Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana efektivitas Instagram sebagai media promosi pada produk hijab dan outfit Chic Square. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori Uses and Gratifications. Sedangkan yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu followers akun Instagram Chic Square dengan sampel 100 responden. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat efektivitas yang ditimbulkan oleh akun Instagram Chic Square sebagai media promosi produk yaitu sebesar 54,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar akun Instagram Chic Square yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research discusses the marketing strategies adopted by Team Betta Concept in selling ornamental fish, especially betta fish, through the social media platform TikTok. With the development of technology and the popularity of social media, the utilization of platforms like TikTok as a marketing channel has become an attractive trend for businesses in the ornamental fish industry.The research utilizes a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and content analysis as data collection methods. Through in-depth interviews with members of Team Betta Concept involved in the management and marketing of ornamental fish through TikTok, as well as the analysis of content uploaded on their TikTok accounts, this research identifies and analyzes the marketing strategies implemented by Team Betta Concept.The results of the research show that Team Betta Concept successfully implemented effective marketing strategies in selling ornamental fish through the TikTok platform. These marketing strategies include visually appealing and entertaining content, audience segmentation based on interests and behaviors, and brand positioning highlighting the uniqueness of the betta fish products they offer. In conclusion, this research states that the implementation of Team Betta Concept's marketing strategies in selling ornamental fish through the TikTok social media platform has successfully increased the popularity and attractiveness of their brand. Through an integrated STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning), Team Betta Concept achieved success in marketing ornamental fish and strengthened their position in the betta fish market. This research provides valuable insights for businesses in the ornamental fish industry and similar industries to understand the marketing potential of TikTok and to adopt more effective marketing strategies in this ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

In this digital era, social media has become a trend in communication. The marketing trend in the world is shifting from conventional to digital. This digital marketing is more prospective because it allows potential customers to obtain all kinds of information about products and transact via the internet. as Sogo Supermal Karawaci does in selling products, the presence of Covid-19 has made companies aware of the importance of keeping up with the all digital era. The purpose of this research was to find out the marketing strategy by Sogo Supermal Karawaci in digital era via WhatsApp application, the name is WhatsApp Click&Shop in maintaining customer loyalty. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting direct interviews with Sogo employees and customers. Sogo always runs programs by giving vouchers with a certain mechanism to attract customers interest in buying products and to collaborate with certain banks. Sogo always tries to provide all conveniences and advantages to customers in buying and selling non-face to face to keep customers from continuing to shop at Sogo Supermal Karawaci amidst the many competitors in this digital era.

Abstract

The skincare business in Indonesia is indeed quite promising, now Indonesian people care more about the health and beauty of their skin. Bioaqua Official is a Skin Care product that provides solutions to Indonesian people's skin problems. Bioaqua Official is a skincare product that has been around since 2019. They use TikTok social media as a marketing communication medium so they can continue to compete with other products. Remembering that TikTok is a social media that now has a lot of users in Indonesia. This research aims to find out how Bioaqua Official uses Tiktok social media as a marketing communication medium on the @Bioaquaofficialstore account. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method where the data obtained is the result of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Bioaqua Official is able to make good use of Tiktok social media as a marketing communication medium, successfully selling millions of products and having millions of followers on Tiktok.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is on the effectiveness of direct marketing activities in increasing property sales by 2023 at CV Angkasa Trimitra Makmur. This study uses the 7p marketing mix theory, which covers important aspects such as product, place, price, people, promotion, process, physical evidence. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research show that the CV Angkasa Trimitra Makmur has not optimized its promotional activities effectively. With the implementation of this strategy, it is expected that there will be a significant boost in the company's sales, so that it can cope with the sales upsurge that occurs. Keywords :

Abstract

Interpersonal communication plays a very important role in improving the quality of service. Effective communication between customer service and customers, and vice versa, will determine the quality of good service. Good communication will make customers feel valued, heard, and understood, thus increasing customer satisfaction with the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of interpersonal communication at PERUMDAM TKR Tangerang Regency on the quality of service provided. By understanding the extent of the influence of interpersonal communication, the PERUMDAM TKR party can identify areas that need to be improved or enhanced in their communication with customers. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a sample of 100 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PERUMDAM TKR Tangerang Regency customers. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with four answer choices, which allows respondents to provide more real assessments of the questions asked. The results showed that interpersonal communication significantly influenced the quality of service by 50.2%. This means that half of the variance in service quality can be explained by variations in interpersonal communication. The remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of communication in the promotion of the Tangerang City National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Tangerang City. This research was conducted at Baznas Tangerang City from February to July 2024. This research used a case study qualitative research method. The author uses observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, in carrying out the role of communication for promotion, there are strategies that might be able to attract new muzakki at BAZNAS Tangerang City, and these strategies are also important tools to implement. This research uses IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory. Based on the results of the research that the author obtained, in practice at BAZNAS Tangerang City, when the socialization was carried out the role of communication media well, and implemented all the indicators contained in it, and was also able to inform the muzakki and many people who learned new things about zakat, as well as educate the public about paying zakat Fitrah and Zakat Maal, and several obstacles that can arise from several factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pelaksanaan gaya komunikasi pemimpin PT. Properti Vendor Indonesia dalam menjaga loyalitas karyawannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang bersifat deskriptif dengan Teori Gaya Komunikasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunkaan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin di PT. Properti Vendor Indonesia menerapkan ketiga gaya komunikasi asertif, pasif, dan agresif. Namun, dari ketiga gaya tersebut, gaya komunikasi asertif paling sering diterapkan dalam interaksi dengan karyawan. Kesimpulan ini mengindikasikan bahwa gaya komunikasi asertif berperan signifikan dalam menjaga loyalitas karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif di perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

Kampanye adalah suatu tindakan komunikasi terencana yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, mendidik dan mempengaruhi perubahan sikap dan perilaku seseorang, seperti yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Wonderwowmen dalam kegiatan kampanye yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kucing telantar di Jakarta Pusat. Dalam menentukan suatu strategi, terdapat empat komponen yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu: memahami sasaran komunikasi, memilih media yang sesuai, mengkaji tujuan pesan komunikasi dan menentukan peran komunikator. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Komunikasi Persuasif yang memiliki tiga teori strategi komunikasi persuasif: Strategi Psikodinamika, Strategi Persuasi Sosiokultural dan Strategi Konstruksi Makna. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah komunitas Wonderwowmen menggunakan strategi psikodinamika dengan melakukan pendekatan secara emosional kepada pengikutnya, strategi persuasi sosiokultural dengan menggunakan ilustrasi mengenai kegiatan pro steril terhadap kucing telantar, serta strategi konstruksi makna dengan menggunakan permainan kata sehingga masyarakat tertarik dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Wonderwowmen.

Abstract

Martabak Pecenongan 78-Prabu Kian Santang merupakan salah satu penjual martabak di Kota Tangerang. Fenomena yang muncul dalam penjualan Martabak Pecenongan 78-Prabu Kian Santang yaitu tingginya tingkat persaingan penjualan makanan sehingga mempengaruhi daya beli masyarakat terhadap pembelian Martabak Pecenongan 78-Prabu Kian Santang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran online Aplikasi Gojek Fitur Go Food (Studi Deskriptif: Martabak Pecenongan 78-Prabu Kian Santang) dan untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam pemasaran digital melalui Aplikasi Gojek Fitur Go Food (Studi Deskriptif: Martabak Pecenongan 78-Prabu Kian Santang). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Tipe Penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan langkah-langkah seperti yang dikemukakan, yaitu pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan (conclution drawing and verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Martabak Pecenongan yaitu melalui strategi digital marketing dengan bergabung pada aplikasi gojek fitur gofood. Martabak Pecenongan memfokuskan pada beberapa indikator teori digital marketing yaitu, fulfillment/reliability, website design, customer service, dan security/privacy.
