Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the important role of livestock population data with the detail the composition according to age and gender in planning the provision of meat in the province of Papua in particular to correlate the number of mother cows and cattle are ready to cut the amount of output produced in a given year. Problem-solving method using descriptive analytical approach to the tabulation and analysis tools OLS. The sample of 189 respondents used. Sample areas in Manokwari. The results showed that the relationship of parent and output data beef cattle that could be used for planning the achievement of the adequacy of the best of the best beef in West Papua obtained from the parent relations cow - calf male (age <1 year) with a number R2 0.822, with a coefficient of relationship 0.442. To produce a ready cattle bulls (age> 2 years) in the year amounted to 2.26 t required parent tail invested two years earlier.Keywords: Population Composition Data, Mother Cow, calf (Output)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan retail dan wholesale yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur dengan rasio Return on Equity (REO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Current Ratio (CR) dan Divident Per Share (DPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data perusahaan retail dan wholesale yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2010-2012 yang diambil dari IDX kantor cabang Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi berdasarkan suatu kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan penentuan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return on Equity (REO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Current Ratio (CR) dan Divident Per Share (DPS) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari nilai sig sebesar 0,000, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) 0,954, (2) Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai β1 6261,910 sig. 0,022, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai β2 102,882 sig. 0,602, (4) Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham yang ditunjukkan dengan β3 0,147 sig. 0,008, (5) Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan

Abstract

AbstractBrown-palm-sugar agroindustry in Kolaka is an industrial model that tends to have a simple character for moldable sugar processing. Moldable brown palm sugar is produced by processing of unfermented palm-juice. Its processing into brown-palm-sugar can provide additional value as reward for the usage of production factors. The additional value is multiplier effect that occurs in an agroindustrial activity. The strategical role of agroindustry that relies on increasing of the additional value of domestic natural resource potency is believed to be capable of supporting in national competitive improvement.This study is objected (1) to recognize the additional-valuable amount in processing unfermented palm-juice into brown palm sugar; (2) to determine the influence factors in brown-palm-sugar additional value. Additional value analysis which was using hayami method demonstrates that the additional value whose craftsmen of unfermented-palm-juice into brown-palm-sugar process received is 696.51 rupiahs per kilogram. The other input prices (such as the price of palm oil, lime price and firewood) and labor costs significantly and negatively effected on the additional value, while the output price significantly and positively effected. And then, the price of unfermented palm-juice unsignificantly effect on the additional value.Keywords: agroindustry; brown palm sugar; additional value

Abstract

Penderita hipertensi semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya dengan berbagai penyebab. Pada tahun 2012, WHO mencatat sebanyak 1 miliar penduduk dunia mengalami hipertensi. Secara garis besar pengobatan nonfarmakologis untuk pasien hipertensi antara lain dengan pemberian relaksasi seperti otot progresif dan nafas dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan efektifitas teknik relaksasi otot progresif dan relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang. Desain penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan quasy experiment dengan rancangan pretest-protest design, jumlah sampel 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pada usia responden hipertensi terbanyak adalah ≥ 50 tahun (43,3%), sedangkan karakteristik responden hipertensi berdasarkan jenis kelamin terdapat 17 (56,7%) pada perempuan, 13 (43,3%) pada laki-laki. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Mann-whitney test menunjukkan hasil tidak ada perbedaan efektifitas teknik relaksasi otot progresif dan nafas dalam dengan tekanan darah. Terlihat dari probabilitas perbedaan efektifitas antara perlakuan terhadap tekanan darah sistolik sebesar 0,285 (p>0,05), dan nilai probabilitas perbedaan efektifitas kedua perlakuan terhadap tekanan darah diastolik yaitu sebesar 0,935 (p>0,05). Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini adalah agar relaksasi nafas dalam dapat dijadikan intervensi alternatif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.   Kata Kunci : Relaksasi otot progresif, relaksasi nafas dalam, tekanan darah

Abstract

Operasi merupakan salah satu bentuk terapi pengobatan yang dapat mengancam integritas tubuh dan jiwa seseorang sehinggga menimbulkan respon fisiologi dan psikologi pada pasien. Respon psikologi yang biasanya terjadi pada pasien pre operasi yaitu kecemasan. Kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi ini dapat dicegah atau diturunkan dengan teknik relaksasi, baik itu relaksasi otot progresif maupun napas dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh teknik relaksasi otot progresif dan napas dalam terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di Rumah Sakit Telogorejo Semarang. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasy experiment dengan rancangan pre-post tes design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 15 orang untuk relaksasi porgresif dan 15 orang untuk relaksasi napas dalam. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji perbedaan Mann-Witney Test didapatkanhasil analisis univariat pada karakteristik respondentingkat kecemasan terdapat 12 (40%) pada perampuan, 18 (60%) pada laki-laki, sedangkan pada usia responden kecemasan terbanyak adalah pada usia >30 sebanyak 13 (43,3%) dan terendah pada usia < 20 tahun sebanyak 5 16,7% selain itu hasil analisis univariat didpatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,953 atau > 0,05 hal ini menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif dan napas dalam terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengganti variabel seperti relaksasi imajinas dan spesifikasi operasi.Kata kunci: kecemasan, relaksasi otot progresif, relaksasi napas dalam dan operasi.

Abstract

Di Indonesia pada tahun 2010 angka kecelakaan lalu lintas mencapai 104.824 kejadian. Salah satu akibat yang ditimbulkan karena kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah fraktur yaitu terputusnya kontinuitas tulang tulang, retak atau patahnya tulang yang utuh yang biasanya disebabkan oleh trauma atau rudapaksa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan efektifitas teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik klasik terhadap intensitas nyeri pada pasien yang mengalami fraktur dengan nyeri sedang di RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan two group pra-post test design dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Intensitas nyeri responden sebelum diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik klassik adalah nyeri sedang dengan skala 4-6 (100%). Setelah diberikan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik klasik, intensitas nyeri responden adalah 59,1% mengalami nyeri sedang dan 40,9% nyeri ringan. Hasil uji mann whitney menunjukkan nilai p=0,213 (p>0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan efektifitas teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dan terapi musik klasik terhadap intensitas nyeri pada pasien yang mengalami fraktur dengan nyeri sedang di RSUD Dr. H. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the influence of sociodemographic characteristics to the self-efficacy on women of poor households (WPH) in implementing economically productive activities. The study was conducted at Surakarta, using a survey approach. Samples were taken by multistage random sampling technique. Quantitative data were analyzed using multiple regression models. The results showed that the factors sociodemographic characteristics: age, formal education, and the number of family dependents significant affect on self-efficacy of WPH in conducting productive business at significance level α = 0.10, whereas the non-formal education and long effort had no significant affect. Goodness of fit test results of multiple linear regression model showed that the sociodemographic characteristics collectively have the affect of 28.6 percent.

Abstract

In capital budgeting processes, there are some crucial problem related to infation and the criteria in making the decision. Among the two discounting methods, analysts may use NPV or IRR. If NPV is used in making capital investment decision, some still doubt that project having zero NPV is still a good project. In this paper we try to explore how important infation factor to be considered in capital badgeting. The fnancial professional literatures dealing with investment decisions, state in general that the net present value shows objective picture for the decision maker. The net present value shows the amount of wealth growth that have been accumulated by the investment during the life time of the project, but the investment’s internal rate of return informs the decision maker that how works the real yield of long capital investment. The NPV method is theoritically superior to the IRR method in dealing with mutually exclusive project. The Project having zero NPV is considered to be proftable. In general terms, a sound capital investment will earn its original investment and cover the cost of capital invested. In the countres with high rate of infation, the efect on capital investment can be dramatic, so that cash fow adjustment is very critical.Keywords : capital budgeting

Abstract

Portland cement clinker is a hydraulic material consists of C3S, C2S, C3A and C4AF. For producing clinker, raw meal have been burn in kiln at temperature 1450oC by using the heat combustion from coal. Clinker burning process is the most important process for the cement industry. In the portland cement industry, coal was not only used as a fuel, but it can also affected the composition of clinker. The coal ash will be mixed with raw meal during clinkerization process. Therefore, when the quality of the coal is not in accordance with the raw meal, it will cause crude clinker. The main purpose of study is to determine the influence of coal ash toward clinker quality. It should be known because portland cement clinker quality of PT. Semen Tonasa have to be on standard according to ASTM C-150-1999 and SNI No. 15-6514-2001. The results of paired T-test analysis showed that the composition of the coal ash which affected the quality of clinker after clinkerization process were LSF, SM, C3S, C2S, and C4AF. Based on the result of simple regression analysis, the amount of coal ash composition toward clinker portland cement quality was minor. LSF had the highest influence up to 0.885%, AM range between 0.1-0.3%, C2S range between 0.01-0.07%, C3S range between 0.01-0.02%, and C4AF was 0.019%.Keywords: clinker, coal ash, quality, C3S, C4AF, portland cement

Abstract

Earthquake effect at  27 May 2006 have destroyed buildings ofMuhammadiyah effort in Wedi Klaten. The damages of buildings are cover:( a) TK ABA I and  II have  damages of roof and wall; ( b) TK Islamterpadu, children play group have total damage; ( c) SD Islam terpaduhave light damage. The damages of shool building have pursued theprocess of education at the school. In order to aim  recovery the damagesschool, activity of  this devotion to society is to give design of  schoolbuilding which earthquake resitance, cheap, quickly construction andcan be developed. School building designed to one class unit, so that ifneeded some classes remain to combine it, and this combining isaccomodated with area and shape of land available. Designing by usingsystem of earthquake resistance. The concepts are as light as possibleand the and the building framework which consist of column, ring beamand sloof beam are made  interaction so that forming room constructionthat having bigger moment of inertia. The activity of devotion to societyhave produced design of  one class unit with size 6m x  8 m with buildingframework consist of reinforced concrete, wall from wood and  roof madefrom waving zinc. One class unit is estimated  require  Rp.13,796,213.ofconstruction cost with duration of constructon is one month.
