Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of Alfamarts so the author is interested in finding out about the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. However, each person has a different point of view in assessing the service they experience and the customer satisfaction they receive. The level of customer satisfaction really depends on the quality of a product, whether in the form of goods or services they consume. One of them is at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is field research, while the nature of this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all customers of Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. The population used is unlimited. In this study, the sample required for this research was 50 respondents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents with an error rate of 10%. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The sampling method used accidental sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to traditional traders of the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The research method used is a quantitative approach with questionnaires and managing data using SPSS. The analytical tools used are validity and reliability tests. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on sales results. The results of this study indicate that the higher the digital marketing it will affect the sales results of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Marketing Mix on customers' decisions to choose gold savings, both partially and simultaneously at PT Pegadaian Pematangsiantar City Branch. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all customers who chose gold savings at PT Pegadaian Pematangsiantar City Branch and the sample size in this study was determined by making the population into a sample, so that the sample for this study was 50 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis for statistical analysis and the regression model has been tested first in the classic assumption test. The results of this research state that simultaneous testing shows that there is a significant influence of product, price, location and promotion together on customers' decisions to choose gold savings at PT Pegadaian, Pematangsiantar City Branch. In the calculated F test 591.371> F table 2.578739, with a significant value of 0.05, it was stated that there was a significant influence between the Marketing Mix on the Customer's Decision to Choose Gold Savings at PT Pegadaian Pematangsiantar City Branch. Multiple regression analysis shows that partially the consumer's decision to choose gold savings (Y) is significantly influenced by Product and Promotion, meanwhile price and location show that these variables have no significant partial influence (the value in the Sig. column is greater than 0.05 ).

Abstract

Pegadaian is a non-bank financial institution that officially has a permit to carry out its operational activities in the form of credit financing to the community in the form of distributing funds in relatively small or large amounts on the basis of pawn, as well as deposit services, appraisal services. The pawned goods must have economic value so that they can be used as an appraisal value by the pawnbroker. This study focuses on determining the effect of non-cash transactions (cashless) on customer convenience in transacting at PT Pegadaian UPC Sudirman, Pematangsiantar. The results of this study are that non-cash variables (cashless) have a positive and significant effect on customer convenience. This can be proven through the results of the t-test statistical test obtained a sig. value of 0.00 <0.05. The comparison of t-count 5.611> t-table 2.001. so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that cashless transactions (X) have a positive and significant influence on customer convenience (Y) of PT Pegadaian UPC Sudirman Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The agricultural and plantation business sectors face numerous challenges. Intense competition, fluctuating commodity prices, and changing government policies often hinder business actors from increasing their sales and business turnover. Every producer or seller must understand sales improvement strategies and product marketing. Business actors must be able to adapt their sales strategies in response to changing consumer behaviour. In today's digital era, innovative and effective marketing strategies are crucial for success in the agriculture and plantation businesses. With the development of digital technology, these entrepreneurs must keep up with the trend. This study explores whether digital marketing through social media platforms impacts agricultural product sales at the Pematangsiantar Traditional Market. The research method used was quantitative, where data were collected using questionnaires and analysed using SPSS. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to traditional Pematangsiantar "Pajak Horas" Market traders. A simple linear regression analysis revealed that digital marketing variables, especially those through social media, contributed positively and statistically significantly to sales results. This finding suggests that increasing digital marketing efforts will positively impact agricultural product sales at the Pematangsiantar "Pajak Horas" Market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah yaitu karyawan guru pada SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar sebanyak 30 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Motivasi variabel secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung > ttabel (2,571 > 2,055). Variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (-2,514 > 2,055). Variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,332 > 2,055). Variabel motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif  kinerja guru dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 3,263 > 2,98. Pengaruh dari variabel motivasi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja disiplin terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 34,1% dan sisanya sebesar 65,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions and their impact on consumer loyalty at the Tasya Butik Tebing Tinggi store. The method of determining the sample used in this study is to use the Cochran formula as many as 96 samples are consumers of Tasya Butik Stores. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Product Quality variable (X1) has an effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Z). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 2, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the service quality variable (X2) affects the purchasing decision variable (Z). Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis 3, it is concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on Purchase Decisions (Z).
