Abstract

Houses as a means of survival and a place for the development of community life in water areas, so houses are very needed by people who live in water areas, so that people in that area build floating houses on the water. This research aims to analyse the regulations related to the existence of floating houses that are not covered in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 of 2009 concerning Local Taxes and Regional Retribution. Therefore, what is meant is professional building materials that are installed in full or are in the process of being installed on land, in water, and in the sea. Based on this definition, large houses and their structures that are still submerged in water are included in the category of Taxable Goods according to Law No. 28/2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution. The selection of this type of study is based on the lack of clarity of land tax regulations and floating settlement buildings above Indonesian waters, because the existence of floating houses is on the water and in the sea. This research uses normative research methods through the UU approach contained in related laws and regulations along with existing norms and developing in society. The existence of floating houses in Indonesia has existed since the Dutch colonial era. Floating houses are spread in several provinces in Indonesia, such as Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Palembang. This floating house stands with a construction system planted on water controlled by the state.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to develop tourism strategies that could enhance the attractiveness of the Siwalangan Waterfall tourist spot in Kindingan Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Various activities were conducted, including aligning perceptions, researching tourism development strategies, training in digital marketing, creating local craft outlets, hosting a tourism festival, and producing a short film to promote the village's tourism potential. The digital marketing training was designed to introduce modern promotional techniques to the community, to increase tourist appeal. Additionally, the establishment of local craft outlets aimed to support the village's creative economy. The results of this program indicated an increase in the community’s knowledge about digital marketing and awareness of the importance of sustainable tourism management. Moreover, the availability of supporting facilities and promotion through digital marketing successfully broadened the exposure of Siwalangan Waterfall's tourism potential, which is expected to attract more visitors. However, challenges encountered during the program ismplementation included a lack of awareness among some community members about the sustainability of tourism. To address this, further programs focused on education and enhancing community participation in tourism management are necessary to optimally and sustainably maximize the village's tourism potential. This program lasted for 58 days, utilizing a live-in participatory approach, whereby the team resided in the village throughout the service and were actively engaging in community activities beyond the program itself.

Abstract

Kindingan Village has a population of 719 people with a percentage of 99% earning a living as farmers and planters. The condition of the community that is too dependent on nature in any aspect over time turns into a serious problem. In the past few years, problems have often occurred, one of which is that several times the community has experienced crop failure which has a huge impact on them. This is caused by extreme weather and the season that is always transitional. Therefore, the service team proposed a program inspired by the potential of basket weaving skills by the Kindingan Village community which was then implemented into a program called “Rumah Kreatif”. Where we as a team of servants conducted the formation of basket production groups and socialization of online marketing with the community. The program implementation applied a participatory approach. In an effort to build community participation, the service team applies the live-in method, which is living in the village during the implementation of the service and actively involved in community activities outside of the service program. The duration of the program implementation is 58 days, starting from July 18, 2024 to September 13, 2024. The results achieved from the implementation of this service program are the creation of new jobs outside the agricultural sector, so that it is expected to increase income. Long-termimpact is expected in the form of improving the village economy through the sustainability of creative businesses managed by the local community.

Abstract

Setiap orang memiliki rasa takutnya masing-masing terhadap suatu hal. Rasatakut pada dasarnya merupakan pembentukan sebuah memori pada otak yangmengenali bahwa suatu hal itu merupakan hal yang berbahaya atau biasa disebutdengan istilah horor. Hal ini juga dapat muncul dalam bentuk tidak langsung ataurepresentatif yang menggambar dari objek, subjek, atau situasi yang dapatmenimbulkan suasana horor. Penggunaan media seperti gambar atau videomerupakan bentuk yang dapat diterapkan dalam memunculkan rasa takut seseorang.Tugas akhir dengan judul <Haunted Technology Pada Serial Film Pendek BerjudulPhasmo= bertujuan untuk menimbulkan rasa takut kepada penonton dengan bentukfilm pendek. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas teknik cognitive restructuirng untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment design. Tempat penelitian berada di MTsN 6 Bantul. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 149 siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 12 siswa. Skor pretest rata-rata kelompok eksperimen adalah 50,50 dengan nilai minimum 48 dan maksimum 53. Sedangkan skor posttest kelompok eksperimen 81,50 dengan nilai minimum 79 dan maksimum 84. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai tabel Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,024 lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan (α=0,05). Sedangkan kelompok kontrol memiliki nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailend) adalah 0,149 lebih besar taraf kesalahan (α= 0,05) yang berarti pemberian treatmen dengan teknik cognitive restructuring efektif untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa pada sekolah menengah pertama. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memotivasi kerja siswa dan mendorong produktivitas belajar siswa agar dapat mencapai cita-cita pekerjaan yang diinginkan, dan mempertinggi rasa tanggung jawab terhadap masa depannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library reserach). Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran Guru BK dalam melaksanakan motivasi kerja siswa meliputi Guru BK memberikan Orientasi pilihan karir kepada siswa, menstimulus siswa agar bisa bereksplorasi diri, menstimulus siswa agar bisa mengeksplorasi lingkungan kerja, menstimulus siswa agar bisa mengeksplorasi lingkungan kerja secara mendalam, memberikan gambaran konsekuensi atas status putusan karir siswa, menstimulus siswa agar bisa komitmen dalam mengambil keputusan karir dengan memberikan berupa bimbingan klasikal, kunjungan industri, dan menyelenggarakan career day. Peran guru bimbingan dan konseling membangun siswa agar memiliki semangat belajar, kepercayaan diri soft skill atau hard skill, kesiapan mental untuk terjun ke dunia kerja. Serta membekali siswa dalam menyiapkan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam bekerja sehingga dapat memutuskan karier yang dimiliki menjadi memadai.

Abstract

The main role of School Counselors in the Era of the Indonesian Revolution 4.0, is expected to formulate various types of counseling guidance services that are appropriate to the needs of students in this era. One type of school counselor services in providing services to students needed in this era is an advocacy service that refers to Permendikbud No. 111 (2014) although in this regulation we only get very limited information about advocacy, but it is expected that in its implementation, school counselors will be able to interpret and carry out advocacy at the micro and macro levels. Counselors should be able to: (1) empower students by helping them develop advocacy skills, (2) conduct relevant negotiation efforts to help students access resources, (3) build collaborative relationships with relevant community institutions to overcome various challenges, ( 4) implementing advocacy ideas at the system level, (5) communicating relevant information to the public, and (6) engaging in social / political advocacy activities. Advocacy services are counselor services in schools that are intended to assist students who experience non-educational, discriminatory, malpractice, violence, harassment, and criminal behavior. The function of counselor services in advocacy services, helps students gain learning about their rights and / or interests that are not getting much attention. Therefore, the role of counselors in advocacy services is very important in the process of counseling guidance services in schools. So the counselor must have the ability to guide students well. In order for counselors to be able to provide optimal guidance services to students, the counselor must be able to understand the characteristics of the counselee.
