Abstract

There are a number of factors that contribute to or detract from customer satisfaction; product and service quality are two of them. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between PT. XYZ's chemical product quality and their customer service quality. 125 PT. XYZ clients meeting the study's age range of 26-50 years old made up the study's population. A total of 125 typical clients were surveyed. Descriptive and correlational methods are used in this study. Methods from the realm of quantitative analysis, include studies checking for validity and reliability, as well as other statistical tests like correlation, regression, and the coefficient of determination. T count > t table = 6.529 > 1.65744, which indicates a statistically significant relationship between product quality and satisfied customers. T count > t table = 9.444 > 1.65744 indicates a substantial relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. With the regression equation Y = 3.130 + 0.550 X1 - 0.944 X2. + e, we find that product quality and service quality have a considerable impact on consumer satisfaction. Suggestions that can be used for the development of the company in the future, namely, to increase customer satisfaction, management must maximize product benefits to customers by increasing the standard of materials used. In terms of service quality, management needs to improve the quality of service to customers in order to give a good impression so that customers continue to trust in buying products.

Abstract

General Election and Regional Election are two different things on a constitutional basis. Then it was strengthened and confirmed by the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 97 / PUU / XI / 2013. This condition encourages the author to discuss the urgency of establishing a special election court with a simultaneous regional election system and a special court format that is effective in realizing electoral justice. This article aims to discuss the problems faced in resolving regional election results disputes in order to realize electoral justice in regional elections. The juridical formation of a special regional elections judicial body is an urgent need because it is a mandate of the law that must be implemented. The regional elections court format in realizing electoral justice includes three important principles that must be possessed by the regional elections court, the status and position of the regional elections court, the regional elections court judges, the role of the Supreme Court as judex juris and is attributed the authority to review the decision of the regional elections special court and relate to absolute competence. from the regional elections court.

Abstract

Implementing learning in the digital era requires teachers to continue to innovate in looking for interesting learning alternatives. Some digital platforms that can be used are Wheel of Names and Wordwall. The workshop on using the Wheel of Names and Wordwall platforms was held by students from the Pangeran Dharma Kusuma Institute through service activities, namely Community Service Program in Pondoh Village, Juntinyuat, Indramayu. This activity collaborates with Elementary School Teacher Education Lecturers who have expertise in digital literacy and digital learning. The first stage of activities was carried out in coordination with the school. The implementation stage is training in using the Wheel of Names and Wordwall platforms through a workshop with the theme Design Interactive and Exciting Digital Learning Activities. Participants as many as 10 elementary school teachers were allowed to listen and practice directly with resource persons regarding the implementation of digital learning, especially using the Wheel of Names and Wordwall platforms Evaluation of this activity is by using a questionnaire with the help of Google Form after the workshop is held. 87.5% of teachers were satisfied with the digital learning workshop and felt it helped design digital learning evaluations and was very innovative so they were encouraged to try it. However, 37.5% of teachers still find it difficult to practice digital platforms. Thus, through a series of digital learning workshop activities, it is hoped that educators can implement digital learning easily and effectively

Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi menjadi masalah utama kesehatan masyarakat yang ada di Indonesia dan negara lain dunia. Hipertensi juga seringkali disebut sebagai pembunuh gelap (silent killer) karena termasuk penyakit yang tanpa disertai dengan gejala. Prevalensi penyakit hipertensi di Indonesia pada tahun 2016 mengalami kenaikan menjadi 30,9% (Profil Kesehatan Indonesia, 2016). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada kelompok umur 45-60 tahun di posbindu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Singaparna tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analitik observasional dan enggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini 114 orang responden, dengan sampel penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasi bisa dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik otality sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, catatan laporan data petugas kesehatan, timbangan injak dan mikrotoa. Analisis data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat yaitu dengan perhitungan chi square, p value, dan Relative Risk (RR). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin (p=733), aktivitas fisik (p=0,522), obesitas (p=0,878) dan perokok (p=0,508). Saran yang diberikan bagi Puskesmas yaitu optimalisasi posbindu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Singaparna. Untuk kader kesehatan melakukan kunjungan ke rumah terutama bagi lansia penderita hipertensi yang tidak datang untuk mengontrol tekanan darahnya di posbindu, adanya promosi kesehatan.

Abstract

Pemberian informasi yang benar dan tepat sangat penting bagi akseptor keluarga berencana (KB) untuk meningkatkan keyakinan dalam memilih metode kontrasepsi. Informasi yang salah atau tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan keluhan terkait efek samping dan efektivitas alat kontrasepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan program KB pada ibu dengan risiko tinggi, khususnya yang termasuk dalam kategori 4 Terlalu (Terlalu Muda, Terlalu Rapat, Terlalu Banyak, dan Terlalu Tua). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pasangan usia subur (PUS) yang menjadi akseptor KB di Kampung Ampera, RW 16, Desa Jayagiri, Lembang, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian informasi yang benar dan tepat mengenai program KB dapat meningkatkan keyakinan dan kepuasan ibu berisiko tinggi dalam memilih metode kontrasepsi, serta membantu mengurangi risiko kesehatan yang mereka hadapi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan program KB di Desa Jayagiri Lembang. Kata kunci: Keluarga berencana, 4 Terlalu, Program KB, Ibu beresiko tinggi, Pasangan usia subur

Abstract

Hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus merupakan dua kondisi kesehatan yang sering terjadi dan memiliki dampak serius terhadap kualitas hidup seseorang. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang penyebab, gejala, serta cara mencegah dan mengelola hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus. Tanggal 14 Desember 2023, Posbindu Nusa Indah di Kampung Tangkil Rt.07, Cigugur Tengah, Cimahi Tengah, Kota Cimahi menyelenggarakan penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus. Penyuluhan hipertensi mencakup informasi tentang tekanan darah, gaya hidup sehat, dan pentingnya pemantauan rutin tekanan darah. Sementara itu, penyuluhan diabetes mellitus memfokuskan pada pemahaman metabolisme gula, pola makan seimbang, serta pengelolaan obat untuk mengendalikan kadar gula darah.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the ability of MSME actors in the Gunung Kaler District to utilize digital marketing effectively by understanding the various potential risks and the mitigation strategies that need to be implemented. In the digital era, MSMEs face challenges such as data security threats, errors in content management, low digital literacy, and reputation risks arising from online customer interactions. Through training sessions, direct mentoring, and case simulations, this program provides practical knowledge enabling MSMEs to identify risks, minimize negative impacts, and optimize digital marketing efforts to improve business competitiveness. The offered solutions include educational activities delivered through lectures, interactive discussions, and the measurement of participants’ understanding using pre-test and post-test instruments. The activity was conducted in the Gunung Kaler District, Tangerang Regency, involving 21 MSME participants. Initial implementation results indicated a lack of understanding among participants regarding the effective use of digital marketing through risk identification and mitigation, as reflected in the higher post-test scores and significant regression model findings. The R Square value of 0.158 and F value of 2,881. These results indicate that the Digital Marketing and Risk Mitigation variables simultaneously explain only 15.8% of the MSME Performance variance, nevertheless, the program successfully improved participants’ knowledge and awareness of the importance of digital risk 1qmanagement for strengthening business competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance human resource development by fostering entrepreneurial characteristics and work culture within UMKM Mandiri Jaya. The main issue identified was the limited understanding among employees regarding the importance of work culture and entrepreneurial traits in sustaining business continuity. The proposed solution involved educational activities using lectures, interactive discussions, and comprehension assessments through pre-test and post-test instruments. Conducted in Rancailat Village, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency, the program engaged 24 participants. Results showed improved understanding of work culture and entrepreneurship, reflected in higher post-test scores and a statistically significant regression model. An R Square of 0.968 and F value of 315.222 indicate that the variables of HR development and entrepreneurial characteristics jointly explain 96.8% of the variance in work culture. In conclusion, this activity successfully enhanced participants’ knowledge and attitudes toward HR development, and strengthened UMKM competitiveness through the cultivation of a productive work culture and adaptive entrepreneurial mindset.
