Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pertama kali ditemukan Wuhan Provinsi Hubei, Cina, penyebarannya dan transmisi  COVID-19 sangat cepat hingga WHO menetapkan COVID-19 sebagai kasus pandemi global. Meluasnya penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia sangat cepat. Berdasarkan data WHO kasus COVID-19 di dunia sebanyak 6,535,354, kasus dengan kematian 387,155 jiwa. 216 negara termasuk Indonesia telah terpapar virus ini. Di Indonesia kasus positive COVID-19 sebanyak 29,521 kasus positive dengan 1770 kematian, dan di NTB sebanyak 798 kasus dengan 22 kematian, dan tingginya kasus ini menyebabkan masyarakat mengalami strees berat baik akibat pikiran maupun bebean kerja selama pandemic COVID-19. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experiment Design .Penelitian ini jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden  yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh dari pengaruh teknik relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tingkat stress masyarakat kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, dapat diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor tingkat stress sebelum intervensi sebanyak 16,75 dan mengalami penurunan skor stress setelah diberikan intervensi teknik relaksasi otot progresif 11,58. Nilai rata-rata skor stress masyarakat menunjukan adanya penurunan setelah diberikan terapi teknik relaksasi otot progresif 5,16 dengan p value 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian terapi teknik relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tingkat stress masyarakat dimasa pandemic COVID-19 di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah periode transisi dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa, dimana terjadi perubahan fisik, biologis, dan psikologis. Permasalahan kesehatan pada remaja telah menjadi prioritas masalah kesehatan masyarakat di berbagai negara. HIV/AIDS merupakan salah satu isu utama kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual pada remaja. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk terus menekan angka kejadian HIV/AIDS adalah dengan melakukan promosi dan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi khususnya HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS di Kecamatan Aikmel, Lombok Timur. Penelitian kuasi dengan rancangan pretest-postest dilakukan terhadap 30 remaja di Klinik VCT Puskesmas Kecamatan Aikmel.  Observasi dilakukan sebanyak dua kali, yaitu sebelum dan setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan memberikan kuesioner lalu mengukur tingkat pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS. Intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan diberikan melalui metode ceramah dan media poster.  Tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah intervensi dianalisis menggunakan paired t-test . Terdapat pengaruh pemberian pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS di Kecamatan Aikmel (p-value<0,05). Pendidikan kesehatan yang tepat  perlu diterapkan di lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan agar remaja memperoleh informasi yang tepat mengenai kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi

Abstract

This study employed an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach to examine the impact of hospital brand image on patient loyalty in private Islamic hospitals in Mataram. Data were collected from 223 patients at RSI Siti Hajar Mataram using structured questionnaires. The sample was selected through proportional stratified random sampling, ensuring representation across various hospital care classes.The findings of this study reveal that: (1) a positive hospital brand image significantly correlates with patient loyalty (p ≤ 0.001); (2) 96.5% of patients with a positive perception of the hospital’s image demonstrated high loyalty; (3) demographic factors, such as age, gender, and education level, influence patients’ perceptions of the hospital brand image; and (4) Muslim patients exhibited higher loyalty levels compared to non-Muslim patients, highlighting the relevance of Islamic values in healthcare services.The study underscores the critical importance of developing a positive brand image to enhance patient loyalty. Hospitals should adopt comprehensive strategies to improve service quality, ensure effective communication, and align their services with patients’ cultural and religious values. These efforts can foster trust, strengthen the hospital’s reputation, and secure long-term patient retention, particularly in culturally sensitive contexts.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Electronic Medical Records (ERM) implementation in healthcare facilities over the last decade, focusing on its benefits and challenges. ERM has significantly improved patient care quality, operational efficiency, and data security, providing fast and accurate access to medical information for clinical decision-making. However, despite these advantages, the adoption of ERM faces several technical and organizational challenges, including limited interoperability between systems and user resistance. A systematic literature review was conducted, analyzing studies from 2014-2024, to explore both the positive outcomes and barriers encountered during ERM implementation. The results indicate that while ERM reduces medical errors and enhances care coordination, particularly in managing chronic conditions, issues such as data privacy concerns and high implementation costs remain significant barriers. Recommendations to address these challenges include the development of standardized policies for system interoperability and comprehensive user training to facilitate adaptation. This study underscores the need for a more integrated approach that combines technical improvements with organizational support to maximize the potential benefits of ERM.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe digitalization of healthcare services through e-Puskesmas aims to enhance administrative efficiency and patient data integration in community health centers (puskesmas). Puskesmas Terara, East Lombok, has implemented this system; however, its effectiveness still faces various technical and non-technical challenges that require further analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The research informants include medical personnel, administrative staff, service unit coordinators, the IT team, and puskesmas management. The implementation of e-Puskesmas has provided significant benefits, such as efficient data recording, integration between service units, and clearer service information. However, several technical challenges were identified, including network disruptions and system instability. Additionally, non-technical obstacles include a lack of comprehensive training and difficulties in technology adaptation among some staff members. Although e-Puskesmas has improved service effectiveness, system optimization is still necessary. The key recommendations of this study include infrastructure enhancement, the provision of comprehensive technical training, periodic evaluation of application features, and the addition of human resources to the IT team to ensure system sustainability. Keywords: E-Puskesmas, Implementation Effectiveness, Healthcare Services, Technical Challenges, System Development.  ABSTRAK Digitalisasi layanan kesehatan melalui e-Puskesmas bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan integrasi data pasien di puskesmas. Puskesmas Terara, Lombok Timur, telah mengimplementasikan sistem ini, namun efektivitasnya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala teknis dan nonteknis yang perlu dianalisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD). Informan penelitian mencakup tenaga medis, staf administrasi, koordinator unit layanan, tim IT, dan manajemen puskesmas. Implementasi e-Puskesmas memberikan manfaat signifikan, seperti efisiensi pencatatan data, integrasi antarunit layanan, dan kejelasan informasi pelayanan. Namun, beberapa kendala teknis ditemukan, seperti gangguan jaringan dan ketidakstabilan sistem. Selain itu, hambatan nonteknis meliputi kurangnya pelatihan mendalam serta kesulitan adaptasi teknologi oleh sebagian staf. Meskipun e-Puskesmas telah meningkatkan efektivitas layanan, optimalisasi sistem masih diperlukan. Rekomendasi utama penelitian ini adalah peningkatan infrastruktur, penyediaan pelatihan teknis komprehensif, evaluasi berkala fitur aplikasi, serta penambahan sumber daya manusia di tim IT guna memastikan keberlanjutan sistem. Kata Kunci: E-Puskesmas, Efektivitas Implementasi, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kendala Teknis, Pengembangan Sistem.

Abstract

Background: Healthcare worker performance is a key factor in ensuring optimal quality healthcare services. Performance is influenced by various internal and external factors, including perceived workload, motivation, and work climate. Understanding the relationship between these three factors is necessary to support increased healthcare worker effectiveness in primary care facilities. Purpose: To determine the relationship between perceived workload, motivation, and work climate with healthcare worker performance. Method: This quantitative study employed a survey design. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank bivariate correlation and multiple regression with robust standard errors. The study sample was obtained purposively from healthcare workers at the Batukliang Utara District Community Health Center. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that work climate variables had a positive and significant correlation with performance, while perceived workload was not significant. Motivation had a strong and significant relationship with performance in both bivariate and multivariate tests. However, in multiple regression, work climate did not significantly affect performance. Conclusion: Motivation was the dominant factor influencing healthcare worker performance, followed by a supportive work climate. Perception of workload does not directly affect performance.   Keywords: Healthcare Workers; Motivation; Performance; Workload; Work Climate.   Pendahuluan: Kinerja tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor kunci dalam memastikan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal. Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, di antaranya persepsi terhadap beban kerja, motivasi, dan iklim kerja. Pemahaman mengenai hubungan ketiga faktor tersebut diperlukan untuk mendukung peningkatan efektivitas tenaga kesehatan di fasilitas pelayanan dasar. Tujuan:  Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi beban kerja, motivasi, dan iklim kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi bivariat Spearman Rank serta regresi berganda dengan robust standard errors. Sampel penelitian diperoleh secara purposif dari tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Wilayah Kecamatan Batukliang Utara. Hasil: Analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel iklim kerja memiliki korelasi positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja, sedangkan persepsi beban kerja tidak signifikan. Motivasi memiliki hubungan kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja baik pada uji bivariat maupun multivariat. Namun, pada regresi berganda, iklim kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Simpulan: Motivasi merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi kinerja tenaga kesehatan, diikuti dengan peran iklim kerja yang mendukung. Abstract

ABSTRACT Household management of leftover and expired medications is a critical issue impacting public health and environmental sustainability. Improperly managed leftover and expired medications have the potential to pollute the environment and endanger health. Lack of knowledge and information is a major cause of inappropriate medication disposal. This study aims to analyze factors influencing community behavior in managing leftover and expired medications in Sekarbela District, Mataram City. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using consecutive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using path analysis with SPSS. The results showed that information media had a significant influence (0.002) on community behavior, health promotion programs had a significant influence (0.032) on community behavior, and public knowledge had a significant influence (0.000) on community behavior. Thus, information media and health promotion programs have a direct and indirect influence through knowledge, significantly affecting community behavior. Public behavior in managing leftover and expired medications is influenced by information media, health promotion programs, and knowledge. Keywords: Leftover Medications, Expired Medications, Knowledge, Behavior.  ABSTRAK Pengelolaan obat sisa dan obat kedaluwarsa di rumah tangga menjadi isu penting yang berdampak terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan kelestarian lingkungan. Obat sisa dan kedaluwarsa yang tidak dikelola dengan benar di rumah tangga berpotensi mencemari lingkungan dan membahayakan kesehatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi menjadi salah satu penyebab utama perilaku pembuangan obat yang tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat dalam mengelola obat sisa dan obat kedaluwarsa di Kecamatan Sekarbela Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih secara consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, lalu hasil pengisian kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media informasi berpengaruh secara signifikan (0,002) terhadap perilaku masyarakat, program promkes berpengaruh secara signifikan (0,032) terhadap perilaku masyarakat dan pengetahuan masyarakat berpengaruh secara signifikan (0,000) terhadap perilaku masyarakat. Dengan demikian, media informasi dan program promkes memiliki pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui pengetahuan secara signifikan terhadap perilaku masyarakat. Perilaku masyarakat dalam mengelola obat sisa dan obat kedaluwarsa dipengaruhi oleh media informasi, program promosi kesehatan, dan pengetahuan.  Kata Kunci: Obat Sisa, Obat Kedaluwarsa, Pengetahuan, Perilaku.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a silent killer because sufferers often do not experience any symptoms at all. Complications can occur if hypertension cannot be controlled or remains high for a long period of time. The Health Belief Model (HBM) is a model used to describe individuals' beliefs about healthy living behaviors, so that individuals will engage in healthy behaviors, which can be preventive behaviors or the use of health facilities. Purpose: To determine the relationship between components of the Health Belief Model (HBM) and medication adherence and stress levels in hypertensive patients. Method: This observational analytical study, using a cross-sectional design, was conducted at the North Batukliang District Community Health Center in hypertensive patients. A sample of 90 respondents was used. Data collection was conducted through interviews, surveys, and questionnaires. Multiple logistic regression was used as the data analysis technique. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests on the relationship between the health belief model (HBM) and medication adherence, the p-value was 0.000 (< 0.05), with an Odd Ratio (OR) = 9.425. Respondents in the high perception category were 9.425 times more likely to adhere to medication compared to those in the low perception category. The relationship between the health belief model (HBM) and stress levels yielded a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05) and an odds ratio (OR) of 4.286, indicating that respondents in the high perception category were 4.286 times more likely to experience stress than those in the low perception category. Conclusion: There is a relationship between medication adherence and stress levels with the health belief model (HBM) in hypertensive patients at the North Batukliang District Health Center. Suggestion: For future researchers, it is hoped that the research population will be larger and come from different places. Health workers should also play a role in encouraging the prevention of hypertension in healthy individuals and treatment at health centers for individuals who are already sick.   Keywords: Health Belief Model (HBM); Hypertension Patients; Medication Adherence; Stress.   Pendahuluan: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit pembunuh diam-diam karena penderita sering kali tidak merasakan gejalanya sama sekali. Komplikasi dapat terjadi jika penyakit hipertensi yang tidak mampu di kontrol atau tetap terus menerus tinggi berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Health belief model (HBM) adalah suatu model yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kepercayaan individu terhadap perilaku hidup sehat, sehingga individu akan melakukan perilaku sehat, perilaku sehat tersebut dapat berupa perilaku pencegahan maupun penggunaan fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan komponen health belief model (HBM) dengan kepatuhan minum obat dan tingkat stress pada pasien hipertens. Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional, dilakukan di Puskesmas Wilayah Kecamatan Batukliang Utara pada pasien hipertensi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, survei, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil: Berdasarkan uji statistik pada hubungan health belief model (HBM) dengan kepatuhan minum obat, diperoleh p-value: 0.000 (< 0.05), Odd Ratio (OR) = 9.425, responden kategori persepsi tinggi memiliki peluang 9.425 kali patuh minum obat dibandingkan kategori persepsi rendah. Dan hubungan health belief model (HBM) dengan tingkat stres diperoleh p-value: 0.002 (< 0.05), Odd Ratio (OR) = 4.286, responden kategori persepsi tinggi memiliki peluang 4.286 kali mengalami stress dibandingkan kategori persepsi rendah. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan kepatuhan minum obat dan tingkat stres dengan health belief model (HBM) pada pasien hipertensi. Saran: Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan populasi penelitian lebih besar dan berasal dari tempat yang berbeda.
