Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the optimization of the motor vehicle tax bleaching program in increasing taxpayer compliance in paying taxes at the Samsat Enrekaang office. The research object of this Final Project is "Efforts to increase awareness of taxpayers in paying taxes and paying more attention to the time of payment so as not to be fined". The data analysis technique used is applied quantitative techniques using the method of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Motor Vehicle Tax Bleaching program also increases public awareness in paying motorized vehicle taxes in Enrekang Regency. This Tax Bleaching Program also increases Local Own Revenue in the motor vehicle tax sector until the targets set are achieved.

Abstract

This research can be focused on implementing multicultural education based on local wisdom in supporting the improvement of the quality of human resources of the Dani tribe, and on empowering the Dani tribe in improving the quality of human resources. Objectives: This study aims to determine how implementing multicultural education and empowerment based on local wisdom supports improving the quality of human resources of the Dani tribe. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand in depth how integrating local wisdom values, multicultural education, and empowerment of indigenous tribes improves the quality of human resources of the Dani Tribe in Papua Mountains. The results of this study show that the cooperation system is still strong in various communal activities, such as agriculture and development, which shows the strength of social values that support sustainable development. Implementing multicultural education in the Dani Tribe community has shown positive results in developing human resources. Integrating local cultural values into the formal curriculum has created a more relevant and meaningful education system for students. The empowerment of indigenous communities has developed significantly by combining the development of traditional and modern skills. The decision-making system based on customary deliberation or 'wim' remains an important foundation in the development process. The Dani Tribe community has shown good adaptability in facing modernization. They have successfully integrated modern technology, such as social media, to market traditional products while maintaining cultural values. Adapting educational methods to contemporary needs has also been done without sacrificing the essence of their traditional values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at By Badjua Coffee Shop in Makassar City. The population of this study consists of 70 individuals. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The type of data used in this research is primary data, and the analysis was conducted using SPSS for Windows. Based on the results of the statistical tests, it is evident that individually (partially), the variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. The influence of these two independent variables is positive, meaning that the higher the level of product quality and price (perceived positively), the higher the resulting customer satisfaction. The findings show that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and price also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at By Badjua Coffee Shop in Makassar City. It is therefore necessary to continue improving product quality to enhance customer satisfaction at By Badjua Coffee Shop in Makassar City. This research is important because customer satisfaction is a critical factor for business sustainability and competitiveness, especially in the highly competitive coffee shop industry. Understanding the role of product quality and pricing in shaping customer satisfaction can help businesses develop more effective strategies to retain loyal customers and attract new ones, thus ensuring long-term growth and success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar. a)Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. b)Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 73 responden yang merupakan pegawai aktif di lingkungan kantor tersebut .c) Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen, yaitu dukungan rekan kerja dan motivasi kerja, terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik dukungan rekan kerja maupun motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan adanya dorongan internal dari pegawai dapat meningkatkan produktivitas serta efektivitas kerja. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pimpinan instansi untuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan memfasilitasi peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) anyaman lontar di Desa Bontokassi, Kecamatan Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar. UMKM ini memiliki potensi besar karena berbasis kearifan lokal dengan produk utama seperti Songkok Recca, tikar, tas, dan kerajinan rumah tangga lainnya yang bernilai budaya dan estetika tinggi serta ramah lingkungan. Namun, pengembangan usaha ini masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan, seperti keterbatasan akses modal, minimnya inovasi desain, rendahnya keterampilan manajerial, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam strategi pemasaran. Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, tim PKM melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam hal manajemen usaha, pengembangan desain produk, serta pemanfaatan media digital seperti Instagram, Shopee, dan marketplace lainnya. Pelaku UMKM juga dibekali keterampilan pembuatan kemasan produk yang menarik untuk meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menciptakan UMKM yang lebih inovatif, mampu memperluas pasar hingga tingkat nasional dan internasional, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan di Desa Bontokassi

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know and describe 1) the influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Bulukumba Regency; 2) the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Office of education, youth and sports Bulukumba regency; 3) the influence of work motivation and organizational culture together on the performance of employees at the Office of education, youth and sports Bulukumba regency. implemented for 3 months from January to March 2019, the population amounted to 43 Because the population is small, so that all members of the population are taken into a sample of all employees with a total of 43 people. The analysis method used by this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of each variable question as well as assumption test. The result of this study 1) Coefficient of the influence of work motivation on performance of 0.359 with a value of p = 0.032 < 0.05. This indicates that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. It can be interpreted that the better the work motivation that employees have, the performance of employees will increase; 2) The coefficient of organizational culture influence on performance is 0.324 with a value of p = 0.037 < 0.05. It can be interpreted that the better the organizational culture that employees have, the performance of employees will increase; and 3) Value F = 6.78 > T Table (1.65) and the value of sig = 0.001 < α 0.05, so that the motivation of work and organizational culture together affect the performance of employees at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Bulukumba District. Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance

Abstract

ngkep Regency, is experiencing a decrease in the productivity of some of its employees, this encourages researchers to find the right solution that is by the application of supervisory functions. The purpose of this research is. 1. Implementation of supervisory function in improving employee productivity 2. To find out the factors that cause the decrease in employee productivity in this company.  This research was conducted by: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation In Place, 3. Report on the spot, Regarding employees' daily activities such as: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / Work behavior, 3. Motivation / Work ethic of employees. The results showed that with direct inspection, observation on site, and reports in place periodically and continuously, it can gradually be overcome by a decrease in employee productivity. This can be seen, employees who previously productivity is not good to be good. And employees who were not good before have become good too, even the good become very good, and who have been very good still survive very good productivity.  Based on the actions carried out, it can be concluded that the application of supervisory functions in improving employee productivity is in the form of: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation on site, 3. Report in place. Can improve: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / work behavior, 3. Motivas / work ethic keryawan low productivity.   Keywords: Good Supervision Management, Increased Employee Productivity  ABSTRAK  Perusahaan tamban leveransir “TA” di Kabupaten Pangkep, sedang mengalami penurunan produktivitas sebagian karyawannya, hal ini mendorong peneliti mencarikan solusi yang tepat yaitu dengan penerapan fungsi pengawasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah. 1. Penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas Karyawan 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya produktivitas karyawan pada perusahaan ini.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi Ditempat, 3. Laporan di tempat, Mengenai aktifitas keseharian karyawan seperti : 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / Perilaku kerja, 3. Motivasi/Etos kerja karyawan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya inspeksi langsung, Observasi ditempat, dan laporan ditempat secara  berkala dan berkesinambungan, maka secara berangsur-angsur dapat diatasi penurunan produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat , karyawan  yang sebelumnya produktivitasnya tidak baik menjadi baik. Dan karyawan yang sebelumnya kurang baik sudah menjadi baik pula, bahkan yang sudah baik menjadi sangat baik, serta yang sudah sangat baik tetap bertahan sangat baik produktifitasnya.  Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan yaitu berupa : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi ditempat, 3. Laporan ditempat. Dapat memperbaiki: 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / perilaku kerja, 3. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and prove how the teacher's ability, students' understanding, and To describe how the evaluation of students' learning outcomes in implementing integrated learning tahfidz Qur'an. This research is included in qualitative research with phenomenological approach through observation of integration between the general curriculum and islamic religious reasoning through the implementation of Tahfidz Al-Quran. The location of this research is in the area of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Makassar. The research population was 24 people consisting of 12 students and 12 teachers from 236 students and 12 teachers. The results showed that there is increased understanding, there is strengthening of character, improving the ability to read short surah memorization, in general students can appreciate time, appreciate science, have a culture of hard work, and have a forward orientation, as well as high self-esteem. There are efforts to always carry out an Islamic attitude in learning, follow the activities of prayer well. The ability of teachers in implementing integrated learning tahfidz Qur'an gradually and carried out continuously. After showing the changes, students are able to develop memorization of the Quran that has been determined and able to motivate themselves according to their abilities. The results of the evaluation explain the meaning of the integration of the Qur'an in students, showing indicators that have shown improvement, although further efforts need to be made improvements, and can improve low-grade passing skills in students.  Keywords: Integrated Tahfidz Qur'an, Teacher Ability, Student Understanding, Evaluation of Learning Outcomes  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan membuktikan bagaimana kemampuan guru, pemahaman siswa, dan Untuk menggambarkan bagaimana evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran terintegrasi tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi melalui pengamatan atas integrasi antara kurikulum umum dengan penalaran agama islam melalui implementasi Tahfidz Al-Quran. Lokasi penelitian ini berada dalam wilayah SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Makassar. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 24 orang  yang terdiri dari 12 orang siswa/siwi dan 12 orang guru dari 236 siswa/siwi dan 12 orang guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman, ada penguatan karakter, meningkatkan kemampuan membaca hafalan surah pendek, pada umumnya siswa dapat menghargai waktu, menghargai ilmu pengetahuan, memiliki budaya kerja keras, dan memiliki orientasi ke depan, serta harga diri tinggi. Ada upaya untuk selalu menjalankan sikap yang islami dalam pembelajaran, mengikuti kegiatan shalat dengan baik. Kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran terintegrasi tahfidz Al-Qur’an secara bertahap dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Setelah menunjukkan perubahannya mahasiswa mampu mengembangkan hafalan-hafalan Al-Quran yang telah ditentukan dan mampu memotivasi dirinya sesuai dengan kemampuannya yang dia miliki. Hasil dari evaluasi menjelaskan tentang makna integrasi Al-Qur’an pada siswa, menunjukkan indikator yang sudah menunjukkan perbaikan, walaupun selanjutnya perlu melakukan upaya perbaikan, dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing grade rendah pada siswa.  Kata Kunci: Terintegrasi Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, Kemampuan Guru, Pemahaman Siswa, Evaluasi Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Problems that occur in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is a matter of leadership style, this can be seen from the conflict between the company and employees. This conflict occurs due to misunderstanding between superiors and employees. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, discipline, and incentives on employee performance, as well as to know and analyze variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. The research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2018 with a population of 227 people and sampling techniques that are random samples from a population of 50 people who were sampled. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results of this study showed that the coefficient of leadership style influence on employee performance which shows that it has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of disciplinary influence on employee performance that shows that discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of effect of incentives on employee performance which indicates that the provision of incentives has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the leadership style, discipline, and incentives for employee performance at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development will increase. And the highest value is the incentive variable so that the variable that has the most influence is the incentive variable. Keywords: leadership style, discipline, incentives, and performance.

Abstract

Education supervisors based on the Decree of the Minister of State for The Utilization of State Apparatus No. 118/1996, are civil servants who are given full duties, responsibilities and authority by officials authorized to conduct supervision by carrying out assessments and coaching in terms of technical education and administration in pre-school, primary and secondary education units. This study aims to know and describe the influence of competence on the performance of education supervisors, knowing and describing the influence of functional tasks on the performance of education supervisors, knowing and describing the influence of competencies and functional tasks simultaneously on the performance of education supervisors in the Education Office of Wajo Regency. This research was conducted in May-June of 2019 at the District Education Office wajo with the object of this research is all education supervisors in the scope of the Wajo Kebupaten Education Office of 42 people. Respondents who were used by the population to give in this study were all education supervisors within the Wajo Kebupaten Education Office. The results of this study show that: 1) shows that competence has a significant positive effect on education supervisors; 2) demonstrate that functional tasks have a significant positive effect on education supervisors; and 3). Competencies and functional tasks together have a significant positive effect on the performance of education supervisors in the Education Office of Wajo Regency.Keywords: Competence, Functional Tasks, Performance, and Supervisory Education.
