Abstract

PPK FTI provides trainings to 20 tenants consisting of students and alumni of FTI UAD, then selects them into 6 selected tenants who will obtain venture capital in the form of grants, goods, business literature, mentoring, and financial information system training. This training was carried out with the aim of assisting FTI tenants especially in making financial statements. The methods in this activity are divided into three stages, first is the development of PPK FTI UAD financial information system, discussion and practice of filling information systems through offline and online training, and evaluating financial information systems and training through questionnaires on a likert scale. The results shows that most tenants are able to use the information system easily and provide positive feedback with a percentage of the statement of ease of use, features, and access in the range of easy and very easy. PPK financial information system is assessed by tenants according to tenant's needs and greatly saves financial management time. For further development, PPK FTI UAD will continue the activities on basic accounting training, information system improvement, and development of android or iOS applications.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dengan pemanfaatan e-Commerce seharusnya memberikan kemudahan bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Yogyakarta sehingga dapat mensejahterakan perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan perekonomian yaitu melakukan pemasaran produk kerajian secara online menggunakan e-Commerce. Berdasarkan klasifikasi sebanyak 1895 pelaku UMKM kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta yang baru terdaftar di website Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (DISPERINDAG) Kota Yogyakarta sebanyak 453 sehingga masih banyak yang belum memanfaatkan penggunaan e-Commerce dalam pemasaran produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lingkungan eksternal yang mempengaruhi hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM kerajinan dan mengetahui pengaruh simultan terhadap faktor teknologi, faktor konsumen, faktor pesaing, dan faktor kebijakan pemerintah. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara sebanyak 100 UMKM kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 15.0 untuk melihat pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data, faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta dilihat dari koefisiennya adalah faktor konsumen sebesar 2,721. Faktor teknologi, pesaing dan kebijakan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce. Setelah dilakukan pengujian secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel independen (teknologi, konsumen, pesaing dan kebijakan pemerintah) dapat menjelaskan variansi dari variabel dependen yaitu hambatan penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM Kerajinan di Kota Yogyakarta dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 11 %

Abstract

Implementing learning in the digital era requires teachers to continue to innovate in looking for interesting learning alternatives. Some digital platforms that can be used are Wheel of Names and Wordwall. The workshop on using the Wheel of Names and Wordwall platforms was held by students from the Pangeran Dharma Kusuma Institute through service activities, namely Community Service Program in Pondoh Village, Juntinyuat, Indramayu. This activity collaborates with Elementary School Teacher Education Lecturers who have expertise in digital literacy and digital learning. The first stage of activities was carried out in coordination with the school. The implementation stage is training in using the Wheel of Names and Wordwall platforms through a workshop with the theme Design Interactive and Exciting Digital Learning Activities. Participants as many as 10 elementary school teachers were allowed to listen and practice directly with resource persons regarding the implementation of digital learning, especially using the Wheel of Names and Wordwall platforms Evaluation of this activity is by using a questionnaire with the help of Google Form after the workshop is held. 87.5% of teachers were satisfied with the digital learning workshop and felt it helped design digital learning evaluations and was very innovative so they were encouraged to try it. However, 37.5% of teachers still find it difficult to practice digital platforms. Thus, through a series of digital learning workshop activities, it is hoped that educators can implement digital learning easily and effectively

Abstract

Plastic waste is an inorganic waste that can pollute the environment and is difficult to decompose. Recycling of plastic waste has not been widely used because the selling price is not too high. So, plastic waste is simply thrown away then ends up in the landfill and reducing soil fertility. Eco-brick is the product solution for plastic waste management. The Kamulyan waste bank searched to accommodate and reuse plastic waste into eco-bricks which greatly assists the management of plastic waste in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted to determine the economic feasibility of the eco-bricks as the product of recycling activity. The research method used the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for analyzing the economic feasibility of investment activities carried out by the Kamulyan Waste Bank. The results were feasible for NPV with positive values at Rp 1.331.313 and 9,32% as the rate of return for IRR. The BCR was not feasible cause the BCR was lower than the standard value. Recycling activities provide direct benefits in the form of net profit derived from the sale of recycled products of Rp 1.741.421 from 2020 to 2021. The indirect benefits were being able to reduce the accumulation of plastic waste PET bottles and sachets in Yogyakarta by 0.008% and reducing plastic waste management costs of Rp 1.069.636,84.

Abstract

Implementing a suitable leadership style can increase work engagement. Work-life balance is necessary to support transformational leadership in improving work engagement. This study examines how transformational leadership affects work engagement, using work-life balance as a mediating factor. 44 respondents represent the study's sample, and the population focus is Yogyakarta Industry and Trade Agency employees. The study's findings show that transformational leadership positively influences work engagement. Work-life balance is positively influenced by transformational leadership. Work engagement is positively influenced by work-life balance. Transformational leadership and work engagement are mediated by work-life balance.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor, termasuk industri kecantikan. CV Syasy Beauty Care, produsen masker rambut "It's My Holy", menghadapi tantangan berupa penurunan penjualan dalam dua tahun terakhir. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perusahaan menerapkan strategi digital marketing melalui pengembangan website sebagai media penjualan sekaligus penyedia informasi produk. Agar website tersebut efektif dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya, dilakukan pengujian dengan metode usability testing yang berfokus pada aspek fungsional, seperti kemudahan navigasi, responsivitas tampilan, dan keakuratan informasi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan survei terhadap 30 pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik, dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 93%, yang tergolong dalam kategori "Sangat Baik". Website ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat brand awareness dan menjadi solusi digital yang relevan dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di era Industri 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami pekerja perempuan yang mengelola peran ganda sebagai pekerja industri dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Tambak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi peningkatan partisipasi perempuan di Desa Tambak, yang banyak bekerja di sektor manufaktur, dihadapkan pada tuntutan kompleks untuk menyeimbangkan peran publik dan tanggung jawab domestik (sebagai istri dan ibu). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap perempuan pekerja di PT. Nikomas Gemilang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan pekerja mengalami tekanan waktu, kelelahan fisik, dan beban emosional akibat tuntutan ganda. Namun, mereka tetap berusaha menyeimbangkan peran dengan strategi seperti manajemen waktu, serta pembagian peran domestik dengan pasangan.
