Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a weapon that destroys action and poverty, and becomes a ladder towards the dream of every student to be financially independent. This study aims to determine the Urgency of Entrepreneurship Education by Utilizing Digital Technology for UIN Alauddin Makassar Students. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education is needed in any field regardless of the field occupied or one's profession. With entrepreneurship education students are able to build an entrepreneurial spirit by creating various creative ideas and innovations, being able to utilize and follow the very rapid developments of digital technology. The conclusion of this study is Entrepreneurship Education at UIN Alauddin Makassar Higher Education as a process or activity carried out in order to internalize entrepreneurial mentality, transmit entrepreneurial knowledge and skills to students, accelerate experience and transmit the mindset and behavior of an entrepreneur to students so that they behave and become entrepreneurs. This is very important because the development of entrepreneurship has led to a creative and digital economy, so that it is able to make new businesses no longer focus on finding work and becoming workers anymore, but can create and open jobs.

Abstract

The phenomenon of a learning crisis occurred after the COVID-19 pandemic; discipline is one aspect that must be the main focus of schools during this learning crisis. At MTs Arifah, discipline is the primary goal of extracurricular scouting. This study aims to reveal curriculum management in improving student discipline in the scout extracurricular activities. This research also uses a descriptive qualitative approach to tell the facts of curriculum management of the scout extracurricular to improve student discipline. The results obtained from this study reveal that the management of scout extracurricular curriculum planning begins with preparing Prota and Promes as a reference for activities for one year and evaluations carried out by implicit means, namely oral reports by scout coaches to the principal; this evaluation is more effective because the principal is faster and understands the conditions of extracurricular scouting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penatausahaan dan pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan di Indonesia dengan menyoroti pentingnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai regulasi yang mengatur pengelolaan dana pendidikan, termasuk Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 71 Tahun 2010 tentang Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan, serta Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Dana Pendidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kerangka hukum yang mendukung telah tersedia, implementasi pengelolaan keuangan pendidikan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan kompetensi pengelola dan lemahnya infrastruktur pendukung. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan intensif dan pengembangan sistem teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi guna mendukung efisiensi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facility and infrastructure management on the quality of graduates in public junior high schools. The main underlying problem is that researchers found low quality of graduates in several public junior high schools, which is suspected to be related to the suboptimal management of educational facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is quantitative with an ex post facto approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents consisting of principals, teachers, and educational staff in public junior high schools. Data analysis was conducted using a simple linear regression technique to test the influence of facility and infrastructure management on graduate quality. The results showed that facility and infrastructure management had a positive and significant effect on graduate quality with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.625. This means that facility and infrastructure management contributed 62.5% to improving graduate quality, while the rest was influenced by other factors. This finding confirms that the availability, maintenance, and optimal utilization of facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of educational output. Therefore, facility and infrastructure management needs to be a primary concern for schools in an effort to continuously improve graduate quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengelolaan administrasi sekolah melalui arsip digital berbasis Google Drive di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Amali. Penelitian ini didorong oleh kebutuhan akan manajemen dokumen yang efisien, aksesibilitas, dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tiga aspek utama: (1) perencanaan pengelolaan arsip digital, (2) implementasi oleh guru dan staf administrasi, dan (3) evaluasi efektivitas Google Drive dalam manajemen administrasi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan staf sekolah, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk menilai efektivitas Google Drive dalam mengelola administrasi sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Google Drive meningkatkan pengorganisasian dokumen, efisiensi kerja, dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan, termasuk konektivitas internet yang terbatas, pelatihan yang tidak memadai bagi staf, dan risiko keamanan data. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun hak akses terhadap dokumen telah terstruktur, masih terdapat kekurangan kebijakan standar untuk pengorganisasian dan perlindungan dokumen.

Abstract

The preparation of a work program for educational budget implementation is a strategic step in managing financial resources to achieve educational goals. Effective budget management plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of quality educational facilities and services. This article discusses seven key aspects of educational budget preparation, namely routine budgets, development budgets, budget determination, expedited work completion through cash programs, program cost analysis, and the preparation of unit costs for routine and development budgets. The routine budget covers daily operational needs, such as salary payments, stationery procurement, and facility maintenance, which are prepared based on an inventory of needs and priority setting. Meanwhile, the development budget focuses on long-term projects, such as renovations and new facility procurements. Budget determination is carried out by referring to data-based educational needs and involving stakeholders to ensure transparency. In addition, a cash program strategy is implemented to accelerate work completion through timely fund management. Program cost analysis helps evaluate the effectiveness of fund allocation by comparing benefits and costs and identifying potential inefficiencies. The preparation of unit costs, both for routine and development budgets, considers market price standards and the specific needs of each component. Each stage is designed to ensure transparent, efficient, and targeted budget management. With thorough planning and active involvement from various parties, the educational budget can be allocated optimally to create a conducive learning environment. This article is expected to serve as a practical guide for policymakers and educational practitioners in enhancing accountability and financial management quality in the education sector, thereby supporting the sustainable achievement of national educational goals.

Abstract

This research aims to outline the concept of education financing policy and management. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study research method. The data in this study come from relevant literature, books and journals related to the subject of this article. This study discusses several main problems, namely: 1) the concept of an effective and efficient financing system in education; 2) education budget and financial management; 3) the management system of financing for the implementation of education; 4) education financing models. After collecting data from several relevant literature, the data is researched, reviewed, described, developed and innovated from previous research. Education financing policy and management aims to create an efficient and effective system, as well as ensure access to quality education for each individual through optimal resource management. This aspect is very important because it has a direct effect on the quality of education. With clear regulations and good management, it is hoped that education financing can be managed in an effective way to improve the quality of education services at all levels.
