Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the family environment and activeness in the organization on the academic achievement of study students at the Hima of the Faculty of Economics, Muhadi Setiabudi University. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative methods. The technique used in this study used a saturated sampling technique with active student respondents participating in the Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University. totaling 50 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the analytical method used was multiple linear regression.The results of this study show that: 1) Students who are active in participating in HIMA are in the category of high academic achievement as much as 62%, those who fall into the moderate category are as much as 32%, and those who fall into the less category are as much as 6%. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the family environment on academic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence of activeness in the organization on academic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence of family environment and activeness in organizations on academic achievement.

Abstract

One of the new beverage or food industry competitions that are ready to compete and enter the market nationally is the white coffee industry. Efforts to increase promotion, price adjustments, and product quality, or need to carry out a more effective marketing strategy in accordance with the findings of market research conducted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising attractiveness, product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Coffee drinks. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on concrete research data, which is a numerical value that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool and related to problems, resulting in a conclusion. The population of this study was consumers of Luwak White Coffee drinks at the Virdasari store in SiDate Village. The sample was obtained from subjects 25% of the population of 332 people, obtained 83 respondents. The research instrument used is the primary data from filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study found that advertising attractiveness does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

The problem that arises at this time is satisfaction with the service from the performance of government employees for the community, both at the village level to the national level. This research was conducted on the basis of problems that arise in the community from what they have received so far from Bangsri Village government services. Whether or not the community is satisfied is the direct experience of the community from service and employee performance for what has been obtained. This research was conducted in Bangsri Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency from March 2023 to July 2023. The population in this study was 12,749 people and the sample for this study was 99 respondents. The testing tool and data analysis in this study used SPSS 26 with the method of testing and analysis through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination test. Results in this study shows that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t value for variable X1 (4.671) greater than t table (1.661).The performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t value calculated for variable X2 ( 2.936) is greater than t table (1.661) and the significant value of t X2 is less than 0.05 or 0.009 <0.05 Quality of service and performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this result is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 greater than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 142.898 greater than F table 3.938 Service Quality and Performance of Village Government Apparatuses is able to predict the dependent variable, namely Community Satisfaction of 94.4%, the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu usaha atau organisasi yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum antara lain adalah Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. Layanan ini meliputi penginapan, pengiriman makanan dan minuman, layanan kamar, ruang pertemuan, dan banyak lagi. Lokasi cabang Hotel Anggraeni dapat ditemukan di Tanjung, Bumiayu, Keuntungan, dan Jatibarang, di antara tempat-tempat lain di Kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dan pengembangan karir dengan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam jenis penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel Anggraeni Tanjung dan Jatibarang dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang. Mendistribusikan survei kepada responden secara langsung atau menggunakan formulir Google adalah cara pengumpulan data. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Signifikansi pengaruh x1 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 8,399 menurut t-tabel 2,042. 2) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh besar dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diketahui tingkat signifikansi pengaruh x2 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 4,495. Kompensasi dan peningkatan karir berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (lihat FTabel 3.32). Diketahui nilai hitung F sebesar 36,237 dan nilai signifikansi pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan adalah 0,000 0,05, dalam F tabel 3.32. Hotel Anggraeni branch locations can be found in Tanjung, Bumiayu, Profit, and Jatibarang, among other places in Brebes Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and career development with employee performance. Quantitative methods are used in this type of research. The subjects of this study were employees of the Anggraeni Tanjung and Jatibarang hotels with a total sample of 32 people. Distributing surveys to respondents directly or using Google forms are ways of collecting data. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The significance of the effect of x1 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t-count is 8.399 according to the t-table 2.042. 2) Career development has a large and positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the level of significance of the effect of x2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and t-count is 4.495. Compensation and career advancement have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (see FTable 3.32). Abstract

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

Abstract

This study was set behind a decrease in the sales of arjuna chicken noodles during 2020-2021. This decline in sales indicates a decrease in consumer buying decisions for arjuna chicken noodle products so that it can be formulated in this study that how consumers make decisions to buy arjuna chicken noodle amid a growing competitive phenomenon based on service quality and word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and word of mouth on the purchase decision of arjuna chicken noodles. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collected using questionnaire and interview techniques. The respondents in this study were 50 people who met one of the five criteria; decision-making, purchasing, consuming chicken arjuna noodles at Randudongkal Pemalang. Three hypotheses were formulated and tested using regression analysis. Research results show that service quality does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth also had a high effect on purchasing decisions on Arjuna Chicken Mie Randudongkal Pemalang.

Abstract

Astra Motor Brebes 1 is a motorbike dealer that sells Honda motorbike products and provides Honda motorbike service in Ketangungan. This research has the main objective to determine the influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at Astra Motor Brebes 1. The method used is quantitative research. The population of this study is the same as the sample size, namely 60 respondents who are employees of Astra Motor Brebes 1. The data collection technique for this research is by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. Then the data collected was processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that partially motivation had a positive effect on employee performance, namely the calculated t value was 5.930 > t table 2.005 and the sig value. (0.000 < 0.05). Partial compensation has no influence on employee performance, namely t count 1.976 < t table 2.005 and the sig value. (0.053 > 0.05). It is known that Motivation and Compensation simultaneously influence employee performance by 0.525 or 52.5%.
