Abstract

Lack of people’s awareness in maintaining environment demands human being to keep it clean. Thorugh of creativity and innovative are poured into action by Kuya Tilu Belas, people’s role as agent of change is trying to be risen again so that revitalization process to keep river staying clean will immediatelly occur as it was before. The result of this study exposes that conceptual mode has been spreaded by community to society of RW 13 Tamansari outcoming a thought of movement “Cikapundung clean”.To communicate this idea, community uses two approaches (intrapersonal and mass media) to ease society in looking for information about movement of Cikapundung clean, from this study shows that four RTs receive and adapt ideas while three of them choose no longer to adapt this diffusion and innovation.

Abstract

SMA IMBOS adalah Pondok Pesantren Modern yang menerapkan konsep boarding school. Analisis minat dan bakat siswa merupakan salah satu dukungan dalam perwujutan visi SMA IMBOS yang hadir untuk mempersiapkan generasi islam melalui kurikulum terpadu, yaitu perpaduan kurikulum Merdeka dan kurikulum khas IMBOS dengan tujuan melahirkan generasi "Cendikiawan Qur'ani" dengan karakter akademik, tahfizh, dan tarbiyah islam. Proses pengaplikasian perpaduan kurikulum Merdeka dan kurikulum islami di SMA IMBOS membutuhkan suatu pendekatan dalam menganalisis minat dan bakat siswa, pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tersebut adalah metode RIASEC. Metode RIASEC memetakan minat dan bakat siswa kedalam 6 kelompok yaitu R (Realistic), I (Investigative), A (Artistic), S (Social), E (Enterprising), dan C (Conventional). Hasil analisis RIASEC pada siswa kelas X SMA IMBOS memperlihatkan sebanyak 26% siswa dengan karakter Social, 21% siswa berkarakter Realistic, 19% berkarakter Investigatif, 12% siswa berkarakter Enterprising, 8% siswa berkarakter Artistic dan 14% siswa berkarakter Conventional. Kesesuain analisis RIASEC dengan karakter minat profesi siswa mencapai 95,24% dan tingkat kepuasan siswa sebesar 100%. Keberlanjutan kegiatan PkM ini adalah mengadaptasi sistem RIASEC digital terpadu agar dapat dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk seluruh siswa SMA IMBOS.

Abstract

Digitalization is a big question about how to accept and adapt to it. People's behavior and culture are also affected by the development of the internet, especially in tourist areas, which has the potential to use it to meet their needs, shop online, sell to visitors and get important information that can increase the scale of their small business. But of course, this does not happen in Pamah Similir Hamlet–Telagah Village where the community still has limited access to digitalization. Telagah Village is ready to face digitalization, but with several improvements in factors that affect the digitalization of village marketing, namely irritation, credibility, interactivity, accessibility, and transformative, this research was carried out on the application of digitalization. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much the influence factor of Village Marketing Digitalization and how the community is ready to deal with it. The results of this study show that all factors influencing Village Marketing Digitalization have a positive and significant effect on the variables of Village Marketing Digitalization. The influencing factors are Irritation, Credibility, Accesibility, Transformative, and Interactivity Variables. From the model test, the largest direct influence is the transformative variable on the credibility variable with a Tstatistic of 22.259 and a P value of 0.000, while the largest indirect influence is the accesibility variable on the credibility variable through the transformative variable with a Tstatistic of 18.755 and a P value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study shows that the Telagah Village community is ready to accept the digitalization of their village marketing, although there are several priority obstacles in terms of signal reception and the amount of signal obtained, road infrastructure and network stability in the village.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT BPJS Health Medan with the aim of analyzing the influence of jobpromotions, work Engagement and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The research population was86 employees who worked in the company and the sample was taken with a saturated sample so that the totalsample was 86 respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, data collection techniquesusing literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classicalassumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that job promotion, Work Engagement andwork environment partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. There is asufficient correlation between job promotion, work environment and organizational culture on employee jobsatisfaction in the company, amounting to 31.2% and the remaining 68.8% is explained by other variables notstudied.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and commitment on work productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Stabat Branch. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the t value is 8.749 > t table of 2.01 with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05, so the hypothesis H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that motivation has a partially significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Stabat Branch . The test results for the job satisfaction variable show a tcount value of 4.173 > ttable of 2.01 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, so the hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that job satisfaction has a partially positive and significant effect on employee work productivity in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Stabat Branch. The test results for the commitment variable show a tcount value of 7.257 > ttable of 2.01 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, so hypothesis H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that commitment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Bank Indonesian People, Stabat Branch. The result of the calculated F is 186.264 which is greater than 2.83 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 4 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that motivation, job satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee work productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Stabat Branch..
