Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian program KUBE di Kota Palangka Raya, mengetahui manfaat program KUBE, metode penentuan responden dipilih secara representatif sehingga responden penelitian ada 32 kelompok yang diwakili oleh ketua kelompok KUBE. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang diuraikan dalam bentuk kalimat sesuai dengan hasil pengamatan yang terjadi dilapangan. KUBE di Kota Palangka Raya terdiri dari 4 kategori yaitu gagal, tumbuh, berkembang dan maju. KUBE di Kota Palangka Raya tidak ada yang mencapai kategori maju, KUBE yang ada di Kota Palangka Raya masih pada tahap tumbuh, berkembang dan gagal, dari 32 kelompokyang diteliti terdapat 10 kelompok kategori gagal, 10 kelompok kategori tumbuh dan 12 kelompok kategori berkembang, dimana pencapaian Program KUBE di Kota Palangka Raya yaitu 37,50% yang mencapai tahap KUBE berkembang. KUBE di Kota Palangka Raya dikelompokkan menjadi 5 jenis yaitu perikanan, peternakan, perkebunan, penyewaan tenda dan berdagang. Program KUBE telah memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat maupun anggota KUBE baik dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, sosial maupun ekonomi. Setiap kelompok KUBE sudah memiliki modal usaha, dimana modal usaha tersebut dikelola untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki, dari segi aspek ekonomi dapat dilihat dengan adanya peningkatan pendapatan anggota walaupun belum banyak namun sudah membantu ekonomi anggota, selain itu dari aspek sosial adanya program bantuan KUBE menjadikan masyarakat menjalin rasa kekeluargaan yang erat dalam mempertanggungjawabkan UEP agar berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Kelompok Usaha Bersama, Evaluasi, UEPThis research was conducted to evaluate the achievement of the KUBE program in Palangka Raya City, to find out the benefits of the KUBE program, the method of determining respondents to be selected in a representative manner so that there were 32 groups of respondents represented by the head of the KUBE group. KUBE in Palangka Raya City consists of 4 categories, namely failure, growth, development and progress. KUBE in Palangka Raya City did not reach the advanced category, KUBE in Palangka Raya City was still at the stage of growing, developing and failing, of the 32 groups studied there were 10 groups of failure categories, 10 groups of growing categories and 12 groups of developing categories, where The achievement of the KUBE Program in Palangka Raya City is 37.50% who have reached the developing KUBE stage. KUBE in Palangka Raya City is grouped into 5 types, namely fisheries, livestock, plantations, tent rental and trading. The KUBE program has provided benefits to the community and KUBE members in terms of knowledge, skills, social and economy. Each KUBE group already has business capital, where the venture capital is managed to develop the knowledge and skills possessed, from an economic aspect it can be seen by an increase in member income although not much has helped the member economy, apart from the social aspect of the KUBE assistance program make the community build a strong sense of kinship in holding the UEP accountable for sustainability.

Abstract

Indonesia terkenal akan budayanya yang beragam, salah satunya yaitu sikap sopan dan santun yang masih terus dijunjung sampai saat ini. Namun, semakin canggihnya teknologi yang terjadi harus beriringan dengan penanaman atau implementasi budaya terhadap anak. Salah satu budaya yang terkenal di Sulawesi khususnya pada masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan yakni budaya mappatabe atau sikap saling menghormati satu sama lain, kata tabe yang diucapkan beriringan dengan gestur tubuh yang menunjukkan rasa hormat dan menghormati satu sama lain. Pembiasaan yang dilakukan kepada anak diharapkan agar anak tidak melupakan nilai-nilai agama dan budayanya. Ketegasan dan kedisiplinan dalam proses belajar juga penting pada penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu mencari implementasi budaya mappatabe dalam penanaman nilai-nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia 5 sampai 6 tahun di TK Runiah School. Metodologi penelitian yang dipilih adalah deskriptif kualitatif, di mana sumber data terutama dikumpulkan melalui observasi sistematis terhadap anak-anak dan wawancara dengan guru kelas, data yang didapatkan lalu diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk paragraf.

Abstract

Local wisdom has noble values that apply to community life, such as protecting and managing theenvironment in a sustainable manner. Human efforts in adapting, managing, and living in harmony withtheir environment are known as ethnoecology. The study aimed to analyze the conservation values of theKasboyo lake ecosystem in Kampar district, Riau. This study used a case study design with a qualitativeapproach. Data collection was carried out in the Simpang Petai Village, Rumbio Jaya District, KamparRegency, Riau Province. The research subjects consisted of six people consisting of traditional leaders,village officials, and local communities with snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews,observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles-Huberman model, including data reduction,display, and concluding. The results showed that the local community had an agreement with the prohibitionof fishing, waste disposal, and environmental destruction. The local communities around the Kasboyo Lakearea have applied conservation principles. Local community knowledge contains conservation values,including environmental care, creativity, and humanism. So it is hoped that this local wisdom can be usedas a source of science learning to foster students' conservation character

Abstract

Background: Students’ interest in learning, especially in practical religious subjects such as ablution skills, often tends to be low when traditional teaching methods are applied. An engaging and hands-on approach is needed to increase student motivation and involvement. Objective: This study aims to increase elementary school students' interest in learning through the application of the demonstration method in teaching ablution skills. Method: This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 2023 at State Elementary School 09 Ipuh, Mukomuko Regency. The sample consisted of 20 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through observation and tests, then analyzed using predetermined formulas focusing on the completeness of student learning outcomes. Result: The findings showed that the use of the demonstration method improved students' interest and performance in learning ablution skills. In Cycle II, all students achieved learning scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC), indicating increased interest and understanding. Conclusion: The demonstration method is effective in enhancing student engagement and mastery of ablution material in elementary school settings. Contribution: This study provides practical insights for educators, particularly in Islamic education, by demonstrating that the demonstration method can significantly improve student interest and learning outcomes in skill-based religious content.

Abstract

Cultivation of purple eggplant plants in alluvial soils has several obstacles, one of which is the lack of macro and micro nutrients, so to overcome this it is necessary to give a combination of rice straw compost and rice husk biochar to increase the availability of nutrients N, P, K and the growth of purple eggplant plants on alluvial soils. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of rice straw compost on the availability of nutrients N, P, K and the growth of purple eggplant plants (Solanum melongena L.) in alluvial soil. This research took place from May - September 2023, conducted at the experimental land of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 1 factor with 6 treatments, namely: P0 = no treatment; P1 = compost 244 g/polybag; P2 = biochar 217 g/polybag; P3 = compost 183 g/polybag + biochar 54 g/polybag; P4 = compost 122 g/polybag + biochar 108 g/polybag; P5 = compost 61 g/polybag + biochar 163 g/polybag. Each treatment was repeated 4 times so there were 24 polybags. The results showed that the best dose of the combination of rice straw compost and rice husk biochar was found in the 30 ton/ha treatment (P1) which could increase N-total by 73.23%, plant height by 28.18% and stem diameter by 13.75%Key words: alluvial soil; purple eggplant; rice straw compost; rice husk biocharINTISARI            Budidaya tanaman terung ungu di tanah aluvial memiliki beberapa kendala, satu diantaranya yaitu kekurangan unsur hara makro dan mikro, sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan pemberian kombinasi kompos jerami padi dan biochar sekam padi untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan hara NPK serta pertumbuhan tanaman terung ungu pada tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi kompos jerami padi terhadap ketersediaan hara NPK dan pertumbuhan tanaman terung ungu (Solanum melongena L.) di tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini berlangsung sejak Mei – September 2023, dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri 1 faktor dengan 6 perlakuan, yaitu: P0 = tanpa perlakuan; P1 = kompos 244 g/polybag; P2 = biochar 217 g/polybag; P3 = kompos 183 g/polybag + biochar 54 g/polybag; P4 = kompos 122 g/polybag + biochar 108 g/polybag; P5 = kompos 61 g/polybag + biochar 163 g/polybag. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga terdapat 24 polybag. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis terbaik kombinasi kompos jerami padi dan biochar sekam padi, yaitu terdapat pada perlakuan 30 ton/ha (P1) dapat meningkatkan N-Total 73.23%, tinggi tanaman 28.18% dan diameter batang sebesar 13.75%.Kata kunci: biochar sekam padi; kompos jerami padi; tanah aluvial; terung ungu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the structure or intrinsic elements of the Nasi Strait folklore from Subi District, Natuna Regency. Research methods used is descriptive with the form of qualitative research. Data source this research is Mr. Alfian and the data is a tangible structure quote words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs. The results of this study are first: figures from the Nasi Strait folklore, there is 1 central character and 12 additional characters consisting of 2 mainstay characters, 5 additional characters, and 5 background characters. In terms of character, there are 4 round characters consisting of 13 characters and 9 simple characters consisting of 9 characters. Second: there are 5 parts to the stages of the flow, namely exposure, wiring, ascent, climax, and separation. Third: there are 33 settings consisting of 8 place settings, 11 time settings, 8 atmosphere settings, and 5 social settings. Fourth: the theme contained in the Nasi Strait folklore is disappointment. Fifth: the message contained in this Nasi Strait folklore is about don"™t nover break a promise that has been agreed.

Abstract

Digital technology has increasingly become integrated into early childhood education, offering new opportunities to support learning and development. This study aimed to develop digital learning materials focused on the value of mutual cooperation as part of the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) in kindergarten. The research employed the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study involved 30 children aged 4ÔÇô5 years and four teachers who facilitated the use of the digital materials. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The validity test yielded a score of 2.87, classified as valid. Practicality analysis based on teacher response questionnaires reached 98.75%, indicating a ÔÇ£strongly agreeÔÇØ category. Effectiveness was assessed through childrenÔÇÖs final performance, showing that the digital materials effectively instilled mutual cooperation values and increased children's engagement in digital-based learning. These findings suggest that the developed digital learning materials are a feasible and impactful resource for promoting character values and active participation in early childhood education.┬á┬á

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance human resource development by fostering entrepreneurial characteristics and work culture within UMKM Mandiri Jaya. The main issue identified was the limited understanding among employees regarding the importance of work culture and entrepreneurial traits in sustaining business continuity. The proposed solution involved educational activities using lectures, interactive discussions, and comprehension assessments through pre-test and post-test instruments. Conducted in Rancailat Village, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency, the program engaged 24 participants. Results showed improved understanding of work culture and entrepreneurship, reflected in higher post-test scores and a statistically significant regression model. An R Square of 0.968 and F value of 315.222 indicate that the variables of HR development and entrepreneurial characteristics jointly explain 96.8% of the variance in work culture. In conclusion, this activity successfully enhanced participants’ knowledge and attitudes toward HR development, and strengthened UMKM competitiveness through the cultivation of a productive work culture and adaptive entrepreneurial mindset.
