah tidak sebanding dengan pertumbuhan penduduk, sehingga masih banyak air limbah yang dibuang ke sungai atau badan air dengan proses yang kurang sempurna. Suatu strategi dan langkah dalam pengelolaan air limbah yang efektif dan efisiensi.

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of intellectual capital, work enthusiasm and commitment partially and jointly on employee performance at the Administration and Protocol Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. The research method uses a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique is the Simple Random Sampling technique. The total sample was 59 respondents. Based on the research results, it was found that: a) The results of partial hypothesis testing, intellectual capital has a significant effect on employee performance at the Administration and Protocol Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. b) Results of partial hypothesis testing, work morale has a significant effect on employee performance at the Administration and Protocol Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. c) The results of partial hypothesis testing that commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at the Administration and Protocol Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. d) Results of simultaneous hypothesis testing: intellectual capital, work enthusiasm and commitment together have a significant effect on employee performance at the Administration and Protocol Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia

North Cikarang District is an area that is developing rapidly so there is a need to control high density blocks, the area has developed rapidly in the last 10 years. The growth of the city population has an impact on the increasing development of trade and service corridors on strategic main roads. This trend can continue considering that land values are increasing and the land around RTH is very strategic in location, so the development of multi-story buildings needs to be controlled, so that the composition of vertical and horizontal space is maintained. The analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative descriptive analysis and Geographic Information System analysis. The aim of using this approach is to describe people's behavior, field events, and certain activities in detail and in depth. What is meant by descriptive research is research simply to describe a variable relating to the problem being studied without questioning the relationship between variables. The results of this research obtained several strategies for utilizing the space of trade and service areas in the North Cikarang urban area, including: 1) 35% of the development monitoring process carried out in North Cikarang City has not paid attention to the IMB provisions, such as exceeding GSB, KDB, KDH, and even not have an IMB such as a residence; 2) There is no space provided for the Street Vendors (PKL) area in North Cikarang Urban Center; 3) Making the North Cikarang area an area of green open space and public space; 4) Limiting development that occurs in the North Cikarang area; 5) Conduct outreach regarding the importance of community participation in maintaining green open space areas as conservation areas; 6) Take action against violations of space use in the North Cikarang area that are not in accordance with the spatial planning plan.

The OBS Budget Transparency Survey is the world's only independent, comparative and fact-based research instrument that uses internationally recognized criteria to assess public access to central government budget information; and the role of budget monitoring institutions, such as legislative bodies and national audit bodies, in the budgeting process. In good government governance, requires accountability, transparency and community participation in every public policy determination, in order to realize good governance. The study related to public participation in the budget process was prepared with the aim of getting an overview of the implementation of public information disclosure in the budgeting process in view of the low level of public participation in the budget process in Indonesia. To achieve this goal, this study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. Public participation in the Participatory Budgeting process is a key factor. Not everyone wants to be involved in Participatory Budgeting. Some of the reasons that cause low community participation are the community's disappointment because they were not involved in the initial Participatory Budgeting process, Meanwhile, in countries where the level of public participation in Participatory Budgeting is quite high, Factors that encourage community involvement include very high political awareness in society at all levels, involving all levels of society, including minorities and marginalized groups

This research aims to know, describe, and analyze the quality of human resources in the Nendali Village Office, East Sentani District, Jayapura. In this study, the researcher uses the Human Resource Quality Theory that has been adjusted and modified to meet the needs of the research. The researcher applies a qualitative approach because the object of this research involves the activities or actions of individuals or several office officers in carrying out their duties as public servants. Qualitative research methods are used to study the condition of objects naturally, in contrast to experiments, where the researcher plays the role of the main instrument. The data collection technique is carried out through triangulation (method combination), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the research results focus on interpretation. Based on the analysis of theories and findings in the field, it can be concluded that the quality of human resources at the Nendali Village Office, East Sentani District, has not fully met the expectations of the community, so improvements are still needed in the future.

Penilaian kinerja menjadi landasan pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan SDM, dimana aktivitas pelatihan diselenggarakan berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki sasaran utama yakni membuka peluang bagi pegawai untuk memperkuat kompetensi serta keahlian mereka, khususnya terkait aspek kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajerial yang dibutuhkan guna mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Kegiatan pengembangan SDM merupakan serangkaian usaha peningkatan kapabilitas melalui perencanaan pendidikan, pelatihan serta pengelolaan SDM yang tepat agar memperoleh capaian optimal sesuai tujuan organisasi. Pembahasan tulisan ini berfokus pada analisis strategi pendidikanl dan pelatihanl dalam rangkal pengembangan pegawail yang diterapkan di Kementerian Sosial RI. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam rangka pengembangan pegawai di Kementerianl Sosial lRI. Penelitianl ini mengaplikasikan metodel penelitian kualitatifl yang menghasilkan datal bersifat deskriptif melalui observasi tulisan, ucapan, serta perilaku subjek yang diamati. Tahapan analisis data penelitian berbasis studi literatur mencakup rangkaian aktivitas yangl berhubungan denganl metode pengumpulanl data kepustakaan, proses lpembacaan, pencatatan, danl pengolahan bahanl penelitian. Upaya pengembangan SDM bisa diwujudkan melalui berbagai strategi, salah satunya dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan. Program pelatihan merupakan kegiatan pendidikan berjangka singkat yang menerapkan prosedur terstruktur dan tersistem, dimana tiap pegawai dibekali pemahaman dan keahlian teknikal guna mencapai tujuan spesifik yang telah ditetapkan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses Assessment Center dalam membangun kompetensi personel Polri sesuai dengan amanah Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Perkap) Nomor 5 Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran data digital di internet dengan pilihan topik “evaluasi Assessment Center”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Assessment Center dapat efektif dalam membangun kompetensi Polri. Melalui proses evaluasi yang komprehensif, Assessment Center mampu mengidentifikasi potensi, kemampuan, dan kompetensi individu secara objektif. Pembahasan dalam artikel ini meliputi konsep dan prinsip dasar Assessment Center, komponen yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan dan teknik evaluasi yang digunakan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menganalisis manfaat dari implementasi Assessment Center dalam pengembangan kompetensi Polri serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses penyelenggaraan. Assessment Center dapat memberikan gambaran yang akurat tentang kemampuan individu dan membantu identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi. Implementasi Assessment Center dapat meningkatkan akuntabilitas seleksi, penempatan dan pengembangan personel yang sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab kepolisian. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi Assessment Center dalam konteks organisasi Polri.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of policies and planning strategies on the acceleration of development in the Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province, by looking at how the implementation of policies is linked to the implementation of policies and planning strategies with the acceleration of development in the Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province. In addition, the research is limited to the object of research, namely in the Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province. This study uses a quantitative method with explanatory research type, with a population of 98 and a research sample of 49 people determined by the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this research is the questionnaire and library techniques. The research hypothesis proves that there is a significant and positive influence on the Implementation of Planning Policies and Strategies on the Acceleration of Development. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive effect of Policy Implementation on the Acceleration of Development of 97.1% and there is a significant and positive influence of Planning Strategy on the Acceleration of Development of 90.5%, where together there is a significant and positive effect of motivation. and the provision of compensation for employee performance by 97.2% with the dominant indicators of accelerated development being attention, responsibility and action programs from strategies in the Acceleration of Development in Pesisir Barat Regency - Lampung Province.
