Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the differences in influence on consumer preferences in online shopping at Shopee and Lazada in the city of Medan. The type of research used is quantitative. The research population is the community in the area around the city of Medan who use the Shopee and Lazada e-commerce applications in 2023 and the determination of the number of samples in this research is using the purposive sampling method with the number of samples being 100. The data source for this research is primary data using an instrument. research in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis for statistical analysis and the regression model has been tested first in the classic assumption test. The research results state that there are differences in consumer preferences for online shopping at Shopee and Lazada in the city of Medan. Product diversity and website quality are important sales tools and play a major role in establishing communication between consumers and are good for use as sales media.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Efarina University, Pematangsiantar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work stress on Efarina University employees, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all Efarina University employees totaling 50 employees and the sample used in this study was 50 people. The method of determining the sample in this study was using the saturated sampling method (census). The data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was the descriptive analysis method and the quantitative analysis method. The results showed that leadership style positively influenced the performance of Efarina University employees. Work stress positively influenced the performance of Efarina University employees. In a simultaneous test, leadership style and work stress had an influence on the performance of Efarina University employees. The magnitude of the influence of leadership style and work stress on the performance of Efarina University employees was 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Innovative Employee Training and Development on the Green Economy Transition, with a focus on the mediating roles of Employee Competency Enhancement and Strategic HR Management. Using a quantitative approach and analyzing data from 61 employees at the North Sumatra Provincial Communication and Information Office, the research employs SmartPLS for data analysis. The findings reveal that Innovative Employee Training and Development significantly enhances Employee Competency, which in turn positively influences the Green Economy Transition. Additionally, Strategic HR Management mediates the relationship between training and the green transition, further demonstrating its critical role in integrating sustainability into organizational practices. The results emphasize the importance of investing in advanced training programs and strategic HR management to drive environmental sustainability and achieve organizational goals related to the green economy. These insights provide valuable implications for organizations aiming to foster a sustainable future through effective employee development and strategic HR practices.

Abstract

Pegadaian is a non-bank financial institution that officially has a permit to carry out its operational activities in the form of credit financing to the community in the form of distributing funds in relatively small or large amounts on the basis of pawn, as well as deposit services, appraisal services. The pawned goods must have economic value so that they can be used as an appraisal value by the pawnbroker. This study focuses on determining the effect of non-cash transactions (cashless) on customer convenience in transacting at PT Pegadaian UPC Sudirman, Pematangsiantar. The results of this study are that non-cash variables (cashless) have a positive and significant effect on customer convenience. This can be proven through the results of the t-test statistical test obtained a sig. value of 0.00 <0.05. The comparison of t-count 5.611> t-table 2.001. so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that cashless transactions (X) have a positive and significant influence on customer convenience (Y) of PT Pegadaian UPC Sudirman Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lintas keanggotaan dewan pengawas syariah dan keahlian anggota dewan pengawas syariah terhadap pengungkapan laporan dewan pengawas syariah. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Logistik karena variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel dummy sedangkan untuk menguji secara parsial digunakan uji wald dan untuk menguji secara simultan digunakan omnibus tests. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Otorisasi Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2017 - 2019. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data Sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan tahunan tiap perusahaan perbankan syariah. Hasil dari penelitian berdasarkan uji valid membuktikan bahwa pertama lintas keanggotaan dewan pengawas syariah berpengaruh negatif (-35.79) dan tidak signifikan (sig 0.988) terhadap pengungkapan laporan dewan pengawas syariah, kedua keahlian dewan pengawas syariah berpengaruh positif (4.669) dan signifikan (sig 0.05) terhadap pengungkapan laporan dewan pengawas syariah. Berdasarkan hasil omnibus tests dimana lintas keanggotaan dewan pengawas syariah dan keahlian anggota dewan pengawas syariah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan laporan dewan pengawas syariah
