Abstract

Pemahaman konsep matematika di SMP Negeri 2 Patikraja masih sangat rendah, terutama dalam pemahaman konsep bangun ruang. Berkaitan dengan hal ini, perlu adanya inovasi dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang mendorong peserta didik untuk lebih aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas yaitu reciprocal teaching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas penggunaan model reciprocal teaching dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa SMP. Penelitian ini berjenis quasi experimen dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Adapun instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep adalah tes yang terdiri dari soal-soal uraian. Tes diberikan sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran, lalu dianalisis dengan menggunakan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari n-gain kelompok eksperimen yang berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 0.463, sedangkan rata-rata n-gain kelompok kontrol adalah 0.259 yang termasuk pada kategori rendah.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, reciprocal teaching, matematika.

Abstract

COVID-19 is still a pandemic in Indonesia, and Central Java is no exception. New positive cases of COVID-19 in Central Java are being discovered every day. Therefore, researchers try to predict new positive cases in Central Java. Many forecasting methods are currently developing, one of which is fuzzy time series (FTS). FTS has been also developed until now, one of which is a development of the FTS by combining the Markov chain as a defuzzification process. In FTS there is no definite formula to determine the length of the interval, so the researcher uses an average based to determine the length of the interval in the FTS Markov chain. Next, the researcher repartitioned based on the modified frequency density. The results of this study are that forecasting new positive cases of COVID-19 in Central Java using the average based-FTS Markov chain based on a modified frequency density partitioning method has a good level of accuracy, this can be seen from the MAPE value of the method.

Abstract

The majority of the population of Banjarwaru Village are farmers. The price of fertilizer is getting higher from time to time while farmers need fertilizer for their plants. Problems arise when fertilizer shortages often occur. In addition, the type of fertilizer used is generally a type of chemical fertilizer that is not good for the human body because the substance can be carried into the food consumed. Organic fertilizer is one option to overcome this problem. This type of fertilizer is now starting to be widely available on the market, although the price is relatively expensive. The solution to this problem is that it can be done by making organic fertilizer independently. Another factor is that there is a lot of organic waste that can be processed into liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Therefore, to create a village that is independent in fertilizer, the PKM Team aims to create an organic fertilizer maker based on a PLTS electricity source and provide training in operating the tool. The method used is by making an organic liquid fertilizer maker, socializing it to residents of Banjarwaru Village, and training and demonstrating how to operate the tool.

Abstract

In general, the kWh meter is installed in a distribution substation that supplies electrical energy to the building. The weakness of ordinary kWh meters cannot provide real information on electricity consumption. Measuring and recording the use of electrical energy still requires human power. By utilizing an internet network based on the Internet of Things (IoT) concept, this research aims to design and manufacture a digital kWh meter to monitor and control the use of electrical energy in buildings in real-time on a website. Using the website and the MYSQL-PHPMyAdmin Database as data storage. The PZEM-004T sensor is used to measure the electrical energy used, then it is processed on the Wemos D1 Mini microcontroller. From the test results that have been carried out, the digital Kwh meter has succeeded in monitoring and controlling the use of electrical energy through the website in real-time. Percentage average error value: voltage: 0.44% - 0.49%, current: 0.36%, cos phi leading: 39%, cos phi lagging: 1%, power: 0.93% - 2.68%, kWh: 16.3%, frequency: 0 %.

Abstract

Banjarwaru Village is located in Nusa Wungu District and has several hamlets connected to the main road as access to transportation facilities. The lack of street lighting hampers the activities of village residents, especially at night. Road points that do not have public street lighting are far from residents' homes, so they cannot use PLN electricity sources. Seeing the conditions explained above, the need for technology with energy sources that utilize renewable energy such as solar power to supply power to public street lights has been widely implemented. Making street lights with a solar power supply with the application of modern technology is the main priority in this community service activity. The main target objective of this Community Service is the Public Street Lighting Program through the manufacture of street lights with power supply from solar energy. The implementation method in this service is through observation and experiments in the field in the process of designing and manufacturing public street lights and handing over technology transfer to the community. The results of making public street lights with solar energy supply using Arduino Mega which functions to receive data from the LDR sensor and is continued with testing battery charging with solar power. The installation of the LDR sensor will help the efficiency of the lights because it will control the lights to turn on automatically. The results of the manufacture of public street lights also provided assistance and training to the Banjarwaru Village community regarding how the equipment works and the repair process if problems arise in the future.

Abstract

Banjarwaru Village in Cilacap Regency is facing problems related to the lack of Public Street Lighting (PJU), with several vital road sections being dark at nite. This condition significantly reduces safety levels, increases the risk of crime and accidents, and hinders the mobility and socio-economic activities of the community. Residents, especially women and children, feel unsafe to go outside, which impacts religious, social, and economic activities. Responding to this urgency, this community service program aims to improve the quality of life and well-being of the Banjarwaru Village community through the application of appropriate technology. The proposed solution is the installation of two units of an Arduino-based smart street lighting system powered by solar energy. The implementation method for this service involves field observation and experimentation in the design and construction process of public streetlights, and technology transfer to the community. The results of creating a smart public street light based on Arduino with solar power supply function well. At night, electricity is supplied by batteries. The batteries are charged during the day, when the solar cells receive sunlight. The final activity in this series of community service, and the closing event, was the handover and guidance to the Banjarwaru community, thru the Village Head of Banjarwaru, on how the smart public street lighting system powered by solar energy works and how to maintain it.

Abstract

Kelurahan Tegalreja, Kabupaten Cilacap memiliki Kampung Keluarga Berencana (KB) Guyub, Aman, Damai, Indah, Sejahtera (GADIS) yang salah satunya bergerak dibidang pertanian hidroponik tanaman melon dengan menggunakan greenhouse. Kelompok KB “GADIS” digerakkan oleh para ibu-ibu lansia agar menjadi produktif di masa tua. Saat ini, proses budidaya tanaman melon di greenhouse mengalami kendala daun menjadi layu dan menggulung dikarenakan suhu lingkungan di wilayah Cilacap Selatan yang sangat tinggi berkisar 33,5oCdan pemberian nutrisi yang tidak tepat, selain itu tanaman juga terancam terkena jamur embun tepung yang dapat menghambat proses pertumbuhan buah yang disebabkan oleh suhu yang tinggi dan pemberian nutrisi yang tidak sesuai. Berdasarkan situasi yang telah diuraikan perlu dilakukan penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan penerapan teknologi berbasis IoT dalam pengoptimalan greenhouse untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas melon yang dihasilkan. Sehingga dari kelompok tim pengabdian dari PNC memberikan solusi dengan penerapan teknologi berbasis IoT (Internet of Thing) dalam pengoptimalan greenhouse untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas melon yang dihasilkan. Alat monitoring suhu, pH, Kelembaban dan ppm Pupuk ABMIX yang dilengkapi spryer otomatis dipasang pada green house dan terkoneksi dengan handphone untuk memudahkan petani memantau kondisi lingkungan pada tanaman melon dimanapun dan kapanpun berada. Selain itu pemasangan spryer otomatis menjaga suhu green house tetap sesuai dengan suhu ideal tanaman melon. Pemasangan alat monitoring dan pelatihan sudah dilakukan kepada ibu-ibu lansia petani melon dan saat ini sedang dilakukan pendampingan penerapan alat monitoring pada pelaksanaan penanaman melon. Setelah dilakukan penerapan teknologi berbasis IoT dihasilkan tidak ada lagi serangan hama embung putih dan hama tikus.
