Abstract

This research aimed: 1) to find out community service quality in tha issuing of vehicle (STNK) and vehicle tax (PKB)  in the samsat Office Palu, 2) to find out restricting factors of that service quality implementation. Qualitative research have to know and describe about Samsat employer to tax obligatory in to go out/sent out STNK and PKB. This research is to have with qualitative where is the data and the information that be collected used work matriks instrument and interview with choosing information, with the research lacation focused to Samsat Office Palu. The result of the research showed that coorperation among employees still less well served. Therefore, factor restricted the service quality of vehicle license (STNK) and vehicle tax (PKB) in the Samsat Office, Palu was service mechanism which inappropriate with service process set in instruction with three ministers.Mechanism, Service Process and Services Quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Perceptions of Educational Students, Engineering, Machines in the Implementation of the Education Unit Field Experience Program (PPLSP) in terms of pedagogical competence and social competence during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at the University of Education of Indonesia (UPI) with the research subject, namely students participating in the 2020 PPLSP Mechanical Engineering Education batch of 2016. The research was conducted in August 2020. With a total population of 48 respondents. The sampling technique used a questionnaire / questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that:The mastery of pedagogical competence (learning planning, learning implementation, and assessment) with a mean value of 87.96 means that they are in the 81-99 interval class (Good) by obtaining a total of 29 students as respondents. or 60.4%. In the implementation of PPLSP, the pedagogical competence which includes learning planning, learning implementation and assessment is in the "Good" category. On the mastery of social competence with a mean value of 34.92, that means being in the 31-37 (Good) interval class by obtaining a total of 28 students or 58.3% respondents. In the implementation of PPLSP in social competences that are in the "Good" category.

Abstract

Scientific writing is one of the important aspects in the world of education to determine graduation. Lack of understanding regarding scientific writing is the main problem for students in writing scientific writing. To overcome this problem, teaching activities carried out by the KKN team can be a solution in increasing students' understanding of scientific writing. The learning method used is to use Contextual Teaching and Learning. This learning method is able to increase students' understanding of scientific writing. In the teaching activities carried out, the learning results showed that there was an increase in students' understanding as indicated by the exam results of 83.72% of the questions given to students related to scientific papers being answered correctly.

Abstract

Desa Betteng merupakan salah satu desa di kecamatan pamboang kabupaten majene yang memiliki potensi wisata desa yaitu Wisata Desa Pattumea, berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa, Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) untuk mengoptimalkan wisata desa Butu Pattumea yang terletak di Desa Betteng Kecamatan Pamboang, Kabupaten Majene. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan  adalah: 1) Melakukan Persiapan dengan koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa Betteng dan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majene. 2) Melaksanakan Forum Group Discussion (FGD)  3) Memfasilitasi Pemerintah desa dalam membentuk Pokdarwis tingkat desa 4) melaksanakan sosisalisasi guna meningkatkan kapasitas kepengurusan Pokdarwis. hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkatnya pemahaman pemerintah desa dan masyarakat terkait Pokdarwis, dengan adanya kelompok  sadar wisata dapat mengoptimalkan wisata desa Butu Pattumea di desa Betteng. Kami Juga berharap kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam mempromosikan pariwisata, yang nantinya akan mengembangkan perekonomian desa dan meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD) desa Betteng
