Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of the functions of families and children of victims of exploitation in the Red Light Mall SKA in terms of the identity of children of victims of exploitation, psychological conditions of children of victims of exploitation, family integrity, and social relations in families at the Red Light at SKA Mall. This study, in January 2020, used a Qualitative approach, with a descriptive type of research. Based on the results of research that has been described and discussed regarding the family functions of children victims of exploitation in SKA Pekanbaru, Mall red light, which involves 8 children and 3 parents. The family profile of children of victims of exploitation, out of 8 children who studied psychological conditions and family integrity, 7 of them were fine. In the functioning of the families of children of victims of exploitation, of the 8 children discovered by the researchers, none of them actually performed the functions of the whole family. Although a normal family can carry out all its functions correctly. If one function is not carried out, it will create a family that is not functioning or an abnormal family. And this will inhibit the pattern of child development later.Key Words: Family Functioning, Child Victims of Exploitation

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Education Level, Health Level and Gender on the Labor Force Participation Rate in West Sumatra. This research uses panel data from 2017 to 2021 in 19 regencies/cities in West Sumatra which are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Before using the regression, the Chow test and Hausman test were carried out and the results of the analysis showed that the selected model was the Random Effect Model (REM)). The results of the study reveal that: (1) Education Level has a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate in West Sumatra (2) Health Level has no significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate in West Sumatra (3) Gender has a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate in West Sumatra . These findings confirm the role of the labor force participation rate in increasing the effectiveness of economic development. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to the Government that it is necessary to increase the ease of access to education for the community. So that in the future there will be an increase in labor force participation in West Sumatra. labor force participation in West Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas tunneling dan mekanisme pengawasan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 perusahaan pada Subsector Makanan dan Minuman pada periode 2020-2022 yang diperoleh menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tunneling yang diproksikan dengan (ORECTA), Mekanisme pengawasan yang diproksikan dengan Kepemilikan Institusional, Kinerja perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara persial Tunneling dan Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tunneling dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 20 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan model penelitian yang terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian data dengan menggunakan Eviews (Econometric Views) versi 12 yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tunneling tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan karena transaksi piutang lain-lain ini tidak selalu mencerminkan aliran kas rill perusahaan, sehingga dampaknya terhadap profitabilitas dan likuiditas perusahaan tidak selalu signifikan.. Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan karena dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dan menyediakan keuntungan kompetitif bagi perusahaan, hal ini akan berdampak pada kinerja keuangan yang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja perusahaan kosmetik yang terdaftar di BEI selama 2018 sampai tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan analisis Economic Value Added (EVA). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan kosmetik yang terdaftar di BEI. Sumber Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari dokumen perusahaan dan informasi tertulis mengenai keadaan perusahaan berupa laporan keuangan serta beberapa data-data keuangan lain yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan penilaian kinerja keuangan menggunakan metode Analisis Economic Value Added (EVA) yang juga berkaitan dengan analisis NOPAT yaitu suatu analisis dimana laba yang diperoleh dari operasi perusahaan setelah dikurangi pajak penghasilan. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) pada perusahaan PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk, dan PT. Mandom Indonesia, Tbk selama 3 periode yaitu tahun 2018-2020 menunjukkan kondisi yang kurang baik, karena Economic Value Added (EVA) bernilai negatif tiap tahun atau EVA < 0, yang artinya perusahaan belum mampu memberikan nilai tambah ekonomis dan tidak memenuhi harapan para pemegang saham dikarenakan tidak mendapatkan pengembalian yang setimpal dengan investasi yang ditanamkan. Kata Kunci: Economic Value Added; Kinerja Keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, sistem pengendalian intern dan pengawasan keuangan daerah terhadap nilai informasi laporan keuangan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 dinas pada Organisasi Peangkat Daerah Kota Makassar dan sampel sebanyak 48 aparatur yang bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia, sistem pengendalian intern dan pengawasan keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai informasi laporan keuangan

Abstract

Abstract

Home visit is one of the leading health service programs carried out by the health center. Various important information can be obtained from home visit activities, information on the health of family members, relationships between family members and illnesses suffered by each family member. One of the instruments that can be used in home visit activities is the family folder which also functions as a medical record. Community service activities carried out in the form of home visits to one patient with varicella in the working area of ​​the Batoh Health Center, Lueng Bata District, Banda Aceh City. Home visit activities to the preparation of reports are supervised by supervisors from the Family Medicine Section/Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. Home visits were carried out twice in one family. The aim is to evaluate treatment and obtain more information about the patient's health condition, next of kin to the patient's and family's living conditions. Home visit activities are complemented by completing the Family Folder instrument which consists of a genogram, family life cycle, family map, family APGAR, family SCREEM and family life line.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen laba terhadap kinerja keuangan pada sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) serta menganalisis peran Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori pada 44 bank selama periode 2021–2023. Manajemen laba diukur dengan nilai absolut Discretionary Accruals menggunakan Modified Jones Model , kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA), dan GCG diukur melalui indeks gabungan proporsi komisaris independen, keberadaan komite audit, dan kepemilikan institusional. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi data panel model Common Effect dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap ROA (β = 0,081; p = 0,163). Sebaliknya, GCG terbukti memoderasi hubungan tersebut secara signifikan dengan arah negatif (β = -0,243; p = 0,029), yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG yang baik dapat meningkatkan pengaruh manajemen laba terhadap profitabilitas bank. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan tata kelola dalam menjaga integritas pelaporan keuangan dan mencegah perilaku oportunistik manajemen.
