Abstract

Since October 20, 2022, the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2022 concerning the State University of Legal Entity, Semarang State University, has been issued, which was signed directly by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. Joko Widodo. The management of a legal entity university requires speed and accuracy in processing existing and created archives. Semarang State University, which has transformed from a Public Service Agency University to a State University of Legal Entity, consists of eight Faculties and Postgraduate Programs. Archives management has so far been managed by each processing unit spread across each location of the unit. The processing of these distributed archives is something that really needs to be organized and managed in an orderly, regular and systematic manner. Dynamic archive management and static archives are managed by each unit with models and methods developed by the unit, and with diverse human resources and existing facilities. The fulfillment of archive management which is still decentralized results in the archives stored depending on the facilities and infrastructure owned by each unit. The purpose of this study is to provide a classification of archives managed at each unit level at Semarang State University and used as data for integrated archive management. With the achievement of this data, it is hoped that archive management can be stronger and more agile. The Centralized Model of archive storage in the form of Archives Unit 1 (one) is an effective way to manage and store properly. The renovation of the UPT Archives Building of Semarang State University which was inaugurated by the Chancellor of UNNES on Friday, January 27, 2023 is a momentum to be able to integrate archives throughout UNNES.

Abstract

The designation of the UNNES Special Purpose Forest Area (KHDTK) at Mount Ungaran has brought new opportunities and uncertainties for communities living adjacent to the forest, particularly in Desa Ngesrepbalong, Kendal Regency. Many residents were not fully informed about the change in forest governance, the boundaries of the KHDTK, or their potential roles in its management. This community service program aimed to strengthen local understanding and encourage collaborative engagement in conservation and sustainable utilization of the forest area. The activities were conducted through coordination with local authorities, socialization sessions, field visits, and participatory discussions involving village officials, forest farmer groups, and community representatives. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and feedback forms to assess changes in knowledge and attitudes. The program found that direct dialogue and joint field supervision of forest boundaries significantly reduced community concerns, particularly among coffee farmers previously involved under the Perhutani scheme. The transition from one-way socialization to participatory collaboration helped build mutual trust and opened pathways for sustainable partnership between the university and local stakeholders. It is recommended that follow-up programs focus on structured community-based forest management schemes, continuous mentoring, and integration of conservation principles into local economic activities to ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Ikan Hias Air Payau , dengan studi kasus di Pasar Ikan Hias Parung. Loyalitas pelanggan merupakan faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan pangsa pasar dan mendorong keberlanjutan Ikan Hias Air Payau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan yang membeli dan menyukai   Ikan Hias Air Payau. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan harga sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna pebisnis Ikan Hias dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dan penetapan harga, serta meningkatkan kualitas produk untuk memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan di Pasar Ikan Hias Parung
