Abstract

Aplikasi Sidesa menghubungkan antara tiga instansi yaitu Pemerintah Desa, Kecamatan dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) terkait penggunaan dana bantuan keuangan khusus yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis, Riau. Sidesa mulai digunakan ditahun 2022 dan berlanjut di tahun 2023. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang memiliki 3 level user yaitu pemerintah desa, kecamatandan DPMD. Pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) merupakan salah tahap dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan dan harapan end user. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menggambarkan nilai usability terhadap aplikasi Sidesa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur UAT adalah menggunkan metode SUS dengan memberikan beberapa kuesioner yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan terkait aplikasi penggunaan aplikasi SIdesa kepada 74 responden. Dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan 8 rekomendasi perbaikan fitur untuk di implementasikan pada aplikasi Sidesa. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai usability dengan nilai 76,72 dimana nilai tersebut berada pada Grade B level Excellent.

Abstract

Abstrak- Kemajuan teknologi mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sektor perdagangan, usaha dan pemasaran. Tingginya tingkat keberhasilan dalam perdagangan didorong oleh berbagai faktor pendukung termasuk promosi dan periklanan. Melalui promosi dan periklanan yang tepat, perdagangan dibidang kuliner dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Memanfaatkan teknologi melalui aplikasi promosi kuliner dan rumah makan secara online dapat menjadi media promosi yang tepat. Aplikasi Web Promosi Kuliner dan Rumah Makan Online dibangun menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle(SDLC). Perancangan sistem menggunakan Konteks diagram dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan diterapkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Aplikasi memberikan fasilitas berupa pencarian informasi seperti harga menu, alamat rumah makan, lokasi rumah makan serta kontak rumah makan. Fasilitas unggulan berupa fitur peta lokasi rumah makan yang terhubung dengan google map. Kata kunci: aplikasi web, promosi kuliner dan rumah makan, google map Abstract- Technological advances promote the growth and development of the trade, business and marketing sector. The high level of success in trading is driven by various supporting factors including promotion and advertising. Through proper promotion and advertising, culinary trade can grow well. Utilizing technology through culinary promotion apps and restaurants online can be the right promotional media. Web Application Culinary Promotion and Online Restaurant is built using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. System design using Context diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and applied using PHP programming language as well as MySQL database. Application provides facilities in the form of information search such as menu price, restaurant address, restaurant location and restaurant contact. Abstract

This study investigates the efficacy of the Bagging-meta estimator in classifying CT kidney diseases, focusing on an imbalanced dataset processed through Sobel segmentation and Hu moment feature extraction. The research utilized a quantitative approach, applying the Bagging-meta estimator to a dataset comprising CT images classified into four categories: Normal, Cyst, Tumor, and Stone. These images were preprocessed using Sobel segmentation to highlight critical structures and Hu moment feature extraction for robust classification features. The study employed a 5-fold cross-validation method to evaluate the model's performance, assessing metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score. The results indicated a significant variation in the model's performance across different folds, with accuracy ranging from 49.86% to 66.17%, precision between 51.86% and 65.93%, recall from 57.95% to 64.44%, and F1-Scores spanning 48.26% to 60.74%. These findings suggest that while the Bagging-meta estimator can achieve reasonable accuracy in classifying kidney diseases from CT images, its performance is affected by the imbalanced nature of the dataset. This study contributes to the understanding of the challenges and potential of machine learning in medical imaging, particularly in the context of imbalanced datasets. It highlights the need for specialized approaches to handle such datasets and underscores the importance of preprocessing techniques in enhancing model performance. Future research directions include exploring methods to address data imbalance, investigating alternative feature extraction techniques, and testing the model on diverse datasets to enhance its generalizability and reliability in clinical settings. This research offers valuable insights into the development of automated diagnostic tools in medical imaging and advances the field of computer-aided diagnosis in nephrology.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a transformative technology that enables smart environmentsthrough extensive sensor networks and connected devices. However, the diversity and heterogeneity of IoT devices posesignificant challenges in developing versatile applications capable of monitoring and controlling a broad spectrum ofsensors and actuators. This paper proposes a novel modular design for a flexible IoT monitoring and control applicationusing Flutter, a popular framework for developing cross-platform solutions. Our design leverages Flutter’s robust UIcapabilities and its efficient communication with backend services to offer a scalable and customizable interface that canadapt to various IoT deployments, from domestic to industrial settings. Abstract

This research develops an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) application to recognize and translate Arabic-Malay script, widely used in Bengkalis and surrounding regions. The application is designed to facilitate learning and interaction with the script through features for text recognition and translation. To enhance OCR accuracy, advanced image preprocessing techniques and a comprehensive training dataset were employed. Testing under various lighting conditions showed an average recognition accuracy of 25%. Performance was optimal under well-lit conditions, achieving 100% accuracy at 1639 lux, but accuracy significantly declined in low-light environments, particularly at 3.5 lux, where it dropped to 0%. While this result demonstrated the system’s potential, a comparison with similar OCR systems indicates significant room for improvement, particularly in recognizing complex or handwritten Arabic-Malay characters. The results highlight challenges related to lighting conditions, including variations in light sources and angles, which greatly affect recognition accuracy. Indeed, future work should focus on expanding the training dataset with diverse samples, refining preprocessing techniques such as automatic brightness adjustment, and implementing advanced machine learning models like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). This application holds significant potential for practical uses in education, translation services, and local communication, contributing to preserving and promoting the Arabic-Malay script as part of cultural heritage in the modern era.

Abstract

Pariwisata di Bali memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian daerah, dan ulasan wisatawan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga terkait kualitas pengalaman yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan wisatawan berbahasa Inggris terhadap enam objek wisata di Bali, yaitu Pantai Kuta, Pantai Nusa Dua, Pantai Sanur, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Pura Luhur Uluwatu, dan Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang, dengan total data sebanyak 4.872 ulasan, masing-masing 812 ulasan per objek. Data diperoleh dari situs TripAdvisor dan Google Maps, dan dianalisis melalui tahapan web scraping, text preprocessing, transformasi menggunakan Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), serta pemodelan dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) mampu mengklasifikasikan sentimen dengan akurasi sebesar 93,95% saat menggunakan data yang seimbang dengan precision, recall dan F1-score untuk kedua kelas (Negative dan Positive) masing-masing mencapai 94%, dan akurasi sebesar 90,83% pada data yang tidak seimbang dengan kelas Positve memiliki recall dan F1-score yang lebih tinggi (94% dan 92%), sementara kelas Negative memiliki precision dan F1-score yang sedikit lebih rendah (91% dan 88%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model bekerja lebih optimal pada data dengan distribusi sentimen yang seimbang. Secara keseluruhan, algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) terbukti efektif dan akurat dalam menganalisis sentimen ulasan wisatawan terhadap objek wisata di Bali.   Kata kunci: Sentimen, Ulasan Wisatawan, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Objek Wisata, Bali

Abstract

Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) is one of the key funding sources at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis, managed by the Center for Research and Community Service (P3M). The proposal selection process often encounters issues related to objectivity and transparency. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of proposal selection. The system wasdeveloped as a web-based application and tested on 12 proposals. The evaluation criteria include Problem Formulation, Research Output Potential, Research Methodology, Literature Review, and Research Feasibility. The test results showed a compatibility rate of 83.33%,where 10 proposals had identical rankings, and 2 proposals differed by one rank compared to manual assessments by P3M. The scoring was conducted through weight normalization, utility value calculation, and final score aggregation. System evaluation using the Blackbox Testingmethod demonstrated that all core functions operated correctly for three user types (admin, reviewer, and user) without any detected errors. The system successfully produces selection results that closely match real-world conditions and contributes to enhancing objectivity, transparency, and the overall quality of the PNBP proposal selection process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Multiplatform yang mempermudah pencari kerja dalam menemukan lowongan kerja part-time(paruh waktu)serta membantu para penyedia kerja dalam menemukan para pencari kerja.Penerapan Multiplatform memungkinkan pengguna yakni penyedia dan pelamar melakukan akses melalui perangkat mobile dan web, sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mencari serta mengelola informasi pekerjaan part-time. Beberapa fitur utama yang tersedia meliputi pencarian lowongan berdasarkan kategori, shift kerja, dan jarak, serta memberikan akses kepada penyedia kerja untuk memposting dan mengelola lowongan mereka.Penerapan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) memungkinkan pengembangan yang lebih cepat dengan umpan balik langsung dari pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berfungsi dengan baik dan mendapatkan respons positif dari pengguna, yang merasa lebih mudah dalam mencari dan menawarkan pekerjaan part-time.Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan pencari kerja part-time dapat menemukan peluang dengan lebih cepat, sementara penyedia kerja dapat menjangkau calon pekerja yang sesuai dengan lebih efisien.Kata kunci : Aplikasi, Multiplatform, Kerja part-time, Rapid Application Development (RAD).
