Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan guru dengan semangat kerja guru. Populasi penelitian adalah guru-guru SMA sederajat dengan subjek penelitian 50 orang guru tersebar di wilayah provinsi Riau dan Jawa Barat yang diperoleh dengan teknik sampling accidental. Instrumen penelitian berbentuk angket terdiri dari 20 item pertanyaan, 10 item pertanyaan untuk variabel kesejahteraan, dan 10 item pertanyaan untuk variabel semangat kerja, setiap item memiliki 4 skala pilihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan guru dengan kategori tidak sejahtera 4%, kurang sejahtera 48%, sejahtera 40% dan sangat sejahtera 8%. Untuk semangat kerja guru untuk kategori semangat dalam bekerja 34% dan sangat semangat dalam bekerja 66%. Sedangkan dari nilai korelasi terdapat pengaruh kesejahteraan terhadap semangat kerja guru sebesar 2.18%, dan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja guru 1 unit dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru 0.09 unit. Untuk hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan guru dengan semangat kerja guru ditemukan koefisien korelasi searah yaitu 0.147. Dapat disimpulkan hubungan tingkat kesejahteraan guru dengan semangat kerja guru masih sangat rendah namun bersifat positif, yang bermakna tingkat kesejahteraan guru dapat mempengaruhi semangat kerja guru namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The modern era now opens up wide and open opportunities for women to develop their potential in all fields to the maximum, of course it has shifted the role of women from previously only domestic roles to now expanding to public roles. The role og managing forests, which was previously considered the job of men only, has now changed, evenone the who led Ministry of Forestry in regulating all forestry and environmental policies during the two terms of President Jokowi’s administration was a women. The role of managing forests is not only carried out by men but also women, this is even provenby the many successes of women in managing forests. Based on 2015 KLHK data, Mollo women in Fatumnasi Village, NTT, women carried out a peaceful weaving movement to save the environment from the marble mining industry. Kenyan women have also, throught the greenbelt movement, since 1997 planted more than 40 million trees and employed 80.000 people in nurseries to ensure a sufficient stock of trees for reforestation and improving the women’s economy. Forest management in Loklahung village is carried out by the Dayak Meratus community, both men and women in the form of farming activities, cinnamon gardening, and haunting and gathering forest products. This research aims to analyze the role of women and men in decision making on forest activities in Loklahung Village, Loksado District, HSS Regency. The object of research is the Dayak Meratus Community of Loklahung Village whose activities are farming, cinnamon gardening, and haunting and gathering forest products. Based on the research results, the role of decision making in forest management activities (farming, cinnamon gardening, and haunting and gathering forest product), decision making in financial matters and decision making in social and domestic family activities, are predominantly decided jointly by husband and wife. Decision making on farming activities in forest management is 73,40% decided jointly by husband and wife, 11,70% decided by husband, and 14,09% is decided by wife. Decision making in cinnamon gardening activities was 62,82% decided jointly by husband and wife, 22,56% decided by husband, and 14.62% decided by wife. Decision making in hunting and gathering and forest products is 60% decided jointly by husband and wife, 26,44% is decided by husband, and 13,46% is decided by wife. Decision making in financial matters is 45,33% decided jointly by husband and wife, 14,84% is decided by husband and 39,83% decided by wife. Decision making in social and domestic family activities by husband is 45,33% decided jointly by husband and wife, 14,84% is decided by husband and 39,83% is decided by wife.

Abstract

Pariwisata di Bali memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian daerah, dan ulasan wisatawan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga terkait kualitas pengalaman yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen ulasan wisatawan berbahasa Inggris terhadap enam objek wisata di Bali, yaitu Pantai Kuta, Pantai Nusa Dua, Pantai Sanur, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Pura Luhur Uluwatu, dan Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang, dengan total data sebanyak 4.872 ulasan, masing-masing 812 ulasan per objek. Data diperoleh dari situs TripAdvisor dan Google Maps, dan dianalisis melalui tahapan web scraping, text preprocessing, transformasi menggunakan Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), serta pemodelan dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) mampu mengklasifikasikan sentimen dengan akurasi sebesar 93,95% saat menggunakan data yang seimbang dengan precision, recall dan F1-score untuk kedua kelas (Negative dan Positive) masing-masing mencapai 94%, dan akurasi sebesar 90,83% pada data yang tidak seimbang dengan kelas Positve memiliki recall dan F1-score yang lebih tinggi (94% dan 92%), sementara kelas Negative memiliki precision dan F1-score yang sedikit lebih rendah (91% dan 88%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model bekerja lebih optimal pada data dengan distribusi sentimen yang seimbang. Secara keseluruhan, algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) terbukti efektif dan akurat dalam menganalisis sentimen ulasan wisatawan terhadap objek wisata di Bali.   Kata kunci: Sentimen, Ulasan Wisatawan, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Objek Wisata, Bali

Abstract

Technology is advancing. The market stays up with technical advancements. Shopee is one of the most popular online vendors today. This study aims to identify the factors that impact online shoppers' purchase decisions in the Shopee application among consumers in Banjarmasin. The quantitative methodology was employed in the research, with primary data collected via online surveys. The study's findings show that product quality and pricing partially and simultaneously impact online shoppers’ purchase decisions. The findings of this study suggest that online vendors improve the quality of their products and establish competitive rates to entice buyers to purchase.

Abstract

Curriculum is a fundamental element in education that continuously evolves to adapt to the changing times. This paper aims to review various curriculum development models proposed by educational experts and to analyze the factors influencing curriculum changes in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach using a literature review method. The findings reveal that curriculum development models such as those by Tyler, Taba, Wheeler, Goodlad, and the Backward Design each have their own strengths and limitations. Political influences, technological advancements, and social dynamics are identified as the main drivers of curriculum change in Indonesia. The Merdeka Curriculum is considered effective in enhancing character education through project-based approaches and flexible learning structures.

Abstract

Background: The widespread burning of rice straw has caused significant air pollution. Purpose: This study aims to utilize rice straw as livestock feed through indirect ammoniation and fermentation technology, considering the duration of fermentation. Methods: The research was conducted at the MIPA Laboratory of Almuslim University and the BSPJI Banda Aceh Laboratory, from 01 June – 23 August 2024. The study used rice straw waste and employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments with 3 replications each. The treatments included P0 (Control/no treatment), P1 (7 days of fermentation), P2 (14 days of fermentation), and P3 (21 days of fermentation). The observed parameters were crude protein and crude fat content. The data obtained were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Results: The average value of crude protein percentage obtained from direct and indirect methods obtained the highest value in treatment P3, namely 11.12 and 7.14, while the lowest value in treatment P0, namely 7.92 and 4.86. The average value of crude fat percentage obtained from direct and indirect methods obtained the highest value in treatment P3, namely 1.71 and 1.51, while the lowest value in treatment P0, namely 1.09 and 1.44. Conclusion: From the results above, it can be concluded that rice straw amofer has a significant indirect effect (P>0.05) on crude protein levels.

Abstract

Desa Sungai Dua Laut yang terletak di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan, merupakan kawasan pesisir dengan sumber daya laut yang melimpah, khususnya kepiting rajungan (Portunus pelagicus). Namun, sebagian besar hasil tangkapan masih dijual dalam kondisi segar kepada pengepul tanpa melalui proses pengolahan, sehingga nilai ekonomi yang diterima nelayan relatif rendah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pesisir melalui inovasi pengolahan rajungan menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti dimsum. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi observasi lapangan, pelatihan pengolahan, pembuatan produk, uji coba pasar, serta pendampingan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa produk olahan rajungan mampu meningkatkan nilai ekonomi, memperpanjang umur simpan, serta membuka peluang diversifikasi pasar pada industri makanan beku. Selain itu, program ini juga meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, memperkuat kewirausahaan lokal, dan mendorong pembangunan ekonomi pesisir yang berkelanjutan. Inovasi pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal terbukti dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan sekaligus mendukung pengelolaan perikanan berkelanjutan
