This study aims to identify and formulate the potential strategies for developing coastal areas and fisherman human resource strategies in Bengkulu Province - Indonesia. This research was conducted using the sample taken from 18 institutions (i.e., policymakers) and 400 fishermen were randomly selected to participate in the survey. The suggested strategy could be conducted by optimizing the available strengths and opportunities to overcome the existing weaknesses and threats. In particular, it could be done by optimally utilizing the coastal and marine resources to fulfill the broad market share of domestic fisheries products, enforcing the existing laws and regulations, and increasing the level of fish consumption. More specifically, the strategy in regard to fishermen skills development could be choosen to support fisheries production. Thus, leading to the improvement of fishing infrastructure, and the fishermen skills through the utilization of capital assistance from the government’s program.

As an agricultural community, in general, Bengkulu province has gardening. The largest plantations for the community are oil palm, rubber and coffee commodities. People depend their lives on abundant natural potentials but have not been able to manage them properly to stimulate added value. All potentials are still managed traditionally so that productivity is very low. The province of Bengkulu is the 3rd largest national coffee producer, but so far Bengkulu coffee is sold through Lampung and Palembang so it is not known outside. The problems are: The low income and welfare of the coffee farmers in Bengkulu province; The promotion and branding of Bengkulu coffee has not been recognized either nationally or internationally. The intention of compiling the Bengkulu coffee development master plan. One of the activities carried out is conducting research or mapping potential and mapping policy directions in the field of coffee development in Bengkulu Province. The aim of compiling the Bengkulu coffee development master plan a) Increasing the income of coffee farmers in Bengkulu province, b) Increasing the promotion and branding of Bengkulu Coffee at the national and international levels c) Increasing the knowledge of farmers and field officers towards coffee cultivation technology farmers: d) Increasing the role and function of farmer institutions in plantation areas coffee; e) Preparing technological innovations to increase coffee production and quality; The scope of activities is focused on coffee development in the Bengkulu area from upstream, production, downstream and provincial, district / city governments as well as Stake Holders / stakeholders.

As one of the coastal areas, Bengkulu Province has very potential natural wealth. Even so, the development has not run optimally, where the level of community welfare is still low and development is still lagging behind. This study aims to identify the strategy for developing coastal areas in Bengkulu Province using SWOT analysis. The results of the study found that the strategy for developing the coastal region of Bengkulu province could be done using an aggressive strategy, which illustrates that the situation is very good because there are forces that are utilized to seize profitable opportunities, to overcome various weaknesses and threats. The development strategy of the coastal region of Bengkulu province can be done by optimally utilizing coastal and marine natural resources to be carried out to meet the broad share of the share of domestic and foreign fishery products, enforce existing legislation to increase the level of domestic fish consumption, acceleration of government policies to accelerate the development of marine and fisheries in order to provide raw materials for processed and fishery products, strengthen permanent government institutions to meet the demand for processed marine and fishery products, increase the allocation of funds managed by the government to increase product competitiveness and prices of marine products , increasing the development of infrastructure/facilities, advances in marine and fisheries technology in developing maritime tourism and tourism as well as increasing foreign and domestic investment.

One of the efforts to improve home industry products and expand the market, especially micro businesses in RT.06 RW.03, Padang Jati Village, Bengkulu City, carried out socialization and guidance to these business actors by utilizing social media as a product marketing tool. With the understanding of business actors about digital, the selling power of products can increase by way of sales that are responsive to consumer needs. The methods of field work carried out by students when doing community service are as follows: (1). Students who do service will visit home industry business owners (2). With an agreement on time and place for the socialization and development of digital marketing which was carried out in RT.06 RW.03 Kelurahan Padang Jati, Bengkulu City, which has 13 household units and is located in the nearest location. (3). Then socialization and training on creating social media accounts were held according to the needs of these business actors

The purpose of this study is to increase the income of coffee farmers in Kepahiang Regency, increase promotion and branding of coffee in Kepahiang Regency at the national and international levels, increase the knowledge of farmers and field workers about coffee cultivation technology farmers. This research includes descriptive research, which explains factual phenomena conceptually. The factual findings from the research are verified by existing theoretical concepts. The approach taken was a survey of a number of respondents who were selected based on certain criteria. The unit of analysis used in this study was coffee farmers, stakeholders, and related stake holders as well as the local government of coffee-producing districts, coffee business actors/traders in Kepahiang district. Optimizing the cooperation network, both the government and related stockholders; Optimizing priority programs for superior coffee production using special economic zones; Following up on the MOU with KPTIK and Bengkulu Provincial Government to make Bengkulu a national coffee area; Fighting for Bengkulu to get HAKi to increase regional competitiveness; Increased production of superior coffee already has sufficient value in the eyes of consumers;

The purpose of this study was to test whether there is an influence of organizational culture and employee commitment on performance at the office of PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch, one of the factors that can affect performance is organizational culture. Organizational culture will give identity to members of the organization and individuals, and employee commitment also affects performance. The sample in this study were 56 permanent employees at the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. By collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed Y = 23,359 + 0, 104X1 + 0, 366X2. This describes a positive linear regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Employee Commitment) on (Y) Office performance of PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.185. This means that organizational culture and employee commitment affect the performance of the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch of 18.5%, while the remaining 81.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The test results at a significant level of 0.05 explained that partially organizational culture had no significant effect while employee commitment had a significant effect on performance at the PT. Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The results of the F test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that organizational culture and employee commitment have a significant simultaneous influence on the performance of the PT. A vertex coloring c of graph G is a graceful coloring if c is a graceful k-coloring for some k∈ N. The minimum k for which a graph G is a graceful chromatic number denoted by χ_g (G). In this paper, we will investigate the establish exact value of graceful chromatic number on grid graph family namely H graph 〖(H〗_n) for n≥2 and grid graph for m,n≥3. Currently the use of yards is an alternative for the community to meet the needs of the family. Because the yard has the potential to provide food for the family, the narrow plot of land can be modified into a yard that produces usability such as growing vegetables, empon-empon and fruits. Modification of narrow land can use several planting techniques, namely plants using pots (polybags) and hydroponics. The activity was carried out at the Pematang Indah Estate Housing Complex, Pematang Village, the Governor of Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. The method of this activity is carried out by way of socialization through lectures and question and answer discussions with housewives who are formed in arisan groups. It is hoped that with this socialization there will be a maximum change in the function of the yard, the community already understands the importance of diversifying food and the health of the food consumed, and understands the management of family income by selling vegetable crops.

Salah satu daya tarik pariwisata terletak pada keunggulan sarana dan prasarana serta memiliki keunikan yang membedakannya dengan objek wisata lain, hal ini menjadi bagian daya jual ketika mempromosikan objek wisata tersebut, agar objek wisata air terjun Trisakti dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan, maka salah satu upaya perangkat desa sebagai pihak yang bertanggungjawab dalam pengelolaan objek wisata harus mengupayakan sistem pengelolaan pariwisata yang baik dan unggul agar tujuan optimalisasi wisata air terjun berkembang pesat dan semakin menjadi objek wisata andalan Kabupaten rejang Lebong. lebih dikenal masyarakat secara Lokal, Nasional bahkan Mancanegara. Pengelolaan pariwisata sendiri bertujuan agar semua aset-aset wisata yang ada dikawasan wisata air terjun Tri Sakti dapat lebih dioptimalkan fungsinya seperti fasilitas kantin, taman bermain anak, perkebunan di sekitar lokasi wisata yang merupakan pemandangan indah saat wisatawan memasuki kawasan wisata air terjun Tri Sakti. Desa Belitar Seberang, Kecamatan Sindang Kelingi, Kabupaten Rejang Lebong merupakan salah satu desa binaan Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu ( UNIVED ) yang memiliki objek wisata air terjun yang sangat indah, air terjun dingin dan panas.Untuk air terjun dingin namanya Tri sakti ( disebut air terjun laki-laki ) dan air terjun panas namanya Puspa Dewi ( disebut air terjun perempuan ). Pengabdian rutin diadakan oleh UNIVED. Dimana salah satu bentuk pengabdian yang diberikan adalah pembelajaran tentang pengelolaan pariwisata. Pentingnya pengelolaan pariwisata mengingat objek wisata Tri Sakti sangat indah dan menakjubkan tetapi dari segi pengelolaan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Mulai dari akses jalan menuju lokasi wisata, sampai kepada lokasi inti yang masih membutuhkan banyak fasilitas sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata, hal ini tidak dapat diabaikan mengingat Desa Belitar Seberang adalahi salah satu desa wisata terbaik dari 50 Desa Wisata yang ada di Indonesia. A coffee shop is a place that serves food and drinks, but mainly sells coffee. Generally, what is called a coffee shop is a coffee shop whose place is attractively designed and provides many coffee menus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand characteristics and emotional branding on purchasing decisions at Bengkulu coffee shops. In this study, the data used is quantitative data, namely data obtained from distributing questionnaires to service users at Coffee Shop Bengkulu. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence of brand characteristics (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) Coffee Shop Janji Jiwa with a tsig value < α (0.000 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (5.749> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X1 has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). There is an effect of emotional branding (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) Coffee Shop Janji Jiwa with a tsig value < α (0.000 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (4.346> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that the X2 variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y).
