Abstract

Komitmen organisasional sangat penting dalam mendorong suatu organisasi mencapai tujuannya. Komitmen organisasional akan menumbuhkan loyalitas tinggi, semangat kerja, tanggung jawab dan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi dari karyawannya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasional antara lain kepuasan kerja dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik pekerjaan keluarga dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 112 karyawan di PT. Dijado. dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik pekerjaan keluarga yang tinggi akan menurunkan komitmen organisasional sedangkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi akan meningkatkan komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : konflik pekerjaan keluarga, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional

Abstract

Turnover intention adalah intensitas dari keinginan untuk keluar dari perusahaan demi mendapatkan pekerjaan yang lebih baik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention antara lain job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention, juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini lakukan pada 87 karyawaan di salah satu perusahaan swasta di Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity yang tinggi akan menurunkan kepuasan kerja dan meningkatkan turnover intention, sedangkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi akan menurunkan turnover intention. Kemudian kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : job insecurity, kepuasan kerja, turnover intention.

Abstract

Untuk menjaga atau menghindarkan pencemaran lingkungan, pemerintah desa mengkampanyekan kegiatan kepada masyarakat untuk memilah sampah organik dan non organik. Untuk mendukung program tersebut pemerintah desa menjalin kerjasama dengan perusahan-perusahaan penampung sampah dalam bentuk bank sampah untuk menampung sampah-sampah yang sudah terpilah khususnya botol-botol plastik dan kardus/kertas yang sudah di kumpulkan masyarakat. Saat ini di Perumahan Taman Nuri proses pengelolaan bank sampah secara teknis masih secara manual seperti cara penyetoran, pencatatan dan pencairan dana bank sampah. Pengelolaan bank sampah juga belum memiliki laporan update untuk jumlah bank sampah tiap daerah dan jumlah partisipasi warga. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini akan diterapkan sistem cloud berbasis web untuk memenuhi kegiatan manajemen bank sampah dan aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi mengenai bank sampah. Aplikasi manajemen bank sampah ini memanfaatkan teknologi cloud. Kata kunci: bank sampah, cloud, manajemen

Abstract

This Community Service Implementation aims to socialize data processing techniques based on the gray system theory to colleagues in universities. This technique is very helpful in solving the problem of analyzing a fact from phenomena in various scientific fields in real terms which often have uncertainties, related to incomplete data and inaccurate information. This socialization is carried out from a technical perspective, its application and potential problems and challenges in the future, in the context of providing services to the community. Specific targets to be achieved are understanding, knowledge and ability to apply gray system theory. The method used is in the form of counseling with practical delivery through knowledge transfer and the presentation of the roles and functions of the gray system theory so that it is truly acceptable and adds to the essence of knowledge of colleague lecturers and researchers in the university environment. Keyword: Grey system, statistic,

Abstract

Abstract220 Junior High School and 191 Junior high schools located in West Jakarta were the participants of the community service of Universitas Esa Unggul. They were chosen as they were recommended by Suku Dinas Pendidikan (Education Department) of West Jakarta region to be developed continuously. It was found some problems encountered by those schools in applying the school-based literacy program which is the national program determined by Ministry of Education and Culture. Those problems were students’ reading and writing literacy had not been developed and their motivation to read and write as well their creativity had not been improved. The solution offered was the training of online comic making as the follow-up reading activity in order to develop students’ reading and writing literacy. The methods employed were lecturing, website exploration, simulation, discussion, and presentation. The result of this community service was the development of students’ reading and writing literacy as well creativity to reach better school-based literacy program. Keywords: online comic, reading literacy, writing literacy, creativity AbstrakSMPN 220 Jakarta dan SMPN 191 Jakarta merupakan dua sekolah mitra program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengusul Universitas Esa Unggul. Kedua sekolah tersebut dipilih sebagai subyek program pengabdian kepada masyarakat karena merupakan sekolah yang direkomendasikan oleh Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Jakarta Barat untuk dibina secara berkesinambungan. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kedua sekolah mitra dalam rangka melaksanakan gerakan literasi sekolah yang merupakan program nasional yang dicanangkan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan. Masalah-masalah tersebut adalah belum tumbuh dan berkembangnya literasi membaca dan menulis siswa, motivasi membaca dan menulis dan kreativitas siswa. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengusul adalah pelatihan pembuatan cerita komik daring dari hasil membaca buku cerita rakyat Indonesia berbasis digital untuk mengembangkan literasi membaca dan menulis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan integrasi teknologi dan strategi membaca adalah pemaparan/ ceramah, eksplorasi website, simulasi, diskusi,dan presentasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pengembangan literasi membaca, menulis dan kreativitas siswa sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan gerakan literasi sekolah yang lebih maksimal. Kata kunci: komik daring, literasi membaca, literasi menulis, kreativitas

Abstract

Agricultural land in urban areas was needed for community food security. Narrow agricultural land posed obstacles in the implementation of urban agriculture. Hydroponi is a solution for agricultureal development on narrow land. Precesion farming was needed to maintain plant growth. Hydroponic system required regulation of air and water temperature, humidity, water level, pH, water nutrient. This study used SDLC methodology. The result of this research is an automatic hydroponic implementation that can monitor and control an Internet of Things based hydroponic system using Arduino.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on turnover intention in private employees who live in the Greater Jakarta area. The independent variables are empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The population in this study are private employees who live in the Greater Jakarta area. The number of samples contained in this study were 150 respondents. The sampling technique contained in this study uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, the data instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The method used in this research is path analysis. Based on this research, it was found that empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Empowerment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has no effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between empowerment and turnover intention. Then organizational commitment also does not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention

Abstract

Di era pandemic Covid-19 masyarakat memerlukan ketahanan pangan dimana bisa bercocok tanam di rumah dengan menggunakan lahan sempit. Urban farming merupakan salah satu solusi guna menghadapi dampak Covid-19 di Kelurahan Tirtajaya, Kota Depok. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan praktek penanaman menggunakan metode hidroponik. Pelatihan dimulai dengan pemahaman singkat tentang metode hidroponik, Teknik budidaya menggunakan system hidroponik rakit apung, kemudia dilanjutkan tentang pelatihan pengarahan dan peragaan penanaman. Berikutnya, masyarakat mencoba melakukan penyiapan bahan, pelarutan nutrisi, control nutrisi, pengendalian hama sampai dengan panen. Capaian kegiatan adalah peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang budidaya hidroponik. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan hidroponik sistem rakit apung guna peningkatan ketahanan pangan masyarakat

Abstract

Studies related to the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement have been carried out in previous studies in various contexts. The aim of this study is to conduct a meta-analytic of the empirical study of psychological capital models in the field of management. Meta-analysis was carried out through article searches from the ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, Proquest, Sage, Google Scholar databases of 17 research articles that were selected and thoroughly analyzed. The results reveal that psychological capital has a positive and significant relationship with work engagement. This research provides promotion for managerial and practice and recommends further research that can be explored.

Abstract

The best universities certainly have advantages which are their competitiveness. These are essential studies conducted at private universities in West Jakarta, Indonesia, about the effect of perceived quality, trust, and student satisfaction on student loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived quality on students, student satisfaction, and student confidence in student loyalty. The population of this research is the five best universities in West Jakarta, with a total sample of 150 students. The research design used in this study is a causal descriptive research design and uses a quantitative method approach that is processed and tested using SEM-PLS. The findings of this study indicate that the perceived quality of students, student trust, and student satisfaction is proven to increase student loyalty, and the perceived quality of students will affect student loyalty through student satisfaction. These findings have also provided a better understanding of how each factor affects student loyalty. This research contributes to the theoretical and practical levels, as well as contribute knowledge to the determinants of student loyalty at the 5 Best Private Universities in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
