Abstract

This research investigates the grammatical construction and common logical problems in argumentative essays produced by Master of English Education students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This study utilized a qualitative research framework and content analysis as the design. The data collection involves a detailed syntactical analysis, facilitated by Shang’s syntax tree generator, with the researcher actively engaged in the evaluation and categorization of grammatical and logical elements. The main arguments are identified, and connections to the overarching thesis are established. Systematic coding is applied to categorize findings, encompassing sentence structure, evidence usage, tone, logical connectives, cohesions, counterarguments, and identification of logical fallacies. Findings reveal notable technical errors in sentence construction, especially in constructing complex sentences. Moreover, difficulties in understanding the appropriate genre in argumentative writing and logical errors in expressing opinions and drawing conclusions are identified. This study discovered that students encounter difficulties in maintaining a coherent and logically sound progression of ideas throughout their essays.

Abstract

Pendampingan pembuatan sabun cuci piring pada UMKM MANJA di Desa Rejomulyo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas produk lokal ramah lingkungan serta pemanfaatan sereh wangi yang tersedia di lingkungan sekitar. Pendampingan mencakup pelatihan teknik produksi yang tepat, pemahaman tentang keamanan penggunaan bahan kimia, serta strategi pemasaran dan branding untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan kepercayaan diri pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola usaha mereka. Produk sabun yang dihasilkan memiliki daya saing karena memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen akan produk yang higienis, alami, dan aman digunakan. Pasca kegiatan, UMKM diharapkan mampu memperluas akses pasar, meningkatkan pendapatan, serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha. Produk juga berpotensi dipasarkan lebih luas dengan dukungan kemasan modern, perizinan usaha, dan promosi yang tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Salah satu target pembangunan berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs) adalah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kualitas pendidikan dapat dilihat dari tingkat Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Salah satu unsur yang digunakan untuk menghitung IPM, yaitu angka melek huruf, di mana hal tersebut dapat ditingkatkan melalui minat baca. Kota Surabaya merupakan kota besar di Indonesia, di mana minat baca di Kota Surabaya sudah tergolong tinggi. Tingginya minat baca tersebut, diduga terdapat faktor memengaruhi, seperti faktor teknologi, peran sekolah, peran orang tua dan metode bercerita. Untuk mengetahui faktor mana yang sebenarnya berpengaruh secara signifikan maka dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua dan peran sekolah merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat baca siswa SD/sederajat di Kota Surabaya. Sedangkan teknologi dan metode bercerita tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat baca siswa SD/sederajat di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKRematik atau osteoarthritis adalah penyakit inflamasi sistemik kronis, inflamasi sistemik yang dapat mempengaruhi banyak jaringan dan organ, terutama menyerang sendi. Sering terjadi pada wanita karena berhubungan dengan  menopause dan banyak terjadi pada orang yang obesitas karena berat badan yang leb²ih akan menambah beban pada sendi. Tujuan Studi kasus ini untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada osteoarthritis. Metode Subjek penelitian 1 pasien dengan studi kasus selama 2 hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dengan  mengambil satu sample sebagai unit analisis. Hasil analis astatistik Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 2x24 jam dengan masalah gangguan nyeri teratasi sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dengan hasil implementasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan respon perkembangan klien. Kesimpulan Pada saat dilakukan evaluasi asuhan keperawatan yang telah diberikan kepada pasien terdapat 3 masalah keperawatan yang teratasi.Kata Kunci : Nyeri, Osteoarthritis, Rematik, AsuhanABSTRACTRheumatism or osteoarthritis are chronic systemic inflammatory diseases, systemic inflammation which can affect many tissues and organs, especially attacking joints. It often occurs in women because it is associated with menopause and occurs in people because of its weight. Purpose This case study is to carry out a nursing care in osteoarthritis.  Methods Study subjects 1 patient with a case study for 2 days. This study uses a nursing care approach by taking a sample as an analysis unit. Statistical Analysis Results nursing actions for 2x24 hours with pain problems were solved according to the criteria set out in the implementation carried out in accordance with the client's developmental response. Abstract

Indicators of efficiency and quality in healthcare often include patient satisfaction with the care they received. Health managers and policymakers may benefit greatly from the information gleaned from patient satisfaction surveys when conducting analyses of the existing state, awareness, quality, and quantity of process improvement initiatives and quality improvement. Improving patient satisfaction and providing patient-centered care relies heavily on meeting and even exceeding patients' expectations of the health care they get. There is still limited data about patients’ satisfaction and service quality in Bondowoso’s Primary Health Care. Therefore, this study was made to measure patients' satisfaction toward service quality in Bondowoso‘s Primary Healthcare. This is quantitative cross-sectional primary research. The data was collected using a questionnaire with 22 pairs of questions (organized in two aspects of service importance and performance) in 5 dimensions of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used to determine the weaknesses of service quality and prioritizing the aspects requiring improvement. Data was collected at Primary Health Care Raider 514 Bondowoso from February to March 2023. Samples were filtered with several inclusion criteria based by age, residence, and their status as a patients in Primary Health Care Raider 514 Bondowoso. From 72 respondents, 54.2% (n=39) was Male, 81.9% (n=59) age were under 46 years old, 37.5% (n=27) had university degree, and 65.3% (n=47) were employed. The result of IPA showed that the Assurance in the QI (concentrate here), and reliability and responsiveness in the Q II (keep up the good work). tangible in the Q III (low priority), empathy was located in the Q IV (possible overkill). According to our findings, assurance was an aspect which was prioritized for improvement. A more comprehensive operational standard could improve assurance. Results are limited only to 1 primary health care site from February to March 2023 and limited to first level health facility patients only.

Abstract

Intensity-Modulated Radio Therapy (IMRT) are often used to treat cancer because of its advantages and low risks. This study aims to investigate the evidence supporting the routine use of IMRT in various cancer in the aspects of conformity and homogeneity indices, toxicity, quality of life, and life expectancy. This is a systematic review which examines articles published from 2019 – 2024 in Google Scholar, Proquest, Elsevier, Portal Garuda and local journals databases. Article searched using keywords like Radiotherapy, Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy, Effectiveness of Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy, and comparison of Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy. This study found the superiority of IMRT compared to other methods in the aspects of achieving conformity and homogeneity indices, toxicity, quality of life and life expectancy.
