Abstract

Atomic structure is one of the materials studied in phase E SMA/MA. This material is abstract and very important for further chemistry material. Teaching materials that can help students understand the concept are needed. There has been an atomic structure e module that has been valid and very practical but has not been tested for its effectiveness on learning outcomes. This study aims to test the effectiveness of atomic structure e-modules on student learning outcomes. The type and design of the research is pre-experimental and one group Pretest-Posttest using purposive sampling. Based on the results of data analysis, the N Gain test results were 79% with effective, meaning that the e-module of atomic structure can effectively improve the learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

Chemical equilibrium is one of the materials studied in class XI SMA / MA. This material is abstract and a lot of mathematical calculations, learning media is needed that can support the learning process and understanding of the concepts of students so that learning outcomes increase. Instagram learning media is available on chemical equilibrium material with valid and very practical categories but has not been tested for effectiveness. This study aims to test the effectiveness of Instagram learning media on student learning outcomes. The type of research used was pre - experimental with a one group pretest - posttest design using purposive sampling. The results showed that the percentage of N-Gain was 72% with a fairly effective category, meaning that Instagram learning media was effective enough to be used in the learning process so that it could improve the learning outcomes of students in class XI SMA N 1 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti is one of the schools in Southern Solok Regency that’s actively spurring the development of its school by completing the infrastructure and quality of education for both students and teachers. ICT training especially for teachers to support the quality learning process. One of the uses of this facility is to create interactive LKPD on LiveWorksheets. The purpose of the service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of chemistry teachers using various learning resources on websites on the internet, increase chemistry teachers' knowledge of the three levels of representation and their interconnections, increase chemistry teachers' knowledge and skills in combining learning resources for making interactive LKPD on the LiveWorksheets web with an emphasis on the three levels of chemical representation. The methods used in this activity are lecture, demonstration and practice. Training participants were asked to present the results of their activities.

Abstract

Reports of the chemical constituents of Andrographis paniculata showed that this plant produced various secondary metabolites with antibacterial activity. Further exploration of bioactive compounds from A. paniculata can also be conducted by analyzing its endophytic fungi. Isolation of endophytic fungi from the twig of A. paniculata obtained three isolates of endophytic fungi. One of the isolates, RS-2, was fermented on rice media and extracted with ethyl acetate to give the EtOAc extract. The EtOAc extract from fungus RS-2 was analyzed for their antibacterial and phytochemical screening. The results exhibiting the EtOAc extract of fungus RS-2 has activity to inhibite bacterial growth. Overall, the study of the antibacterial activity of endophytic fungus obtained from the twig of A. paniculata was firstly carried out in this study

Abstract

Stoikiometri merupakan salah satu materi kelas XI SMA/MA pada kurikulum merdeka. Materi ini dianggap sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik karena karakteristik materinya yang abstrak dan banyak perhitungan. Belajar mandiri perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, sesuai dengan salah satu karakteristik peserta didik saat ini yaitu menyukai media pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi dengan format audio-visual. Media sosial efektif digunakan untuk belajar mandiri seperti TikTok. Belum ditemukan akun TikTok yang membahas tuntas materi stoikiometri untuk kelas XI SMA/MA. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran melalui TikTok pada materi stoikiometri serta mengungkap validitasnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Educational Design Research dengan model pengembangan Plomp yang dibatasi sampai prototipe II meliputi tahap preliminary research dan prototyping stage. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Departemen Kimia FMIPA UNP dan SMAN 9 Padang.  Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen Kimia FMIPA UNP, guru kimia, dan peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 9 Padang. Data hasil validasi diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan rumus Aiken’s V. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media valid dengan nilai 0,86.

Abstract

Hukum-hukum dasar kimia merupakan materi pembelajaran kimia kelas X SMA/MA. Karakteristik materinya abstrak dan banyak hitungan, sehingga materi tersebut sulit dipahami peserta didik. Untuk memahami materi pelajaran ini dengan lebih baik, diperlukan belajar mandiri. TikTok adalah salah satu sumber belajar mandiri di media sosial yang dapat digunakan pada era modern. Penggunaan platform ini membantu memicu antusiasme dalam belajar karena mayoritas murid menggunakan TikTok. Namun, belum ditemukan akun yang menggunakan platform tersebut untuk membagikan media belajar tentang materi hukum dasar kimia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dengan tujuan mengembangkan media belajar menggunakan platfrom TikTok pada materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia dan mengetahui kevalidan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah educational design research menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp. Dengan tahapan preliminary stage, prototyping stage, dan assesement phase. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada tahap prototype III. Data validasi dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner validasi. Materi tersebut divalidasi oleh lima orang: dua guru kimia dan tiga dosen kimia. Formula Aiken's V digunakan dalam proses analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian media belajar, kategori valid menghasilkan nilai Aiken’s V rata-rata sebesar 0,88. Media belajar menggunakan TikTok sebagai sumber belajar mandiri yang valid dan dapat diterapkan pada materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia.

Abstract

Penerapan konsep kimia dalam pengelolaan lingkungan dan pemanasan global merupakan materi kimia pada kurikulum merdeka fase E SMA. Kurikulum merdeka mengharapkan peserta didik mampu mengaplikasikan konsep dalam kehidupan. Aplikasi konsep memerlukan pemahaman konsep, yang dapat ditingkatkan dengan belajar mandiri. Media sosial merupakan salah satu inovasi sumber belajar mandiri kekinian. Salah satu pilihan media sosial yang dapat digunakan adalah Telegram. Telegram dapat dimanfaatkan karena sesuai dengan minat belajar peserta didik yang lebih menyukai video dan gambar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sumber belajar mandiri berbasis Telegram materi penerapan konsep kimia dalam pengelolaan lingkungan dan pemanasan global serta mengetahui validitas dan kategori praktikalitasnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Education Design Research dengan model pengembangan Plomp. Plomp terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu : Preliminary Research, Prototyping Stage dan Assesement Phase. Penelitian dibatasi sampai praktikalitas pada prototipe III. Subjek penelitian adalah dosen kimia UNP, guru kimia dan peserta didik fase E SMAN 2 Lubuk Sikaping. Sumber belajar mandiri yang dihasilkan telah valid dengan nilai V = 0.87, setelah data hasil validitas diolah menggunakan formula Aiken’s V.
