Abstract

This study examines the phenomena that arise in Human Resource Management. This study emphasizes the use of quantitative methods by involving 166 permanent employees in the Office of PERUMDA Tugu Tirta Malang City as research subjects. Proportional Random Sampling is used for sampling with Slovin formula. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The independent variable consists of succession planning and job training, while the dependent variable is employee performance tested using multiple linear regression analysis. From the hypothesis testing conducted, it was found that succession planning and job training have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Partially succession planning has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, job training has an important and positive impact on employee performance. Suggestions for further researchers other variables outside of this study should be more widely studied that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian”ini”bertujuan”untuk/mendapatkan informasi mengenai motivasi\kerja/dan organizational citizenship behavior/terhadap/kinerja karyawn\PT.Berkah Giat Jaya Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan/metode kuantitatif pada instrumen yang dinyatakan valid sehingga\layak digunakan. Responden/yang\diteliti berjumlah 83 karyawan dengan total pertanyaan seba nyak 30\pertanyaan. Peneliti menggunakan data primer dan mengolah data tanggapan responden \menggunakan SPSS. Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan teknik yang digunakan/dalam\penelitian ini. Hasilipenelitian\menunjukan motivasi kerja dan organizational citizenship behavio\berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan/PT. Berkah Giat Jaya Kota Malang, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan/PT. Berkah Giat Jaya Kota Malang, organizational citiznship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kryawan’PT. Berkah Giat Jaya Kota Malang. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengembangkan faktor’lain’di luar faktor’yang sudah diteliti, seperti reward and punishment, budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, peneliti mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 102 responden di Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea Cukai Type Madya Kota Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan teknik statistik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis secara parsial menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan didapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beberapa saran yang dapat dipertimbangkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya antara lain memberikan pelatihan manajemen waktu untuk melatih skala prioritas pekerjaan yang dilakukan karyawan, menciptakan suasana kerja yang nyaman dan meningkatkan hubungan antar karyawan agar tidak terjadi permasalahan dalam hubungan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020-2022. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 44 perusahaan consumer goods sehingga total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari annual report. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Di sisi lain, variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Desa Jatisari merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tajinan wilayah Kabupaten Malang, Propinsi Jawa Timur., di Desa Jatisari masih sedikit jumlah UMKM dan masih banyak yang belum mengembangkan strategi pemasaran maupun mengembangkan inovasi pengemasan produk yang di hasilkan. Pada dasarnya tujuan dari dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah dapat memberikan ide baru tentang Kewirausahaan serta memotivasi bagi peserta agar membuka wawasan untuk melakukan pengembangan kegiatan usahanya. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi kreatif dan bisa memasarkan produk secara online di market place dan mengembangkan inovasi kemasan produk khususnya untuk krupuk rambak Impala.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pemberian Penyuluhan dan pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Sedangkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada Bulan September 2023. Hasil dan Luaran yang ditargetkan oleh pengabdian adalah dengan melakukan peningkatan pemasaran dan kemasan produk Impala. Diharapkan pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat memberikan semangat dan motivasi baru untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan tingkat keuntungan yang lebih besar. Abstract

One of the challenges for companies is creating human resources with optimal performance supported by a high level of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in enhancing employee discipline, as employees who feel satisfied and happy with their work tend to demonstrate better performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, with work discipline as a mediating variable, at the Land Office of Malang Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaire distribution. The sampling technique used is total sampling, involving all civil servant employees at the Land Office of Malang Regency, totalling 37 respondents. The results of the analysis reveal that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as on work discipline. Additionally, work discipline positively and significantly affects employee performance while mediating the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The implications of this study suggest that companies should focus on improving job satisfaction through development programs, recognition, and incentives, as this can indirectly enhance employee performance by increasing work discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Pondok Pesantren is a traditional education where students live together and study under the guidance of teachers who are better known as kiai and have dormitories for students to stay. Since the beginning of entering the Islamic boarding school, the attitude of the students must be awakened, so that in this way the ideals of the students that have been awakened since the beginning are stronger and easier to realize. Based on the results of a survey in the field, the loyal and obedient attitude of a santri when entering an Islamic boarding school begins to be developed, this attitude emerges and continues to be honed for independent learning when away from parents, to deepen religious knowledge, seek peace of mind, and seek blessings from kyai and many more. To determine the effect of service quality (X) on loyalty (Y) at the Bihaaru Bahri Islamic Boarding School As'ali Fadlaailir Rahmah, Turen District, Malang Regency. Abstract

Corporate social responsibility will be an important to give sustainable contribution and beneficial impact upon productivity of corporate through the stakeholder. In order to increase the role of corporate so it is need to develop some factor supports that will be basically push personal decision maker who involving to make decision of corporate social responsibility. There are some facior supports such as business ethic that giving guidance attitude to the corporate decision maker to do its responsibility and giving mutual as well beneficial impact upon the society (Deontological ethic and Utilitarianism). That is also in order to customizing of the corporate culture done responsible by stakeholder. This goal orientation is done in order to support the productivity of the corporate so that corporale making good beneficial impact and profit. It would increase corporate cost in the short time but in the long term it can take very good beneficial impact because through doing corporate social responsibility can also give the value added to the internal corporate such as consumers, user, employers, suppliers, stockholders and owners. To the external corporate such as local government and close society where living around the corporate operation located who would get the social beneficial impact. In real estate especially to those corporate that doing business on the housing project is very good research object because housing development need very wide financial capital, heavy work and involving many employers and giving great impact upon the environment. That is why the member of REI (the Indonesian Real Estate Member) in local east Java as research object because they have been registered as the member therefore they have to follow the ethical conduct of the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Work Stress sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Korindo Abadi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri dari 301 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Work Stress sebagai variabel mediasi. Selain itu, Work Stress memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi serta stres kerja merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study explores innovation in Human Resource Management (HRM) in the tourism industry through bibliometric analysis. Using 70 relevant articles published between 2020 and 2024 from the Scopus database, this study uses bibliometric techniques such as simple count statistics, citation analysis, co-citation, bibliographic coupling, and network analysis. Findings reveal that human resource innovation plays a vital role in enhancing service quality, employee productivity, and organizational effectiveness in tourism. Key innovations include the use of artificial intelligence, video interviews, virtual and augmented reality in recruitment and training, and digital performance management systems. These tools significantly improve human resource efficiency and responsiveness. Moreover, green human resource practices and innovative employee welfare programs contribute to environmental performance and staff well-being. The study also emphasizes the need for continuous theoretical development to support sustainable human resource innovation. Future research should explore the integration of decision support systems, business analytics, and automation into human resource management, as well as their impact on employee satisfaction and organizational outcomes. Additionally, studies on green human resource management and inclusive policies can provide further insights into fostering a productive and sustainable work environment in tourism. This research provides a foundational understanding of current trends and offers guidance for further advancement in human resource innovation within the tourism industry.
