Abstract

Abstrak- ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut) adalah suatu penyakit gangguan saluran pernapasan yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai spektrum penyakit mulai dari penyakit tanpa gejala, infeksi ringan sampai penyakit yang parah dan mematikan akibat faktor lingkungan. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai gejala dan cara penanganan penyakit ISPA merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab tingginya angka kematian akibat ISPA. Peran sistem pakar yang disediakan dalam bentuk aplikasi sangat diperlukan untuk membantu seseorang dalam melakukan diagnosa penyakit ISPA secara mudah dan cepat. Dengan berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, sistem pakar mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan seperti yang dilakukan oleh seorang pakar. Oleh Karena itu, Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Diagnosis Penyakit ISPA Berbasis Speech Recognition Menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes Classifier dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosis penyakit ISPA terhadap seseorang berdasarkan konversi hasil deteksi suara pengguna. Dengan aplikasi ini pengguna seakan berkonsultasi kepada seorang dokter/pakar yang menangani penyakit ISPA. Aplikasi dibangun berbasis android dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan database MySQL. Kata kunci : Sistem pakar, speech recognition, ISPA, metode naïve bayes classifier, Android. Abstract- ISPA (Acute Respiratory Tract Infection) is a respiratory disorder disease that can lead to a wide spectrum of diseases ranging from asymptomatic disease, mild infection to severe and deadly disease due to environmental factors. So if someone complains of respiratory disorders not necessarily just have regular respiratory problems because it could be the person has ARI disease. The role of expert systems provided in the form of an application is needed to help a person in the diagnosis of ARI disease easily and quickly. By trying to adopt human knowledge into a computer, an expert system is capable of solving problems like that of an expert. Therefore, the Application of Expert System Diagnosis of ISPA Disease Based Speech Recognition Using the Naive Bayes Classifier Method can be used to diagnose ARI disease against a person based on the conversion of the user's voice detection result. With this application the user seemed to consult a doctor / expert who treats ARI disease. The application is built based on android using Java programming language and MySQL database. Abstract

This study focuses on non-certified English teachers using Information and Communication Technology (UICT) in the teaching practice with the framework is technological pedagogical and content knowledge (TPACK). The purpose is to elaborate on the interrelationship between all TPACK components and their roles in predicting UICT based on the beliefs of the teachers during teaching practice. The researchers used a mixed-methods design for 20 participants from SMP IT Nur Syamzam Kolaka. Questionnaire and interview, especially semi-structured interviews as an instrument for this study. To collect the data, the researcher did online with the non-certified English teachers at SMP IT Nur Syamzam Kolaka. Using Pearson's correlation coefficient, the relationship between the application of TPACK and the availability of ICT tools was determined by correlating the overall TPACK result with the adequacy of ICT tools. Therefore, the findings of the study that were obtained through the TPACK survey demonstrate how they effectively apply their knowledge. The teachers demonstrate expert knowledge in all TPACK domains. They demonstrate the highest level of knowledge based on the mean of TK (4.28), followed by CK (4.26). While all areas of TPACK have a mean of 4.10, PCK and TPK have the lowest mean (4.11).

Abstract

Tolerance is an attitude that reflects mutual respect and acknowledgment of differences and diversity within society, with the main goal of creating a peaceful and harmonious life. More than just accepting differences, tolerance also serves as a foundation for building solidarity, where individuals are able to embrace and appreciate each other’s uniqueness and transform uniformity into a rich and dynamic diversity. The primary objective of this research is to understand how tolerance values are introduced and developed among students from an early age and to measure their impact on character development. This study also aims to provide recommendations for developing more effective educational programs to instill tolerance values. The research uses a qualitative approach. The data sources include books such as "(In) Tolerance: Understanding Hatred & Violence in the Name of Religion" by Alamsyah M. Djafar, "Tafsir Al-Misbah" by M. Quraish Shihab, "Al-Zaytun: A Source of Inspiration" by Robin Simanullang, journals, documents, and others. Tolerance education at Ma’had Al-Zaytun encompasses both formal and informal approaches designed to instill principles of mutual respect and acknowledgment of differences among students. Through a curriculum that includes direct teaching on cultural, religious, and social diversity, as well as extracurricular activities that encourage interaction among students from different backgrounds, MI Ma’had Al-Zaytun aims to foster attitudes of empathy and openness. Abstract

This study examines the influence of talent management, employee engagement, and leadership style on the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from employees across various SOEs and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly impact organizational performance, with employee engagement being the strongest predictor. Talent management plays a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining skilled employees, while leadership style influences motivation and overall workplace effectiveness. These results highlight the importance of strategic human resource management and transformational leadership in enhancing SOE performance. The study contributes to theoretical frameworks such as the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, reinforcing the role of human capital in organizational success. Practical implications include the need for SOEs to prioritize employee engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, and effective talent management strategies. Future research should explore longitudinal studies and incorporate objective performance measures to further validate these findings.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, organizations must adopt strategic leadership and develop organizational agility to enhance performance. This study examines the relationship between strategic leadership, organizational agility, and business performance, exploring the mediating role of agility. Using a quantitative research approach, data was collected from business organizations across multiple industries. The findings indicate that strategic leadership significantly enhances organizational agility, which, in turn, positively impacts business performance. Furthermore, the study confirms that organizational agility mediates the relationship between strategic leadership and business performance, highlighting the importance of adaptability in sustaining competitive advantage. These insights provide valuable implications for business leaders and policymakers, emphasizing the need for fostering strong leadership and an agile organizational culture to navigate market uncertainties effectively. Future research should explore industry-specific variations and longitudinal effects to deepen the understanding of these dynamics.

Abstract

. In the era of rapid technological advancements and dynamic business environments, organizations must embrace digital transformation, effective innovation management, and change readiness to achieve long-term sustainability. This study examines the interplay between these factors and their collective impact on organizational sustainability. Using a quantitative research approach, data was collected from organizations undergoing digital transformation initiatives. The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances sustainability by optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency. Innovation management further contributes by fostering eco-friendly business practices and sustainable competitive advantages. Additionally, change readiness plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful implementation of digital and innovation-driven strategies. The study highlights the mediating role of innovation management and the moderating influence of change readiness in the relationship between digital transformation and sustainability. Theoretical and practical implications suggest that organizations should strategically integrate technology, innovation, and change management to achieve sustainable business outcomes. The research provides valuable insights for corporate leaders, policymakers, and academics aiming to align digital strategies with sustainability objectives.

Abstract

Employee performance is important in a company, because it has a great influence to improve company performance. Employee performance in the company is influenced by various things such as leadership style and job satisfaction. The purpose of this literature study and field study is to determine the leadership style on employee performance. The methodologies used are library research and field research. Respondents were 60 employees of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu using Simple Linear Regression analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and hypothesis testing using T-test. The results of the study The value of the correlation / relationship (R) is equal to 0.492. From these results obtained a coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.184, which implies that the influence of the independent variable (Leadership Style) on the dependent variable (Employee Performance) is 18.4% with the T-test results obtained f-value count of 13,045 with a significant value of 0.001 with an error rate of 0.5, it can be explained that there is a significant influence between leadership style on the performance of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu employees.
