Abstract

Mendale Village is one of the villages in Takengon, Central Aceh, located on the shores of Lake Laut Tawar. So far, Mendale Village has not had a product that can be used as a typical souvenir from Mendale Village and can increase community income. In fact, Mendale Village has a lot of natural resources. The existence of resources in the form of yeloow pumpkin can be processed into dodol. Therefore, the purpose of this Community Service program is to increase the knowledge and skills o the Mendale Village community to process tallow pumpkin into yellow pumpkin dodol which can be used as a typical culinary souvenir. The commnutiy service method used is through counceling and demonstration. The partners who attended came from mothers from the general public and the Family Welfare Empowerment Movement Team, totaling 20 people. The results of the Pre Test and Post Test that communit knowledge and skills had increased. Especially regarding the use of yellow pumpkin in food and beverage products, including dodol products and the existence of these products, including dodol products and the exixtence of theses products will provide added value to yellow pumpkin. The results of the implementation evaluation showed that almost all partners stated ‘Strongly Agree’ to several statements. The statements are, regarding the event schedule, the training material is appropriate, the theme is interesting, the program is very usefull and partners will follow the same program if it is held again in the future, each statement gets a percentage of 100% or all partners, 20 people stated ‘Strongly Agree’.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen proyek dengan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Project Evaluation And Review Technique) pada proyek pembagunan drainase Paya Serngi Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan CV. Andaman Karya Persada. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisa data menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) dan PERT (Project Evaluation And Review Technique). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa Perhitungan waktu pengerjaan proyek pembangunan drainase Paya Serngi Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah menggunakan metode CPM ( Critical Path Method ) memakan waktu selama 98 hari kerja atau lebih cepat 5 hari dari waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh CV. Andaman Karya Persada yaitu 103 Hari. Perhitungan waktu pengerjaan proyek pembangunan drainase Paya Serngi Kecamatan Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah menggunakan metode PERT (Project Evaluation And Review) memakan waktu selama 99,7 hari kerja atau lebih cepat 3,3 hari dari waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh CV. Andaman Karya Persada yaitu 103 Hari.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayananterhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada usaha jasa pencucian mobil Mutiara Indah di Simpang Empat Takengon Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah pelanggan doorsmer dengan sampel sebanyak 71 orang.Hasi Penelitian menunjukan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda dari hubungan antar variabel penelitian adalah Y= 1,068 + 0.249X1 + 0.098X2 + (-0.017X3) + 0.357X4 + 0.258X5, dimana daya tanggap tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada pada Usaha jasa Pencucian mobil Mutiara Indah dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,017. Sedangkan nilai koefisien jaminan sebesar 0,357, nilai koefisien empati sebesar 0,258,dan wujud fisik sebesar 0,249, menunjukan bahwa jaminan, empati dan wujud fisik memiliki pengaruhterhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada usaha jasa Pencucian mobil Mutiara Indah.Selanjutnya, koefisien determinasi R2sebesar 0,619 menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh kemampuan variabel independen terhadap Variabel dependen,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,381 dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lainnya yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Objective The level of trust in the stocks market is one of the important factors to improve the companys image in facing the increasingly challenging global market. The stock markets trust can be analyzed by the business capital owned by its company. This research aims to analyze the influence of financing and investment on the dependent variables of capital reaction taking the samples of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study also analyzes the responses in the ability of mining companies in the capital market. Design/methodology The associative approach has been used in this research and a descriptive research model has been utilized. This research is intended to examine the free effect of financing and investment on the dependent variable of the market reaction. The sample used in this study is saturated sampling. Samples of 32 companies out of 44 mining companies listed on the IDX were drawn for analysis purposes.Results This study found that DER financing and PER investment (price-earnings ratio) have no significant impact on capital market reaction TVA (trading volume activity) in listed mining companies in Indonesia. It can be concluded that increasing quality of mining companies in Indonesia are mostly not influenced by the power of DER and investment PER.
