Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Leadership Style of the Head of Tikke Raya District in Improving the Work Ethic of Employees at the Tikke Raya District Office, Pasangkayu Regency, which is studied based on the work motivation theory model according to Hasibuan (2006). :86). 1). Participative, 2). Delegative, 3). Situational, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative with purposive selection of informants and the number of informants selected was 5 people using data collection techniques, 1). Observation, 2). Interview, 3) Documentation. By analyzing all interview results. Results of Research on the Leadership Style of the Regent of Tikke Raya in Improving the Work Ethic of Employees at the Tikke Raya District Office, Pasangkayu Regency. Based on the results of the discussion using three indicators of the Leadership Style of the Regent of Tikke Raya, Pasangkayu Regency, the author can draw the conclusion that the results of research conducted by the author at the Tikke Raya District Office, Pasangkayu Regency, through direct observation and interviews with five informants, from three dimensions/aspects of leadership style namely Participation, Delegation, Situational. The author concludes that the leadership style of the sub-district head in Tikke Raya District, Pasangkayu Regency, as measured by three indicators, is considered to be working well, namely the indicators/dimensions of Participation, Situational, while the indicators/dimensions of Delegation are not working well.

Abstract

Abstract Problems related to the availability of clean water for natural disaster survivors living in Permanent Housing (Huntap) in Palu City are still a serious problem that needs to be addressed by the government, especially since this problem has existed since Huntap was occupied by survivors in 2019. The process of resolving public problems related to water Cleaning is no longer the domain of the government, but must be resolved by involving other stakeholders such as the Community, Academics, the Private Sector and the Media. Therefore, this research uses a collaboration modelPenta Helix as a solution to solving clean water problems in Huntap, Palu City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research came from aspectsPenta Helix. The research results confirm that the role of the media and community is significant in monitoring and offering solutions related to clean water management. In this process the involvement of academics is still relatively lacking. In fact, the academic studies carried out can be a reference for the government in overcoming clean water problems in Huntap, Palu City. Afandi. B10222053. Thesis Title: Implementation of Waste Management Policy in Palu City (Study of Waste Management in Tondo Village). Mentors Nasir Mangngasing and Nuraisyah.This research is to determine the implementation of waste management policies in Palu City (Study of Waste Management in Tondo Village). The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The informant withdrawal technique uses purposive. The data analysis used is the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model, namely data collection, data presentation, data condensation and drawing conclusions. The waste problem in Tondo Village is basically the responsibility of all parties, including the community, companies and local government. The habit of people who like to throw rubbish out of place makes waste management in this area increasingly ineffective and difficult to overcome. This habit of throwing rubbish carelessly is caused by a lack of education and facilities at rubbish dumps and final disposal sites. In fact, the current increase in population in Tondo Village will have an impact on the balance of the city, including waste production. The greater the population of an area, the more waste produced every day will also increase. Based on the results of research conducted, the implementation of the Waste Management Policy in Tondo Village is relatively ineffective, there are still many problems that need to be resolved so that waste handling can be more optimal, starting from aspects, human resources, budget resources and equipment resources. Apart from that, the disposition aspect related to sanctions and fines is relatively inconsistent in its implementation. The bureaucratic structure related to standard operational procedures in implementing policies, all of which have different problems from one another, so that commitment from the government and the community is needed to manage waste together.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Namun, banyak UMKM yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara efektif. Pelatihan strategi pemasaran melalui platform digital dapat menjadi solusi untuk membantu UMKM di Desa Lero meningkatkan visibilitas dan jangkauan pasar mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan strategi pemasaran UMKM melalui platform digital di Desa Lero. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut telah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan penjualan dan jangkauan pasar bagi UMKM yang mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan strategi pemasaran UMKM melalui platform digital dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di Desa Lero.

Abstract

Desa Karawana di Kecamatan Dolo, Kabupaten Sigi, memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata. Namun, diperlukan persiapan yang matang agar pengembangan desa wisata dapat berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyuluhan tentang persiapan desa wisata di Desa Karawana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan tentang persiapan desa wisata di Desa Karawana mencakup beberapa aspek, yaitu: (A) Penguatan kapasitas masyarakat, (B) Pengembangan produk wisata, (C) Peningkatan infrastruktur, (D) Promosi dan pemasaran, dan (E) Pengelolaan keuangan. Setiap aspek tersebut dibahas secara mendalam dengan dukungan data, statistik, dan contoh kasus yang relevan. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan desa wisata di Desa Karawana.
