Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of box jump and standing jump training on the ability of long-distance kick accuracy of soccer players. The method used in this research is an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were 12 soccer players of SSB Kelud Sidoarjo. The research sample consisted of 12 soccer players who were taken using total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use prerequisite tests in the form of normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in the ability of long distance kicks after the box jump training treatment, with an average increase of 8.10%. Meanwhile, standing jump training also shows an increase, but lower, which is 2.73%. The t-test shows that box jump training is more effective than standing jump training in improving long-distance kicking ability, with t count 3.163 > t table 2.228 and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that box jump training has a greater influence on improving the accuracy of long distance kicks compared to standing jump training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine which is more influential than the drill shooting training method and target media training on shooting accuracy in SSB Keeltjes Soccer Academy U-12 athletes. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The design used two group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study was 90 athletes who attended SSB Keltjess Soccer Academy aged 12 years. The sample of this study was 20 athletes. To analyze the data using the prerequisite test using SPSS 26. The result is a sig value based on mean 0.383> 0.05, concluded homogeneous data. The shooting drill group sig. (2 tailed) 046 > 0.05 then Ho is accepted, it is concluded that there is no difference in the average results of pretest drill shooting with posttest drill shooting which means there is no effect of drill shooting training on shooting accuracy. Target media group sig. (2 tailed) 0.00 <0.05, then Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an average difference in the pretest results of the target media group with the posttest of the target media group, which means that there is an effect of target media training on shooting accuracy. In conclusion, the 2 groups, namely the drill shooting group and the target media, that target media training is one of the exercises that is effective enough to improve shooting accuracy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of passing accuracy using the drill passing and rondo method training techniques in extracurricular futsal students of smp negeri 6 sidoarjo. The research method used is quantitative with a two group pretest and posttest design. The population of this study were 12 people. Sample determination using purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study is a passing accuracy test, with an indicator of the ability to enter the ball into the goal with a distance of 10 meters. Experiment A results, > 8 as much as 1 (6.6%), 6-7 values as much as 6 (40%), 1-5 values as much as 8 (53.4%). Experimental posttest distribution values > 8 as many as 5 (33.3%%), 6-7 values as many as 4 (26.7%), 1-5 values as many as 6 (40%). group B, > 8 as many as 1 (6.6%), 6-7 values as many as 5 (33.3%), 1-5 values as many as 9 (60%), The experimental posttest distribution values > 8 were 2 (13.3%), 6-7 were 4 (26.7%), 1-5 were 9 (60%), sig. (2-tailed) in group A is .001, in group B is .056, so the sig. (2-tailed) in group A < 0.05, it can be stated that the use of the drill passing method has an effect on the success of improving passing accuracy in extracurricular futsal students. It is concluded that passing drill training has a greater influence on improving passing accuracy compared to rondo training.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the badminton achievements of the students of PGRI University Surabaya. This achievement actually shows the shortcomings or weaknesses of the women's singles athletes at PGRI University Surabaya. Both in defending the attack or the attack ability that is not optimal, it results in ball errors such as unforce errors and diving errors. So that it produces a number for the opponent. The purpose of this research is to provide answers and scientific evidence about unforce error and dives error in the women's singles match for the students of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with the subject of 6 female students at the University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. This study analyzes unforce errors and dives errors in badminton. The results of the analysis of this study are: (1) Unforce error and dive error each have an effect of 28% for unforce error and 72% for dive error
