Abstract

Sports is one form of activity to improve the physical quality of humans. Many ways to develop physical motor skills of one of them with aerobic exercise. Aerobic Kids Gymnastics is a type of rhythmic gymnastics whose movements are adjusted to the age and development of a Paud child. The movements of dancing, jumping, spinning like mimicking animal movements make pre-school-aged children more eager to follow it. From the characteristics of sports for early childhood, the author tries to package in the form of aerobic kids gymnastics that are fun so that children feel interested to follow and have fun. The assumption that gross motor development will develop automatically with increasing age of the child, is a false assumption. The development of gross motor skills in children needs the assistance of educators in early education institutions, namely in terms of what is helped. Aerobic Kids gymnastics is done directly by doing a demonstration of Aerobic Kids gymnastics in learning sports. The subjects of this study were PAUD Laboratory School students of PGRI Kediri and teachers. The results of this activity showed that there was good enthusiasm from students and teachers in participating in the Aerobic Kids Gymnastics Movement.

Abstract

Diketahui nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Kemudian pada nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen mengalami kenaikan sebesar 11,4%. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol mengalami kenaikan sebesar 6,5%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen mengalami kenaikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness, appeal, and practicality of interactive learning tools utilizing Augmented Reality (AR). Employing a research and development approach, the study focuses on creating AR-based learning materials, drawing inspiration from the ADDIE development model’s Analyze, Design, and Development stages. While the traditional ADDIE model comprises five stages, this research streamlines the process to three key stages. Validation tests conducted by both media and subject matter experts confirmed the high validity of the AR-based learning materials. Media expert evaluations yielded an Aiken’s V value of 0.913, while subject matter expert assessments resulted in a value of 0.921, indicating strong validity. Subsequent tests involving 20 students with special needs from SLB Kediri City revealed high levels of attractiveness and user-friendliness, with 73% of participants finding the materials engaging and 91% expressing that they were very easy to navigate. In conclusion, the study suggests that AR-based interactive learning tools for Physical Education cater to the needs of students with disabilities in Kediri City. These tools not only capture students’ interest but also offer ease of use. However, further evaluation through classroom trials is recommended to ascertain the effectiveness of AR learning materials in enhancing learning outcomes in Physical Education.
