Abstract

This research investigates the interplay between agricultural policy, infrastructure, market quality, and the sustainability of food crop agriculture in West Java through a quantitative analysis. A sample of 148 participants provided insights into their perceptions, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing agricultural sustainability. The measurement model demonstrated high reliability and validity, while the structural model revealed significant positive relationships between agricultural policy, infrastructure, market quality, and sustainability. Model fit indices confirmed the adequacy of the proposed framework. The findings have implications for policymakers and practitioners, guiding strategies to enhance agricultural sustainability. While the study enriches the existing literature, limitations and avenues for future research are acknowledged.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ZPT kulit bawang Merah dan cangkang telur terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L..). Penellitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juni sampai dengan agustus 2023 didesa Tangkiang Kecamatan Kintom Kabupaten Banggai. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor, yaitu kulit bawang merah dan cangkang telur ayam, dengan  9  taraf perlakuan dengan 3 kali pengulangan sehingga terdapat 27 unit pengamatan  berikut perlakuan yang diberikan yakni, B1C1 (20 gram kulit bawang merah, 60 gram cangkang telur ayam), B1C2 (20 gram kulit bawang merah, 80 gram cangkang telur ayam), B1C3 (20 gram kulit bawang merah, 100 gram cangkang telur ayam), B2C1 (30 gram kulit bawang merah, 60 gram cangkang telur ayam), B2C2 (30 gram kulit bawang merah, 80 gram cangkang telur ayam), B2C3 (30 gram kulit bawang merah, 100 gram cangkang telur ayam), B3C1 (40 gram kulit bawang merah, 60 gram cangkang telur ayam), B3C2 (40 gram kulit bawang merah, 80 gram cangkang telur ayam), B3C3 dan  (40 gram kulit bawang merah, 100 gram cangkang telur ayam). Variabel pengamatan yang dilakukan adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, jumlah bungam jumlah buah, dan berat buah. Berdasarkan  penelitian pemberian ZPT kulit bawang merah memberikan hasil berbeda nyata, sedangkan pada pemberian cangkang telur memberikan hasil berbeda tidak nyata, dan pada interaksi memberikan hasil berbeda tidak nyata.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving banana stem POC concentrations on lettuce growth and yield and the optimal concentration for lettuce growth and yield. This research was carried out from July to September 2024 on the ALE'TO park land of the Food Crops, Horticulture and Plantation Service, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research used a non-factorial completely randomized design method, namely the POC concentration of banana stems consisting of four treatments, namely, P0 (without giving POC), P1 (100ml), P2 (200ml) and P3 (300ml). The observation variables in this research were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and wet weight. The research results showed that banana stem POC concentration had a significant effect on the variable plant height at 2 WAP and had a very significant effect on the variables plant height at 3 WAP, 4 WAP, 5 WAP, number of leaves, leaf area and wet weight. Treatment P3 (300ml) gave the best average value for the observation variables of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and wet weight. The results of the research can be concluded that the POC concentration of banana stems has a real influence on the growth of lettuce at 2 WAP, and has a very real influence on the growth of plant height at 3 WAP, 4 WAP, 5 WAP, number of leaves, leaf area and wet soil and the optimal concentration is found at P3 treatment (300ml), this gave the best influence on all observed variables. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ZPT Rendaman Kulit Bawang Merah dan ZPT Ekstrak Tomat terhadap pertumbuhan Selada dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan selada yang berbeda. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Biak Kecamatan Luwuk Utara. Waktu pelaksanaan di laksanakan pada bulan juli sampai bulan September 2024. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor perlakuan yakni, faktor rendaman kulit bawang(B) dan ekstrak tomat (T), faktor rendaman kulit bawang terdiri atas 3 level yakni: B0=Tanpa pemberian rendaman kulit bawang B1=Rendaman kulit bawang 270gr/2.700ml air/bedeng B2=Rendaman kulit bawangf 540gr/2.700ml air/bedeng. Untuk perlakuan ekstrak tomat terdiri atas 3 level perlakuan yakni: T0=Tanpa pemberian ekstrak tomat T1=Ekstrak tomat 15ml/ 1liter/bedeng T2=Ekstrak tomat 30ml/1liter air/bedeng. Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil pengaruh perbedaan terhadap setiap perlakuan dalam tingkat tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun dan berat segar tanaman memberikan hasil yang berbeda tidak nyata. Kata kunci: Kulit bawang merah, tomat, tanaman selada.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh frekuensi pemberian Leaf Mold terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan padi sawah (Oryza sativa L.) dengan fokus pada dinamika hara tanah. Leaf Mold, sebagai sumber mikroorganisme dekomposer dan hara, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Namun, frekuensi pemberian Leaf Mold perlu dioptimalkan untuk menyeimbangkan peningkatan kesuburan tanah dengan potensi imobilisasi hara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan frekuensi pemberian Leaf Mold: L0 (kontrol, tanpa Leaf Mold), L1 (satu kali aplikasi pada umur 2 minggu setelah tanam (MST)), L2 (dua kali aplikasi pada umur 2 dan 4 MST), dan L3 (tiga kali aplikasi pada umur 2, 4, dan 6 MST). Parameter pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah malai per rumpun, jumlah bulir per malai, bobot 1000 bulir, dan produksi) dan sifat kimia tanah (pH, C-organik, N-total, P2O5, dan KTK) dianalisis untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Leaf Mold terhadap pertumbuhan padi dan ketersediaan hara. Abstract

The main key in choosing manure is the level of ripeness, the ratio of Carbon and Nitrogen (C/N) and the Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium (NPPt) contents. So far, the farmers have not effectively utilized organic materials as fertilizers in agricultural lands. Organic materials which can be used include agricultural waste and animal waste. The existence of alternative fertilizers and in order to support the development of sustainable agriculture, utilizing agricultural waste as the materials to make organic fertilizers is encouraged. Organic fertilizers can be in the forms of manure, compost, and the combination of both. The research was aimed to study the NPPt content in compost from cocoa rind and cow waste. This research was done in May – September 2015 in Sub-district Luwuk, District Banggai and in the Laboratory of Chemistry and Soil Fertility, Department of  Soil Science Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The experiment was conducted in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The experiment contained one factor with three treatments, which were repeated 3 times; thus, there were 9 treatments units. The treatments were comparison dosages of cocoa rind and cow waste, i.e. P1 = 50 kg of cocoa rind : 10 kg of cow waste; P2 = 50 kg of cocoa rind : 20 kg cow of waste; P3 = 50 kg of cocoa rind : 30 kg of cow waste. Data were analysed by comparing the average of NPPt element in cocoa rind compost and cow waste. Data was then analyzed statistically by One Way Anova (One Way Variant Analysis) by using SPSS 19.0 for Windows and further analyzed by Least Significant Difference (LSD) 1% by using Microsoft Excel Windows 7. The results showed that the highest macro nutrients content was in P2 with N = 0.25%; P = 3.91%; K = 5.23% and the lowest was in P3 with N = 0.19% and P = 3.33% as well as in P1 with K = 4.16%.Keywords: Agricultural waste, compost, cow waste [How to Cite: Ramadhani C and W Ramlan. 2016. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kosentrasi air kelapa yang berbeda terhadap daya pertumbuhan tanaman seledri serta untuk mengetahui pemberian kosentrasi air kelapa yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman seledri, tempat penelitian dilaksanakan Di Desa Tangkiang Kecamatan Kintom waktu pelaksanaan penelitian di mulai pada bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan September 2024. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap 2 faktor dengan 3x3= 9 perlakuan, yakni M0 = Tanpa pemberian air kelapa muda, M1 = Pemberian air kelapa muda 15%, M2= Pemberian air kelapa muda 30%, T0= Tanpa perlakuan air kelapa Tua, T1= Pemberian air kelapa tua 15%, T2= Pemberian air kelapa tua 30%. Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil pengaruh berbeda terhadap perlakuan pemberian kosentrasi berbeda zpt air kelapa muda M0, M1, M2 terhadap tingkat Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah daun, Jumlah anakan pada tanaman seledri memberikan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata. Demikian pula pengaruh perbedaan terhadap perlakuan pemberian kosentrasi berbeda zpt air keelapa tua T0, T1, T2, terhadap tingkat Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah daun dan Jumlah anakan pada tanaman seledri memberikan hasil yang berbeda nyata. Semakin tinggi pemberian zpt air kelapa muda dan kelap tua maka semakin memberikan hasli yang maksimal.

Abstract

Banyaknya potensi yang ada di wilayah daratan BanggaiKepulauan berupa tanaman jenis umbi-umbian yang tidak dikelolahdengan baik yang dampaknya sangat dirasakan oleh para petanisecara umum. Selain kerugian waktu, income dari hasil penjualanmenjadi tidak seimbang. Hasil panen, pendapatan, biaya dan tenagayang dikorbankan saat menunggu masa panen tidak akan bisatertutupi. Permasalahan inilah yang menarik minat untuk dilakukanpengabdian melalui penguatan pengetahuan manajemen, caramenggunakan alat/teknologi sederhana sebagai alternatif dalampembuatan tepung dan membuat tepung bete secara langsung. Obyekkegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlokasi di desa Lumbi –Lumbia Kecamatan Buko Selatan Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan.Desa Lumbi – Lumbia merupakan sentra dari umbi bete yang ada diKabupaten Banggai Kepulauan dan layak dijadikan obyek untukmemudahkan proses kegiatan pengabdian. Tujuan utama pelaksanaanilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi bagi masyarakat ini adalah untukmeningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat serta sebagai langkah untukmeningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat desa dalam mengelola potensisumber daya pertanian yang tersedia di hampir seluruh wilayahBanggai Kepulauan. Adapun metode dari kegiatan ini adalahmembentuk, membina dan mengembangkan usaha kreatif terhadap ibu– ibu rumah tangga agar memiliki keterampilan dalam bidangenterpreuner/kewirausahaan dalam memanfaatkan potensi sumberdaya pertanian yang melimpah. Selain pembinaan, pengetahuanmanajemen, dan keterampilan, mitra diajak langsung menggunakanmesin/alat teknologi sederhana membuat tepung yang berbahan dasarumbi bete. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian ini menjadikanmasyarakat khususnya para ibu – ibu dalam kelompok mitra dan ibu –ibu PKK yang ada di desa Lumbi – Lumbia Kabupaten BanggaiKepulauan menjadi terampil untuk berinovasi. Keterampilan ibu-ibuini baik ketika membuat panganan siap saji maupun makanan lainterbuat dari bahan dasar tepung. Dengan adanya output kegiatan ini:mitra dapat meningkatnya pengetahuan manajemen, keterampilanmenggunakan mesin/alat teknologi sederhana sebagai alternatif untukpembuatan tepung, mitra lebih kreatif, mitra telah mengembangkantepung bete menjadi produk lokal, menjadikan tepung bete sebagaiicon di desa Desa Lumbi – Lumbia Kecamatan Bulagi Selatan BanggaiKepulauan.
