Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan produktifitas kinerja suatu instansi. Oleh karena itu, suatu instansi perlu melakukan penilaian prilaku kerja pegawai untuk mengetahui keberhasilan atau tidak berhasilnya dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. permasalahan yang terjadi di Dinas Perkotaan, Pertamanan dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Tebo yaitu sulitnya melakukan proses penilaian prilaku kerja pegawai secara efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan Pegawai Negeri Sipil profesional berdasarkan dari kriteria penilaian prilaku kerja. Fuzzy MCDM dalam hal ini digunakan untuk penilaian secara numeris dan linguistic. Untuk penyeleksiannya dilakukan dengan proses integral, Input yang diperlukan dalam kasus ini yaitu kriteria dan alternatif, sementara output yang dihasilkan adalah nama pengawai negeri sipil yang terpilih paling profesional.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of teacher performance management at MTsS Sepakat Segenep. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study methods. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation study methods. Next, the data was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, data triangulation techniques were used. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of teacher performance management has been carried out by the madrasah as it should be. This can be seen from planning, implementation, monitoring and feedback in teacher performance management. The school has implemented a teacher performance improvement program at MTsS Sepakat Segenep. This was seen when the school held a performance planning meeting which was held a few days before the end of the school year. This is intended so that at the start of the school year the teachers will have implemented a work program without disrupting the new school year by formulating a work program. Then, in making decisions about school goals, the principal does so through deliberation so that teachers can provide input about the actual conditions in the field and what obstacles might arise. When the school's goals have been obtained, then the principal determines the concept of a work program which must then be developed into a work program by the teachers according to their respective duties and functions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the role-playing method in the process of language development and building children's character from an early age. Role playing is expected to be able to have an effect on the early childhood education process so that it contributes to the control of early childhood education in Indonesia. References are obtained through literature review in order to obtain sources related to the data needed for analysis and then conclusions. Role playing is able to develop language and build character, through the roles played by children it is easier to interact and have the opportunity to play various kinds of characters so as to provide appropriate learning to build character so that they are able to directly differentiate between good and bad roles. The rampant actions of children against parents, teachers and bullying and the lack of maximum implementation of character education values in children is the background for research and is a special concern and must be immediately taken seriously by educators. Abstract

School supervisors play a strategic role in enhancing school performance by providing academic and managerial coaching. This study examines the influence of school supervisors' academic supervision and teachers' work motivation on teacher professionalism. A quantitative approach with a correlational survey method was employed. The findings reveal that academic supervision by school supervisors in Sumay District, Tebo Regency, is categorized as high, indicating effective supervision practices that require further enhancement. Academic supervision positively and significantly influences teacher professionalism, accounting for 30.04% of the variance. Similarly, teacher work motivation is also high, contributing to a positive and significant influence on teacher professionalism at 46.10%. Overall, the professionalism of elementary school teachers in the district is rated as high, demonstrating good competency levels. Furthermore, the combined positive and significant influence of academic supervision and work motivation on teacher professionalism is 47.50%. These findings underscore the critical role of academic supervision and motivation in fostering teacher professionalism and highlight areas for continued improvement.

Abstract

Perilaku bullying marak terjadi di Indonesia saat ini. Bullying akan menghambat remaja dalam mengaktualisasi diri dan membuat para korban bullying merasa terintimidasi, merasa tidak berharga serta sulit berkonsentrasi dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penanaman karakter religius dalam mengatasi bulliying pada remaja di kelurahan Selamat Kecamatan Danau Sipin Kota Jambi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. Bullying pada remaja terjadi dalam bentuk bullying fisik, bullying verbal dan bullying sosial. 2. Penanaman karakter religius dalam menanggulangi terjadinya bullying pada remaja Kelurahan Selamat Kecamatan Danau Sipin melalui beberapa kegiatan yaitu: kegiatan pengajian remaja masjid dan kegiatan rutin mingguan berupa bakti sosial di lingkungan masyarakat 3. Hambatan-hambatan dalam penanaman karakter religius adalah kurangnya dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat, serta remaja memiliki karakter dan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah membangun komunikasi secara intensif dengan orang tua, penggunaan metode, dan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter.
