Abstract

Beban kerja merupakan sesuatu yang muncul dari interaksi antara tuntutan tugas, lingkungan kerja, keterampilan, perilaku dan persepsi dari pekerja. Beban kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan. Kelelahan kerja perawat merupakan gejala yang berhubungan dengan penurunan efesiensi kerja, keterampilan, serta kebosanan pada perawat. Tujuan Penelitian: menganalisis hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pada perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat Inap Lantai 1 RSUD Sekarwangi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan responden sebanyak 58 orang. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah kuesioner beban kerja adaptasi dari Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dengan 15 pertanyaan dan kuesioner kelelahan kerja dari Tarwaka dengan 30 pertanyaan.  Kedua instrumen telah valid dan reliabel.  Analisis data menggunakan uji kategorik tidak berpasangan alternatif chi-square Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Hasil: lebih dari setengah responden mengalami beban kerja berat sebesar 56,9%. Sebagian besar responden mengalami kelelahan tinggi yaitu 67,2%. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja nilai (p=0,338). Diskusi: Beban kerja perawat yang tinggi akan menyebabkan kelelahan kerja perawat. Kelelahan kerja akan berdampak pada pelayanan kepada pasien tidak optimal sehingga berisiko terhadap keselamatan pasien. Meskipun hasil analisis hubungan antar variabel secara statistik tidak bermakna, namun pada kajian secara praktik menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berlebihan dapat memengaruhi kelelahan kerja. Adanya perbedaan temuan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya kemungkinan dapat disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan lokasi pengambilan data, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, dan keterbatasan jumlah sampel.  Kesimpulan: Banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kelelahan kerja.  Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi tolak ukur serta pertimbangan untuk dikembangkannya materi pembelajaran tentang beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja beserta faktor-faktor lainnya yang akan memengaruhi beban kerja perawat.Kata kunci: Beban kerja, kelelahan kerja, perawatCorrelation Between Workload and Work Fatigue in Executing Nurses in Inpatient InstalationABSTRACTWorkload is something that emerges from an interaction between task demands, work environment, skills, behavior and perceptions of workers. It is one of the factors that can cause fatigue. Nurses’ work fatigue is a symptom correlated with a decrease in work efficiency, skills, and boredom in nurses. Objective: to analyze the correlation between workload and level of work fatigue in executing nurses at the 1st Floor Inpatient Installation of Sekarwangi Regional Hospital. Methods: This research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach with 58 respondents. Samples were taken   using total sampling. The instruments used were an adapted workload questionnaire from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia with 15 questions and a work fatigue questionnaire from Tarwaka with 30 questions. Both instruments were valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using an alternative unpaired categorical chi-square test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Results: More than half of the respondents (56.9%) experienced a heavy workload. Most of the respondents (67.2%) experienced high fatigue. There was no correlation between workload and work fatigue (p=0.338). Discussion: Nurses’ high workload would cause nurses’ work fatigue. Work fatigue would have an impact on unsatisfactory service to patients so that it risked patient safety. Although the results of the analysis of the correlation between variables was not statistically significant, the practical study indicated that excessive workload could affect work fatigue. The differences in the findings of this research with previous studies might be due to differences in the location of data collection, the research instruments used, and the limited number of samples. Conclusion: Many factors affect work fatigue. The results of this research can be used as a benchmark and consideration for the development of learning materials about the impact of workload on work fatigue and other factors that will affect the nurses’ workload.Keywords: workload, work fatigue, nurses

Abstract

Background: The development of  a nurse's career path is the planning and implementation of a career plan that can be used for Nurses' placement based on their expertise based and career level with reference to regulations made by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to prevent job dissatisfaction or workforce resignation. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of the career path of nurses and job satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Cibabat Cimahi Regional General Hospital. Methods: The method used a descriptive correlation method with a cross-sectional approach. This study included 113 Nurses. The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire for job satisfaction and the applicable SPO (Standard Operating Procedure) format were used to collect the data. Data analysis used  Chi-Square test to measure the significance of the study. Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between the implementation of the career path of implementing nurses and job satisfaction (<0.000) in the inpatient room of the Cibabat Cimahi Regional General Hospital in 2022. Conclusion: Career path implementation related to Job satisfaction. Further research about other factors that contributed to job satisfaction needs to be done. Abstract

Background:Preceptors play an important role in clinical guidance, namely guiding andeducating preceptees to become professional nurses. Preceptors have duties as educators andclinical officers who are often constrained by time and workload. When teaching, preceptorsneed methods or strategies so that learning objectives can be achieved and are effective.Objective: The aim is to analyze the competency gap for Clinical Nurses 3 in clinical guidancecapacity at Cibabat Cimahi Regional Hospital. Method: The design of this research is actionresearch. Taking total sampling, the research reached stage 2 of the 4 stages of actionresearch.Results: the results of Clinical Nurses 3 , Nurse Competency in implementing clinicalguidance for students are still low. Part A regarding student evaluation, the average score is31.319 with 22 people with high competency and 25 people with low competency. Part B isabout determining individual goals and teaching, the average score is 42.1 with 17 people withhigh competency and 30 people with low competency. Part C is about determining teachingstrategies, the average score is 60.8 with 18 people with high competency and 29 people withlow competency. Part D regarding knowledge demonstrations held, the average score was 17with 20 people with high competency and 27 people with low competency. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah suatu kondisi di mana tekanan darah melebihi standar tinggi, dengan tekanan sistolik mencapai atau melebihi 140 mmHg dan tekanan diastolik mencapai atau melebihi 90 mmHg. Hipertensi yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti gagal jantung, serangan jantung akibat infark miokard, kerusakan pembuluh darah (arteriopati), stroke, dan kerusakan ginjal. Ini adalah penyebab kematian nomor satu di seluruh dunia setiap tahun. Sebagian besar kasus ditemukan pada populasi berusia di atas 65 tahun. Pengobatan hipertensi melibatkan pasien yang mempraktikkan perawatan diri yang baik. Perawatan diri mencakup serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan selama periode waktu tertentu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perawatan diri individu, menggunakan metode manajemen perawatan diri. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen perawatan diri dan kualitas hidup pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Puskesmas Gunung Halu pada bulan Januari 2025. Metode Penelitian: Metode potong lintang kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas digunakan pada 74 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan nilai p <0,001 dengan nilai r 0,387, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat. Kesimpulan: Dari 74 responden, 32 (43,3%) melaporkan manajemen perawatan diri yang buruk dengan kualitas hidup sedang, sementara 42 (56,8%) melaporkan manajemen perawatan diri yang memadai dengan kualitas hidup yang tinggi.
