Abstract

Secara umum penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuanuntuk menghasilkan Model pelatihan untuk memantapkan niatberwirausaha. Adapun spesifikasi produk yang diharapkan adalah:1. Kerangka kerja model. 2. Pedoman penggunaan model. 3. Materipelatihan. 4. Skenario pelatihan. Penelitian dan pengembanganmenggunakan berdasar pada The Theory of Planned Behaviordengan pendekatan Design Based Research. Untuk mengetahuitingkat kelayakan desain bahan pelatihan yang dikembangkan,sebelum uji coba lapangan bahan pelatihan divaidasi oleh 4 orangahli: 1. Profesor ahli di bidang teknologi pembelajaran. 2. Profesorahli di bidang kewirausahaan. 3. Doktor ahli bidang motivasional,dan 4. Doktor ahli psikologi.Desain model juga divalidasi oleh 3orang dosen pengampu mata kuliah pengantar bisnis. Sedangkanuntuk mengetahui efektivitas desain bahan pelatihan, penelitimenganalisis menggunakan pendekatan before-after dan teknikanalisis t-tes. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkanproduk bahan pelatihan yang sangat efektif untuk memantapkanniat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Bahan Pelatihan inikemudian diberi nama “Bahan Pelatihan Model Scorpion” denganspesifikasi: 1. Kerangka kerja model. 2. Pedoman penggunaanmodel. 3. Materi pelatihan. 4. Skenario pelatihan. Pengembanganmateri dan media dalam model pelatihan ini sebagian besarberorientasi pada cara pandang seorang muslim. Oleh sebab itu,pengembangan produk selanjutnya disarankan bisamengembangkan materi dan media yang relevan untuk semuakalangan (penganut agama). Juga perlu dikembangkan materipelatihan yang relevan untuk mahasiswa dari kalangan ekonomimenengah ke atas. Atau bahkan perlu pengembangan lanjutan yangtidak saja berhenti pada pemantapan niat, tetapi sampai padamunculnya perilaku berwirausaha secara aktual.Kata kunci: pengembangan, bahan pelatihan, model scorpion, niat,berwirausaha

Abstract

Panel surya adalah salah satu opsi energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dan memiliki potensi yang tak terbatas secara signifikan. Tetapi perlu perawatan dan pendinginan yang sesuai untuk memaksimalkan kinerja. Studi sebelumnya sudah mengenali batasan-batasan seperti penumpukan debu dan kotoran, serta pemanasan berlebih yang bisa mengurangi efisiensi kinerja panel surya. Sejumlah penelitian telah berupaya mengatasi isu tersebut melalui penerapan sistem pendinginan otomatis yang mengandalkan mikrokontroler. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem pendingin telah berhasil mengurangi suhu rata-rata permukaan panel surya, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan daya dan efisiensi keseluruhan sistem. Namun, sebagian besar sistem ini menggunakan layar LCD untuk pemantauan. Dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem pendinginan dan membersihkan panel surya dengan menggunakan wiper yang dapat diatur sesuai dengan jadwal waktu tertentu. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memiliki kemampuan dapat dipantau dan dikontrol melalui aplikasi mobile berupa user interface yaitu blynk sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau dan mengontrol pengoperasian panel surya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan nilai tegangan rata-rata sebesar 21,34 V dalam kondisi normal, 21,27 V dalam kondisi berdebu, dan 21,91 V dalam kondisi dibersihkan. Dan terdapat nilai suhu rata-rata sebesar 46,2 °C pada kondisi normal, suhu 45,74 °C pada kondisi berdebu, serta suhu 39.34 °C dalam keadaan dibersihkan. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, setelah dilakukan pembersihan, tegangan akan meningkat dan suhu akan menurun dibandingkan kondisi normal atau berdebu.

Abstract

Proses mengupas kacang tanah masih menggunakan tenaga manusia. Inovasi dalam pembuatan alat untuk memudahkan petani kacang dalam mengupas kulit kacang lebih cepat. Solusi untuk masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode mekanis. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah mesin pengupas kacang tanah yang dilengkapi dengan sistem Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) dan sensor tegangan dan arus pada mesin yang bertujuan untuk menghemat energi listrik PLN dan mempersingkat waktu pengupasan. Nilai tegangan dan arus ditampilkan melalui layar LCD. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan 2 sumber listrik yaitu PLN dan panel surya 830WP sebagai sumber energi untuk mensuplai tegangan ke inverter 2000 Watt untuk menghidupkan motor AC 1 Phase 0,25 HP dengan daya 200Watt dan kapasitas baterai 100Ah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem kupas kacang tanah dalam satu harapan mampu mengupas ± 300gram kulit kacang tanah dalam 323 detik, 400 gram kacang tanah dalam 345 detik dan 450 gram kacang tanah dapat dikupas rata-rata 364 detik

Abstract

To avoid the occurrence of currents, jumps or electric sparks between electrical conductors, then isolation is used. Insulating oil is one of the insulating materials used in transformers that function to isolate and cool electrical equipment. The properties of transformer insulating oil change when it contains pollutants that enter the oil, in which causes faster failure. Besides the change of temperature will also affect the strength of the insulating oil. The results showed that the percentage contribution of the effect of temperature and salt content on the breakdown voltage was 36.4% with a temperature increase of 10C followed by an increase in the breakdown voltage of 0.044 times and each increase in the salt content was followed by a decrease in the breakdown voltage of 0.292 times.

Abstract

Widarapayung Wetan Village was designated as an innovation village by the Cilacap Regency Innovation Village Determination which is located in Binangun District, Cilacap Regency. The main potential of Widarapayung Wetan Village is in the tourism sector, such as Widarapayung Beach and the pioneering tourist village. The facilities that have been built and already exist in this pilot tourism village are an art performance stage, pavilion, gazebo, gamelan instruments, plantation land, and rice fields. One of the pioneering developments of tourist villages is the development of educational tourism. This community service activity applies appropriate technology by developing water pump technology for irrigating rice fields using solar energy. Apart from irrigating rice fields, this solar-powered water pump technology is also used for educational tourism at the Widarapayung Wetan tourism village pilot, especially in the field of utilizing new and renewable energy. The stages of work carried out included surveying the installation site, designing and manufacturing a solar water pump system, system installation at the installation site, operational trials of pumps, and operational training and pump maintenance. The result of this activity is a solar water pump system for irrigating rice fields with a capacity of 30 liters/minute.

Abstract

Electric scooters rely on batteries to power BLDC motors, which are traditionally recharged through the household electricity grid. However, alternatives like solar energy are being explored to reduce dependency on conventional power sources. A challenge arises due to the discrepancy in voltage compatibility between standard solar panels and scooter batteries. Typically, a 36 V scooter battery requires a higher voltage input than the 18 V output of a single solar panel. This requires modifications to align solar cell design with battery voltage requirements. This study implements a PZEM-015 sensor for monitoring battery energy consumption. The contribution of this study is twofold: to develop and optimise solar cell modification for effective battery charging and to assess battery consumption concerning speed and travel duration. Testing reveals that a series circuit modification yields an average voltage of 39.2 V and an average current of 0.55 A, resulting in 21.8 Wp of power output. Analysis of scooter performance indicates that maintaining speeds between 4.16 m/s and 5.55 m/s significantly extends travel time and conserves battery energy. These findings highlight the potential of modified solar PV in enhancing electric scooter efficiency and sustainability.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) for wireless control and monitoring of a 3-phase electric motor using a smartphone. The system integrates PZEM-004T, DS18B20, and Hall Effect sensors to collect data on voltage, current, temperature, and rotational speed using the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller. Measurements are displayed on an LCD and transmitted to the Blynk server for smartphone access. A comparative method evaluates the accuracy of sensor readings against standard measuring instruments. Results obtained an average percentage error of 0.5% for the R phase voltage, 0.2% for the S phase, and 0.1% for the T phase. Current measurements reveal errors of 5% for the R phase, 10.3% for the S phase, and 11.7% for the T phase. The control system’s performance varies with internet speed, with an average delay of 0.99 seconds on a 4G network and 2.51 seconds on 3G. Additionally, the study evaluates three protection mechanisms, demonstrating that the motor stops within 4.03 seconds in the event of a phase failure, while overcurrent and overheating protections activate within 8.47 seconds and 3.64 seconds, respectively. Overall, the findings affirm the viability of IoT in motor monitoring and control, emphasizing accuracy and response times under varying conditions.

Abstract

The electroplating method has the aim of producing a surface that has characteristics by the coating metal. The coating process requires a device that can place the ions from the coating material (anode) into the coated metal (cathode) through an electro-deposition process. Parameters such as temperature affect the electroplating process and greatly determine the coating result. The purpose of this study was to design the electroplating device, as well as to test the coating process using CuSO4 anode. The research method was carried out with an experimental approach through the manufacture of electroplating tools and coating testing of time variations of 20, 26, 32, 38, and 44 minutes and temperatures of 60, 65, 70, 75, and 80 oC. The results of the electroplating device design consist of frame components, plating and rinsing tubs, electrical systems, and cathode hanger. The coating results obtained the highest layer thickness 2.890 μm at a temperature of 80 oC for 40 minutes.

Abstract

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2019, Cilacap Regency has an area of 14,000 hectares of rice farming land with a potential for harvesting up to 920,000 tons of rice, then the Binangun District area has 66.5 hectares of rice farming land with a potential of harvesting up to 32,000 tons of rice. Turning paddy into rice requires many processes, one of which is drying rice. Traditional rice drying takes a relatively long time, has an uneven moisture content, and is under an unstable temperature therefore it is necessary to develop a thin-layer method for drying rice. This study used the Rex C100 Thermocontrol as a drying temperature controller, used an Arduino Uno equipped with a BTS 7960 driver to adjust the stirring speed, and a YL-69 sensor to read the rice moisture content. Tests in this study were carried out using Inpari-32 rice with a mass of 2 Kg and a drying temperature of 50-80oC. The result of this study was that the relationship between temperature and time in drying was inversely proportional. The rice drying process uses the highest drying power of 654.5 watts while the lowest power is 467.5 watts. The lowest overall energy use was 2.05 x106 J and the highest energy was 2.60 x106 J. The highest drying rate was 0.50%bk/minute. Effective drying uses a temperature of 80oC with a time of 30 minutes to reach the store-dry rice and 70 minutes to reach the dry milled rice category.

Abstract

Bondan Hamlet is a hamlet in Kampung Laut District, Cilacap. One of the community's problems is the lack of clean water and the PLN electricity network. In 2020, a desalination facility named Sidesi Mas will be built in Bondan Hamlet with a capacity of 240 liters/hour and using the reverse osmosis principle. The energy source for desalination uses a solar power plant (PLTS). Desalination management requires economic analysis, especially in determining the selling price of desalinated water. The cost of producing desalinated water can be calculated using the Cost of energy (CoE) value of the PLTS or the costs incurred to produce electrical energy per 1 kWh. To get the PLTS CoE, this article discusses a simulation to analyze the performance of PLTS desalination systems with Homer software. Homer performs analytical calculations based on a location input, solar energy potential, capacity, and costs of PLTS components as well as electrical load data. The simulation results show that PLTS energy production is 535 kWh/year, the CoE value is IDR 21,975/kWh and the production cost for producing clean water is IDR 183.13/liter.
