Abstract

AbstrakMengembangkan destinasi wisata merupakan suatu tindakan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung, hal ini harus disertai dengan kontribusi masyarakat dan kebersihan lingkungan sebagai faktor pendukung. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan destinasi wisata di Desa Taman Bali Bangli yaitu menggunakan pendekatan lingkungan dan keterlibatan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan potensi wisata yang belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan di Kabupaten Bangli. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan keterampilan tentang pertumbuhan destinasi pariwisata kepada masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan pengembangan destinasi wisata di Desa Taman Bali Bangli menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan dengan melakukan observasi ke lokasi, diskusi mengenai permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan solusi serta mempersiapkan alat dan bahan. Tahap pelaksanaan yaitu melakukan kegiatan bersih-bersih dan sosialisasi. Tahap evaluasi yaitu ulasan mengenai kegiatan melalui berbagai media. Metode sadar lingkungan ini juga digunakan untuk mengembangkan destinasi wisata sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih menyadari lingkungan dan lebih memahami cara mengelola destinasi wisata secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan berupa masyarakat memperoleh pemahaman tentang pengelolaan daya tarik wisata secara berkelanjutan melalui inisiatif bakti sosial dan sosialisasi. Masyarakat Desa Taman Bali Bangli diharapkan mampu mengelola objek wisatanya secara mandiri dan bertanggung jawab. Kata kunci: Destinasi Wisata, Lingkungan, Keterlibatan Masyarakat.

Abstract

MyPertamina is a digital financial application that can be used to pay cashless fuel oil. This study was conducted to test whether the variables in this study had a joint and individual influence on the interest in using MyPertamina in Gianyar Regency. The number of target groups consisted of 96 respondents, with a stratified sampling technique and based on criteria. Data analysis used classical hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis. Overall the results of the study show a positive and significant trend. The variables Perceived Usefulness (X1) and Online Customer Review (X3) partially have a unidirectional and real influence, however, perceived ease of use (X2) shows a positive but not significant trend, meaning that the more positive values generated, the greater the interest in MyPertamina, but the convenience provided by MyPertamina is not strong enough to affect interest in using MyPertamina actually.

Abstract

The coastal village of Kusamba in Bali has long relied on salt farming as an economic activity, but conventional methods have harmed the environment. The Tri Hita Karana-Based Conservation Initiatives were developed with community engagement to address this issue. Researchers collaborated closely with local stakeholders to establish an approach that combines tradition, ecological preservation, and economic prosperity. The main findings highlight the implementation of Tri Hita Karana in increasing salt production in order to preserve the traditional salt farming culture. The initiatives include training and mentoring programs on sustainable salt production methods and preserving traditional salt farming. These efforts have led to improved biodiversity, strengthened coastlines, increased income, and sustainable tourism. Challenges faced include resistance to change, which was overcome through dialogue. The initiatives have attracted global recognition and serve as a model for sustainable development. The community's active involvement, alongside scientific knowledge and eco-friendly technologies, contributed to a 30% increase in salt production yield. The initiatives align with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and highlight the significance of holistic conservation approaches. Although successful, challenges such as funding limitations and climate variability persist. In conclusion, the Tri Hita Karana-Based Conservation Initiatives in Kusamba demonstrate the potential of blending tradition and modernity to achieve a balanced and sustainable future, setting an example for other communities and researchers.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah merupakan permasalahan klasik yang terus menerus dihadapi dikalangan masyarakat, tidak terkecuali sampah organik. Pengelolaan sampah berbasis sumber harus terus dilakukan guna mendukung program pemerintah Provinsi Bali. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan permasalahan pengelolaan limbah organik rumah tangga yaitu dengan mengembangkan Maggot BSF sebagai bio mesin pengolahan sampah organik berbasis sumber. PkM ini dilaksanakan di Desa Peguyangan Kangin Denpasar dengan metode pendekatan permasalahan, tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Indikator ketercapaian program ini adalah masyarakat teredukasi untuk melakukan pengolahan sampah organik limbah rumah tangga berbasis sumber sehingga tidak mencemari lingkungan. Terkelolanya sampah organik limbah rumah tangga pada rumah tangga, terbentuknya usaha desa yang dikelola oleh kelompok masyarakat dengan pengembangan maggot BSF sebagai bio mesin pengelolahan sampah organik, munculnya usaha baru yang meniliki nilai tambah dan nilai ekonomis terhadap pengelolahan sampah melalui penjualan maggot BSF sebagai pakan ternak. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam kegiatan PkM ini dapat ditindaklajuti dengan terus dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi program secara berkelanjutan serta dengan secara rutin memberikan penyuluhan, pemahaman dan pelatihan bagaimana pentingnya pengelolaan sampah berbasis sumber serta manfaat dan dampak positif dari pengelolaan sampah organik limbah masyarakat dengan menggunakan Bio Mesin Magot BSF dikalangan masyarakat. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa Maggot BSF merupakan salah satu solusi dalam menangani dan menanggulangi permasalahan sampah organik masyarakat dan/atau limbah rumah tangga masyarakat yang terus menerus menjadi permasalahan selama ini, Kelompok masyarakat Desa Peguyangan Kangin dapat mengelola limbah sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya Magot BSF yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Koordinasi terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin." Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana komunikasi dan koordinasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, memengaruhi efektivitas kinerja karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan distribusi kuesioner kepada 37 karyawan kontrak dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan koordinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja. Keduanya menjelaskan 43,0% varians dalam kinerja karyawan, menekankan peran vitalnya dalam meningkatkan hasil organisasi. Komunikasi (X?) didefinisikan sebagai proses pertukaran informasi yang melibatkan dua atau lebih karyawan untuk mencapai pemahaman bersama. Komunikasi yang efektif memperlancar alur informasi dan instruksi, serta meningkatkan kerjasama. Koordinasi (X?) merujuk pada usaha untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, mencegah tumpang tindih tugas dan konflik. Efektivitas Kinerja (Y) didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas sesuai standar organisasi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi dan koordinasi yang efektif secara substansial meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, sehingga memperkuat produktivitas dan pencapaian tujuan.

Abstract

Bali has a lot of potential for strong local wisdom and culture as a provision in creating an alternative economy so that it relies not only on one tourism sector. One alternative is to develop Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Based on the results of observations with the BUMDes administrator Bhuana Amerta Sari, Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar Regency, it was found that the business development managed by BUMDes Bhuana Amerta Sari, Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar Regency is still not optimal. In addition, management is still conventional, and product marketing is not optimal and has not implemented digital-based marketing in the face of increasingly fierce business competition. To overcome these problems, activities are designed that can answer the problems of partners, namely Bimtek and FGD of village potential in business development in the face of business competition. The results are various village business potentials that BUMDes can develop, mapping of village potential using SWOT analysis to measure the scale of business priorities.

High consumer buying interest will increase consumer interest in making purchases on Popits brand flip-flops in this case influenced by brand image, price perception and social media marketing. In this case, the Popits brand flip-flops experienced problems in the level of interest in purchasing due to the lack of diversity of product variants, different price perceptions between consumers and the number of consumers who did not know the content presented by Popits from social1media. The0purpose0of0this study0was0to0determine0the brand0image, price0perception and social0media0marketing on the interest0in buying0flip-flops with the Popits brand in the people of0Denpasar. The0population0in0this study were all potential consumers of Popits brand flip-flops in the city0of Denpasar. The sample became decided the usage of purposive random sampling approach, with 120 respondents. The records series approach used is a questionnaire. The records evaluation strategies used are Classical Assumption test, more than one Linear Regression evaluation, Coefficient0of dedication,0F-test,0t-test. Abstract

Consumer loyalty is one of the factors that determine the success of achieving company goals. Consumer loyalty is determined by various factors, including relationship marketing, product diversity and trust. Likewise at Trisna Shop Bali in Gianyar Regency, relationship marketing, product diversity and trust are factors that can affect reseller loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of relationship marketing, product diversity and trust on reseller loyalty at Trisna Shop Bali in Gianyar Regency. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, questionnaire method (questionnaire) and study documentation. The number of samples taken in this study were 71 people with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using quantitative analysis consisting of the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Analysis, Simultaneous Significance Test (Statistical F Test) and Individual Parameter Significance Test (Test Statistics t) with the help of the computer program IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The results of the analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously and partially between relationship marketing, product diversity and trust on reseller loyalty at Trisna Shop Bali in Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara fasilitas wisata dan harga terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik pada Bali Safari & Marine Park di Era New Normal Covid 19. Pengambilan sampel, dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas wisata dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik pada Bali Safari & Marine Park. Fasilitas wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik pada Bali Safari & Marine Park. Harga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan pada Bali Safari & Marine Park.

Abstract

The study's objectives were to ascertain if price conformity and internet reviews had a concurrent, partial, and substantial impact on visitors' purchase choices at the Adiwana Monkey Forest Hotel. Up to 55 individuals were used in the purposive random sampling approach to estimate the sample size. Travellers from Australia, Europe, and Asia who stayed at the Adiwana Monkey Forest Hotel comprised the criteria that the writers employed in this research. The traditional assumption test, analysis of multiple linear regression coefficients, determination analysis, partial significance test (t-test), and bersama-samaeous significance test analysis (F-test) were all used to analyse the data. The findings demonstrated a favourable and considerable effect on price suitability and internet reviews concurrently or in part on visitors' purchase choices at the Adiwana Monkey Forest hotel.
