Abstract

ABSTRACT UMKM have contributed greatly to Indonesia's regional and state revenues. UMKM have an important role in economic development. Due to the relatively high level of labor absorption and small investment capital requirements, UMKM can flexibly adapt and respond to changing market conditions (Sopanah, 2010). UMKM scattered around the Ciputat Region, South Tangerang, Banten. The assisted UMKM received business capital loan assistance to develop UMKM businesses, the hope to be achieved is how the sustainability and business development of the assisted UMKM can increase. The service program focuses on providing training to the assisted UMKM so that they are optimal in determining the UMKM Development Strategy for business sustainability. The training focuses on developing and implementing the Business Model Canvas, establishing business strategies so that the business continues to develop and sustainably and optimize the blocks in the business model.  Keywords: UMKM; Development Strategy; Business Sustainability  ABSTRAK  UMKM telah berkontribusi besar pada pendapatan daerah maupun pendapatan negara Indonesia. UMKM mempunyai peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. karena tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerjanya yang relatif tinggi dan kebutuhan modal investasinya yang kecil, UMKM bisa dengan fleksibel menyesuaikan dan menjawab kondisi pasar yang terus berubah (Sopanah, 2010). UMKM yang tersebar di sekitar Wilayah Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan Banten. UMKM-UMKM binaan ini mendapatkan bantuan pinjaman pemodalan bisnis untuk mengembangkan bisnis UMKM, harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah bagiamana keberlanjutan dan pengembangan bisnis UMKM binaan dapat meningkat. Program pengabdian kepada fokus memberikan pelatihan kepada UMKM binaan agar optimal dalam menetapkan Strategi Pengembangan UMKM untuk keberlanjutan bisnis. Pelatihan fokus kepada penyusunan dan menerapkan Bisnis Model Canvas, menetapkan strategi bisnis agar bisnis terus berkembang dan berkelanjutan dan melakukan optimalisasi blok-blok dalam model bisnis. Kata Kunci: UMKM; Strategi Pengembangan; Keberlanjutan Bisnis

Abstract

This research has purposed to revealed the influences of organizational culture, quality of work life and employee organizational commitment towards employee performance at RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Hospital. The survey type which conducted in this research where all the data obtained would be analyzed through path analysis after all these variables were put into correlation matrix. In this research, the RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Hospital workers will be chosen as unit analysis and 275 samples will be selected by stratified random sampling. This analysis result would be advantageous for the hospital’s management, scientists and customers or patients. Through this research, it is known that any change or difference occurring in employee performance might be caused by organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational commitment. In conclusion, organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational commitment had an impact on employee performance. Thus, the policies regarding the factors of organizational culture, quality of work life and organizational commitment need to be arranged into strategic plan of human resources management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, communication, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Tangsel Pos employees (Jawa Pos Group). The unit of analysis in this study is employees of Tangsel Pos (Jawa Pos Group), with a population of 53 employees and because the population is less than 100, the sampling method uses a census method where all employees are used as research samples, so the number of samples in the study this is 53 employees. This research uses quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 21. Previously, the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability and all statements of the questionnaire were valid and reliable. To meet the criteria and requirements for multiple linear regression, this study uses a classic assumption test. The results showed that compensation, communication, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously. The better compensation, communication, and job satisfaction provided to employees, will also be followed by increasing employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Job Demand and personal resources on employees' Work Engagement at PT Pegadaian Head Office, with Burnout as a mediator. The researchers used a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing to investigate the relationships between independent variables (Job Demand and personal resources) and the dependent variable (Work Engagement) using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model. They distributed questionnaires to 267 employees out of a total of 792 working at PT Pegadaian Head Office. Four out of seven hypotheses in this study were confirmed and accepted. The findings indicated that Job Demand and personal resources have a significant and positive direct influence on Work Engagement. However, the direct impact of personal resources on Work Engagement was not found to be significant. Interestingly, the study also revealed that Burnout acts as a mediator between personal resources and Work Engagement. In conclusion, this research sheds light on the interplay of Job Demand, personal resources, Burnout, and Work Engagement among employees at PT Pegadaian Head Office.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine how organizational culture, leadership, and work motivation influence the performance of employees at the Training Center of PLN Ragunan Jakarta. The research population comprised employees of the Training Center at PLN Ragunan Jakarta, with a total sample size of 93 individuals. The data analysis method employed was SEM-PLS. The findings revealed that organizational culture has a positive impact on employees' work motivation, and similarly, leadership also positively affects employees' work motivation. Additionally, both organizational culture and leadership have a positive influence on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation positively influences employee performance. The study also established that organizational culture indirectly affects employee performance through work motivation, and similarly, leadership indirectly affects employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Kementrian Koperasi UKM (2023), mengemukakan bahwa kontribusi usaha bidang penyediaan akomodasi dan makanan minuman Rp116.267.405 Juta atau 4,67% dari PDB DKI Jakarta Th 2020s, laju petumbuhan kontribusi tahun 2020 sebesar -16,21% artinya sangat memprihatinkan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan kemamapuan bisnis UMKM. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk mewujudkan penguatan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan UMKM mendukung program Pemerintah mengembangkan green economy. Metode PKM: pelatihan konsep-konsep penting untuk dimengerti dan dikuasai oleh peserta PKM yaitu pengetahuan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausaha UMKM. Selain itu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sejauhmana perkembangan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausahaan mendukung keberlangsungan bisansi peserta PKM secara berkelanjutan. Khalayak sasaran: Pelaku UMKM, Calon pelaku UMKM, Tokoh Masyarakat UMKM. Temuan dilapangan: suruh peserta pelatihan menganggap ekonomi hijau penting dengan nilai 4.327 dan karakter kewirausahaan penting dengan nilai 4.157. Seluruh instrumen: ekonomi hiujau 6 instrumen dan karakter kewirausahaan 5 instrumnen semua dinilai diatas 4 yang artinya penting dalam skala 5. Kontribusi PKM: pelaku UMKM memiliki kemampuan mewujudkan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis UMKM secara efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan yang diharapkan pada akhirnya meningkatkan pertumbuhan kontribusi UMK terhadap PDB Pemerintah.

Abstract

Objectives: The cosmetic industry has experienced significant growth, intensifying competition among beauty and personal care brands. As sustainability becomes a crucial business consideration, companies are increasingly adopting green marketing strategies to enhance their brand image and foster customer loyalty. This study examines the influence of green marketing strategies—specifically eco-labeling, sustainable packaging, green advertising, and corporate social responsibility (CSR)—on customer loyalty, with brand image serving as a mediating factor.Methodology: This study employs a quantitative approach, using survey data from 120 consumers of The Body Shop Indonesia in Jabodetabek areas. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the relationships between green marketing strategies, brand image, and customer loyalty.Finding: The results indicate that green marketing strategies positively influence customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through brand image. Brand trust and perceived value play a significant role in mediating this relationship. Furthermore, authentic green marketing efforts contribute to stronger customer retention, whereas skepticism toward greenwashing diminishes brand credibility and loyalty.Practical implications of the findings provide actionable insights for brands aiming to enhance their sustainability-driven marketing efforts. Companies should focus on transparency, consistency, and consumer education to strengthen brand image and maintain long-term customer loyalty. Distinguishing authentic sustainability initiatives from greenwashing is critical in fostering trust and positive brand associations. This study contributes to the literature by providing an industry-specific analysis of the mediating role of brand image in green marketing, addressing research gaps in differentiating genuine sustainability efforts from misleading practices.Conclusion: Theoretical and practical implications underscore the importance of authenticity and transparency in green marketing communications to foster long-term customer relationships for sustainable brands.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance. The type of research approach that the author uses is quantitative as a scientific method because the data is concrete, objective, measurable, rational and systematic. The sample used in this study used a non-probability sample method with the sampling technique being purposive sampling and the population in this study were employees at the Directorate General of Chemical Pharmaceutical and Textile Industries, Ministry of Industry totaling 161 people and a sample of 112 respondents was obtained. Data processing techniques in this study used the help of Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, leadership style mediated by work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment mediated by work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Textile Chemical Industry, Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose – This study employed a quantitative research, using a skala likert questionnaire administered to a sample of 87 employees at PT. Asiaparts Indotech, South Tangerang. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to rigorously assess the direct and indirect effects among the variables studied. Methodology/approach – A quantitative research design was adopted, utilizing a structured questionnaire administered to a representative sample of employees. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to rigorously assess the direct and indirect effects among the studied variables. Findings – The empirical results demonstrate that both transformational leadership and organizational culture exert significant positive influences on sustainable employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction was found to partially mediate the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, and sustainable performance, highlighting the pivotal role of employee satisfaction in achieving long-term organizational outcomes. The study shows that job satisfaction mediates the impact of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance, emphasizing the need for effective leadership and strong culture to sustain productivity
