Abstract

This study aimed to examine of changes model on turnover intention on the effect of job stress and organizational climate through job satisfaction in oil palm plantation companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis was conducted using 120 respondents comprising field and office employees identified in strategic positions as respondents. Data were collected using online questionnaires and tested for normality using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.7. The results showed that all the p-value indicators of the latent variable < 0.05 and this implies they are all valid and reliable to be used in the construct. The direct effects of X1 (JobStress) and X2 (Organizational Climate) on Y (Job Satisfaction), and X1 (Job Stress) on Z (Turnover Intention) were found to be significant while the other direct effects were insignificant. Moreover, all indirect effects were not significant but the effects of Total X1 (Job Stress) and X2 (Organizational Climate) on Y (Job Satisfaction) and the effect of X1 (Job Stress) on Z (Turnover Intention) were significant while the other total effects were insignificant. A strong indicator was discovered to be often thinking about leaving and actively looking for other job opportunities. This indicates that managers need to maintain work stress through the implementation of better policies related to work conditions. This is important because it was observed to affect job satisfaction, thereby, leading to turnover intention, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This literature review article discusses the role of social media in Indonesian film marketing with a focus on analyzing audience satisfaction and purchase intent. This study was conducted to see the extent to which the use of social media can affect audience satisfaction and purchase intention towards Indonesian films. The method used in this study is to conduct a literature study of previous studies related to the role of social media in film marketing. In its analysis, the study found that the use of social media can increase audience satisfaction and also influence their purchase intention towards Indonesian films. Previous studies have shown that the use of social media can provide more complete and faster information about upcoming films, as well as provide a more interactive experience for viewers. With more complete and interactive information, viewers feel more satisfied with the viewing experience, and have a greater tendency to buy tickets for the film. In addition, the study also found that social media use can influence viewers' purchase intent through the influence of movie recommendations and reviews by other social media users. The more people who recommend and give positive reviews about the film on social media, the greater the audience's buying intention to watch it. In conclusion, the study shows that the use of social media plays an important role in the marketing of Indonesian films, and can affect audience satisfaction and purchase intent. Therefore, film producers in Indonesia can utilize social media more effectively in their film marketing campaigns to increase audience satisfaction and purchase intent.

Abstract

In "Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional 2015-2019," which is regarded as a vital monetary sector, one of Indonesia's national development goals is the agricultural sector. One indicator of the success of agricultural development is the degree of farmer welfare, typically determined by the Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP). By comparing the quantity of NTP in each subsector and the implementation of the farming engagement activities, this article compares the level of farmer welfare in two farming sub-sectors, specifically estate crops and horticultural crops. The secondary data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) from 2015 to 2021 were divided into two periods before and during pandemic COVID 19 (2015–2019 and 2020–2021), and the descriptive data on the farmer involvement activities with the sample point at Belitung Island. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 25 through Eta correlation analysis. The investigation revealed that horticultural crops and the NTP estate changed, with the NTP of horticultural plants being the most stable. Meanwhile, the horticulture and NTP estate crops tended to decrease and become less stable during pandemic COVID 19. We concluded that the agriculture industry was sustainable, particularly SME horticultural and estate crops. For a sustainable farming option, we advise employing marginal land for short crops using organic compost and reusing agriculture waste for bioorganic fertilizer.

This research includes quantitative research using survey procedures. Collection of information by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample consisted of 139 nurses. Data analysis used a simple linear regression method. The research results obtained show that workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction. The temporal demands dimension has the most substantial negative relationship with the operating procedures dimension. This indicates that the more nurses are required to work quickly, the less job satisfaction nurses will have in implementing procedures. There is an influence of the work environment on nurse job satisfaction. Keywords: Workload; Work Environment; Work Stress; Responsibility; Job Satisfaction

Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques and SEM (structural equation model) analysis techniques. Correlation analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variables, while SEM analysis techniques to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The software used to process and analyze data from this study is Smart PLS version 3.0.
