Abstract

According to studies, strategic management has a significant influence on schools and is considered an essential method used to achieve quality education. The purpose of this research, therefore, is to provide in-depth knowledge of strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and achievement. This research uses a qualitative multi-site study approach, with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, the sample study was selected through purposive techniques and snowball sampling, with a single case and cross-site used for its analysis. This research shows that schools implemented strategic management to improve its quality following the procedures. Therefore, it is recommended for schools in Muhammadiyah to utilize it in its advancement

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan kombinasi model pembelajaran PBL, NHT dan MaM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama tiga pertemuan. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin pada kelas V dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif berupa observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran serta data kuantitaif berupa hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh melalui penilaian ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Analisis data dihitung berdasarkan skala persentase dan indikator ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi model pembelajaran PBL, NHT dan MaM pada pertemuan III menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru memperoleh skor 97 dengan kategori sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa memperoleh skor 90,63 dengan kategori sangat aktif. Hasil belajar kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik ketuntasan mencapai 100%.

Abstract

This class action research was conducted because of the low activity and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Percontohan Surgi Mufti 5 Banjarmasin. This problem is caused by one-way learning, lack of learning material sources, students are not motivated to find out, lack of student involvement in learning, students only do what the teacher tells them, and tend to wait for problem solving from the teacher. This causes learning outcomes to decline. To overcome these problems, researchers combined the Problem Based Learning (PBL), Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI), and Make a Match models. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted using a qualitative approach and carried out for three meetings. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data in the form of observations of teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes tests during the learning process. Data analysis was calculated based on a percentage scale and predetermined indicators of classical learning completeness. The research findings showed that at each meeting students' activities increased. Student learning outcomes at each meeting gradually increased in the evaluation of meeting 1 to meeting 3.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian iniĀ  untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan nilai agama dan moral pada Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multi situs dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Sumber data penelitian ini diantaranya adalah Kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, pihak Yayasan dan orang tua. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dimulai dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Sementara teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan datanya dilakukan melalui ketekunan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aspek nilai agama dan moral program disusun oleh kepala sekolah, guru, dan pihak Yayasan berdasarkan karakteristik dan kegiatan keseharian anak. Perubahan kurikulum 2013 menjadi kurikulum merdeka tidak mengubah program pengembangan nilai agama karena program dirancang sesuai agama dan norma yang berlaku dimasyarakat. Strategi pengembangan nilai agama moral membuat buku panduan sehingga memudahkan guru dan orang tua dalam menstimulus perkembangan nilai agama dan moral anak. Menyediakan guru yang professional dan bekerjasama dalam membuat modul ajar. Menggunakan berbagai macam metode dan strategi dalam pengembangan nilai agama dan moral. Asesmen pengembangan nilai agama dan moral menggunakan buku penghubung, dan raport. Pendidik juga diasesmen untuk menjaga kualitas pendidikan. Orang tua, Masyarakat, instansi pemerintah terlibat dalam pengembangan nilai gama dan moral.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between principals' interpersonal communication, work commitment, and work motivation with teacher performance at SMPN Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. This research is a correlational research with a descriptive-quantitative method. The research population are all teachers at SMPN Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency as many as 147 people with a sample of 107 respondents taken by random sampling technique.The data collection uses questionnaire instruments and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between: (1) interpersonal communication between the principal and teacher performance of 0.076, (2) work commitment with teacher performance of 0.181, (3) work motivation and teacher performance of 0.848, (4) Principal interpersonal communication with work commitment of 0.264, (5) Principal interpersonal communication with work motivation of 0.092, (6) Principal interpersonal communication through work commitment with teacher performance of 0.048, (7) Principal interpersonal communication through work motivation with teacher performance of 0.078. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, it shows that the R Square value of the teacher performance variable is 0.334. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of interpersonal communication of principals, work commitment and work motivation affect the teacher performance by 33.4% while the remaining 66.6% is explained by other factors. Meanwhile, the R Square value of the work commitment variable is 0.346. This means that the variable of interpersonal communication of school principals is affected by work commitment by 34.6% and the rest are influenced by other factors, and interpersonal communication of school principals is affected by work motivation by 8.4% while the rest are explained by other factors outside the study.
