Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To find out the planning and procurement of human resources at Impres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya Elementary School. (2) To find out the development of human resources at the Impres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya Elementary School, and (3) To find out how to maintain resources at the Impres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The source of data from this study is the object of teachers and employees at SD Inpres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya, Central Papua. Primary data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation activities carried out in the Inpres Alukme Mulia Elementary School environment consisting of: (1) the Principal, (2) Teachers, and (3) Employees. The data analysis techniques in this study are: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification. The results of the research are: (1) Alukme Mulia Presidential Elementary School has careful planning in the procurement of human resources. They work closely with the local Education Office to identify the needs of teaching staff and conduct a rigorous selection to recruit competent and committed teachers. (2) Human resource development in this school is focused on improving teacher competence and skills through regular training and professional development programs. and (3) Efforts to maintain human resources at SD Inpres Alukme Mulia involve the provision of welfare facilities, reward and incentive systems, a conducive work environment, effective conflict management, performance evaluation, and periodic strategy adjustments.

Abstract

Desa Jatisari merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tajinan wilayah Kabupaten Malang, Propinsi Jawa Timur., di Desa Jatisari masih sedikit jumlah UMKM dan masih banyak yang belum mengembangkan strategi pemasaran maupun mengembangkan inovasi pengemasan produk yang di hasilkan. Pada dasarnya tujuan dari dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dapat memberikan ide baru tentang Kewirausahaan serta memotivasi bagi peserta agar membuka wawasan untuk melakukan pengembangan kegiatan usahanya. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi kreatif dan bisa memasarkan produk secara online di market place dan mengembangkan inovasi kemasan produk khususnya untuk krupuk rambak Impala.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberian Penyuluhan dan pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Sedangkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada Bulan September 2023. Hasil dan Luaran yang ditargetkan oleh pengabdian adalah dengan melakukan peningkatan pemasaran dan kemasan produk Impala. Diharapkan pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat memberikan semangat dan motivasi baru untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan tingkat keuntungan yang lebih besar. Abstract

This study examines the phenomena that arise in Human Resource Management. This study emphasizes the use of quantitative methods by involving 166 permanent employees in the Office of PERUMDA Tugu Tirta Malang City as research subjects. Proportional Random Sampling is used for sampling with Slovin formula. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The independent variable consists of succession planning and job training, while the dependent variable is employee performance tested using multiple linear regression analysis. From the hypothesis testing conducted, it was found that succession planning and job training have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Partially succession planning has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, job training has an important and positive impact on employee performance. Suggestions for further researchers other variables outside of this study should be more widely studied that can affect employee performance. Keywords: Performance, succession planning, job training

Abstract

The disruption era includes the fourth industrial revolution, climate change, and the Covid-19 pandemic. Education, the economy, business, and tourism, among other areas, are all affected by the disturbance. The purpose of this research is to examine how organizational resilience is implemented in a hotel from the perspective of strategic human resource management. The study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and data processed through narrative. According to the conclusions of this study, the strategic roles of human resource executives or leaders are critical in dealing with organizational crises. This study contributes to knowledge by constructing propositions to establish a mini-theory.
