Abstract

This research explores the integration of blockchain technology within Smart Farming 4.0 to improve efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in Indonesia’s agricultural sector. the challenge of transforming traditional agriculture into a modern, data-driven system remains significant, especially for smallholder farmers. By leveraging blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), In this study, investigates how these technologies can opti- mize supply chains, enhance product traceability, and reduce distribution costs. Employing a mixed-method approach, data were collected through interviews with farmers utilizing blockchain-based systems and surveys targeting milenial farmers. The findings reveal that blockchain significantly improves trace- ability and logistics efficiency, while highlighting key barriers such as low digital literacy and limited access to technology. The results emphasize the importance of government and private sector collaboration in providing incentives, digital literacy training, and infrastructure support. Ultimately, the study offers practical insights into accelerating digital transformation in agriculture and promoting sustainable food systems through technological innovation.

Abstract

Toko Hani Sejahtera merupakan tergolong dalam usaha kecil menenga dan bergerak dibidang penjualan perlengkapan ,sembako dan kebutuhan sehari-hari berlamatkan Jln jambi-sarulangun RT 08 Kelurahan,Durian Luncuk Kecamatan,Batin XXIV,kabupaten Batanghari ,dalam proses Toko Hani Sejahterah masih menggunakan datang ketoko dan media sosial seperti instagram, proses penjualan dan jasa yang menuggu pelanggan datang ke tempat dan pencatatan menggunakan Nota, Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Toko Hani Sejahterah diantaranya adalah penyebaran promosi untuk informasi produk yang ditawarkan lambat dan terbatas untuk orang-orang yang mengetahui Toko Hani Sejahtera saja, omset penjualan yang sulit meningkat karena harus menunggu datangnya pelanggan, dan terkadang terjadi kesalahan dalam pengolahan data penjualan dan jasa yang ditawarkan baik dari pencatatan dan perhitungan, serta rekap data laporan yang membutuhkan waktu relatif lama. Oleh karena itu Toko Hani Sejahtera membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu mempromosikan dan membantu penjualaan dan jasa secara online.

Abstract

Penerimaan karyawan bila dikelola secara profesional akan menentukan mutu dan kesuksesan dalam memperoleh karyawan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun penyeleksian karyawan di PT. Dos Ni Roha Jambi yang sedang berjalan saat ini masih manual sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam penyeleksian penerimaan karyawan baru dan manipulasi terhadap hasil ujian sangat memungkinkan untuk dilakukan. Ini yang menjadi alasan kenapa penerimaan karyawan yang terkomputerisasi sangat diperlukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). pengolahan nilai dengan menggunakan metode maut akan menghasilkan informasi hasil perangkingan. Program ini dirancang dengan metode pengembangn sistem model waterfall, metodologi ini terdapat tahapan-tahapan kegiatan yang harus dilakukan dalam merancang suatu sistem. Alat bantu perancangan sistem yang digunakan penulis adalah Use case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan aplikasi Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. Pada sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan ini, menghasilkan karyawan yang direkomendasikan 4 orang dari 9 orang yaitu dengan nilai 14.75, 14.25, 12.26 dan 10.49.

Abstract

The digital era brings new challenges and opportunities for communities, including Cirebon City, which holds significant potential in the local economic sector. This community service aims to enhance human resource capacity through digital skills training to support community productivity. The training focused on introducing basic technologies, digital marketing, and application-based financial management. The methods employed included participatory approaches through simulations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practices. The participants consisted of MSME actors, youth, and the general public who needed technological mastery in their economic activities. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and application of technology. Many participants were able to utilize social media and e-commerce platforms to market their products, leading to a sales increase of up to 20%. Additionally, participants began using digital financial recording applications, making business management more efficient and accurate. However, some limitations were identified, such as the gap in technological abilities among participants and infrastructure issues in certain training locations. This program has had a wide-ranging positive impact on empowering the people of Cirebon, both in terms of enhancing technical skills and shifting mindsets. Developing more flexible modules, improving digital infrastructure, and providing continuous mentoring are necessary to ensure the long-term benefits of this training can be sustained.
