Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of humanresource development, work discipline, and work environment on employeeperformance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi SetiabudiUniversity. 2) to determine and analyze the effect of human resource developmenton employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, MuhadiSetiabudi University. 3) to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline onemployee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, MuhadiSetiabudi University. 4) to determine and analyze the effect of the workenvironment on the performance of employees at the Faculty of Economics andBusiness, Muhadi Setiabudi University. 5) to determine and analyze the influenceof human resource development, work discipline, and work environment onemployee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, MuhadiSetiabudi University. This type of research is survey and causal and involves 42subjects selected through the census method. Abstract

Rendahnya kesadaran para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pentingnya label pada kemasan produk UMKM yang berlaku, kebanyakan pelaku UMKM banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam hal memperhatikan label produk. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar pemilik usaha khususnya UMKM lebih memperhatikan Label pada Kemasan UKM yang produknya akan mereka pasarkan di berbagai segmen pasar selain mendapat inovasi dari kemasan juga bisnis para UMKM mendapatkan kelegalan dari sertifikat Sehat dan Halal, sehingga dapat menarik minat pembeli dan semua UMKM siap dalam menghadapi persaingan. Label produk merupakan identitas dari sebuah produk yang akan dipasarkan, label produk dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam memilih produk yang akan dibelinya, dan menjadi penguat branding usaha dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Dalam label di produk terdapat informasi berupa brand, komposisi, legalitas, fungsi dan petunjuk produk. Para pelaku UMKM juga harus melek teknologi atau sistem informasi yang biasa disebut dengan e-commerce atau pemasaran elektronik, guna mempermudah para pelaku UMKM dalam berinovasi melakukan produksi dan penjualan produk. masih terdapat rendahnya pemahaman dalam pembuatan label pada kemasan. Label NIB, halal MUI dan Label BPOM untuk produk pangan merupakan potensi besar yang dimiliki UMKM di Desa Randusanga Wetan karena dituntut harus bisa memperbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan dan serta membuat inovasi-inovasi yang bisa membuat UMKM-UMKM tersebut berkembang pesat, mampu bertahan dan siap bersaing.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of public service quality on the satisfaction of the people of Limbangan Village partially. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of employee performance on the satisfaction of the people of Limbangan Village partially. Limbangan Village community partially. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline of Village Government Apparatus on Community Satisfaction in Limbangan Village. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, this research has a population of 6762 by taking as many samples as 99 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn where H1: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Limbangan Village Hall Office with a t-value of 4.011 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. H2: Employee Performance has a negative and insignificant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Balai Desa Limbangan Office with a t-value of 0.495 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.622 < 0.05. -count 4.914 > 1.661 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. H4: Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Limbangan Village Hall Office with a value of F-count > F-table (45.010 > 2.697) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of integrity, work efficiency, and job characteristics on the performance of village apparatus, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among village officials in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, involving 109 respondents selected using a quantitative approach through questionnaire-based data collection. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the path coefficient analysis indicate that integrity has a positive effect on organizational commitment, with a coefficient value of 0.286. Work efficiency also exerts a positive influence on organizational commitment, with a coefficient of 0.215, suggesting that officials who complete tasks efficiently and accurately tend to demonstrate higher levels of commitment. Job characteristics, such as role clarity and task challenge, also contribute positively to organizational commitment, with a coefficient of 0.138. Furthermore, integrity, work efficiency, and job characteristics each have a direct impact on the performance of village officials, with coefficient values of 0.086, 0.167, and 0.088, respectively. Notably, organizational commitment plays a significant mediating role, with a direct effect on performance amounting to 0.206. These findings underscore the importance of organizational loyalty and a strong sense of institutional belonging in enhancing the effectiveness of village apparatus. Strengthening organizational commitment emerges as a critical factor in maximizing the impact of integrity, work efficiency, and job characteristics on performance outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth promotion, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Tegalglagah Sehat Pharmacy. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verifiable design. The research sample amounted to 88 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula, and data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that the three independent variables, namely word of mouth promotion, price, and service quality, have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These findings reinforce the importance of the role of these three variables in shaping consumer perception and experience of services in pharmacies. Among the three, service quality has proven to be the most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction. This reflects that the better the quality of service provided by the pharmacy, the higher the level of satisfaction felt by consumers. Thus, improving the quality of service is a strategic priority that cannot be ignored by pharmacy management. In addition, maintaining competitive price stability and strengthening promotions through word of mouth is also an important step in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. This strategy is not only important for retaining existing consumers, but also for attracting new consumers through positive recommendations that develop through word of mouth. Furthermore, the results of this study also indicate that pharmacy consumers are increasingly selective and critical in evaluating the health services they receive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Services of a Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias. This type of research uses quantative. Data collection methods with direct observation, interviews or interviews, questionnaire data through google forms and data collection with documentation. The population is consumers who have used services, with a research sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The tests of this research are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test using T Test and F Test.The results of the data analysis obtained that: 1) price has no effect and is not significant on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias Sidate. It is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.215 > 0.05. And the calculated t value is 1.254 < t table is 1.670. 2) While the Quality of Service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias. It is known that the significance value of X2 to Y is 0.000 < 0.05. And the calculated t value is 4.903 > t table is 1.670. 3) simultaneously the Price and Quality of Service significantly and positively affect the Decision to Use Services. It is known that the significance value for the effect of price and service quality simultaneously on the decision to use services is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated f value is 12.629 > f table 3.15.

Abstract

The quality of public services and work discipline are one of the factors that affect people's satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the quality of public services and work discipline on the satisfaction of the people of Cimohong Village. The population in this study is the people of Cimohong Village who have interests in the Cimohong Village Office which amounts to 1464 people. For the sampling of the study, the researchers used the Slovin technique, then the sample used was 95 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The classical assumption test consists of a normality test, a multicollinearity test and a heteroskedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), a simultaneous test (an F test) and a multiple linear regression test. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services on community satisfaction by calculating 3,208 > 1,661 at a significance level of 5%; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on community satisfaction with a calculation of 3,666 > of 1,661 at a significance level of 5%; (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of public services and work discipline simultaneously on community satisfaction with a calculated value of 17,519> an Ftabel value of 3.94 at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Effective marketing programs and efforts to educate consumers about the efficacy and use of products can help create greater awareness and build loyalty. This study investigated the influence between brand awareness, brand association, product quality, product price, and customer loyalty on Tolak Angin products at Nirmala Brebes Store. The population of this study was Tolak Angin customers at the Nirmala Brebes Store. The sample was taken 25% of the population of 412 people, so 103 respondents were obtained. The results showed that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand associations have a positive and significant effect on customers, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customers, price has a positive and significant effect on customers. Simultaneously, brand awareness, brand association, product quality, and product price have an influence on customer loyalty of Tolak Angin products at Nirmala Brebes Store by 84.4%.

Abstract

Pelajaran agama islam di sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan nilai nilai agama kepada siswa dan meningkatkan akhlak mereka. Tujuan pendidikan agama islam adalah untuk membuat siswa religius, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, cinta tanah air, jujur, peduli terhadap lingkungan, dan peduli terhadap sesama. Menurut survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SMP Kartikatama Metro, Banyak siswa yang dalam pembentukan karakter bagus dan baik kemudian ternyata guru agama islam tidak hanya mengajarkan agama secara resmi di kelas, tetapi juga mengadakan kegiatan yang membantu menumbuhkan akhlak, seperti membaca Al-Qur'an sebelum belajar, sholat dhuha, sholat berjamaah zuhur, hafalan surat pendek. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan guru PAI, kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa di SMP Kartikatama Metro dan untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Untuk mengumpulkan data, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi digunakan. Hal ini didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa metode penyebaran efektif dan mudah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa yaitu melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI, dan juga kegiatan lainnya. Namun dalam kegiatan tersebut terdapat faktor pendukung penghambat, faktor pendukung seperti terdapat sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung yang mudah untuk dijangkau guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan agama islam, adanya kerjasama antara siswa dan guru, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu terbatasnya waktu, kurangnya kesadaran siswa, kesulitan guru dalam menasihati siswa diluar jam pelajaran, guru terlalu sering membebankan tugas kepada siswa

Abstract

This study was set behind a decrease in the sales of arjuna chicken noodles during 2020-2021. This decline in sales indicates a decrease in consumer buying decisions for arjuna chicken noodle products so that it can be formulated in this study that how consumers make decisions to buy arjuna chicken noodle amid a growing competitive phenomenon based on service quality and word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and word of mouth on the purchase decision of arjuna chicken noodles. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collected using questionnaire and interview techniques. The respondents in this study were 50 people who met one of the five criteria; decision-making, purchasing, consuming chicken arjuna noodles at Randudongkal Pemalang. Three hypotheses were formulated and tested using regression analysis. Research results show that service quality does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth also had a high effect on purchasing decisions on Arjuna Chicken Mie Randudongkal Pemalang.
