Abstract

The problems that occur are low activity, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes which are caused by several things, namely one-way learning, the learning atmosphere is less enjoyable, students are less actively involved in solving problems and learning is less meaningful. The aim of this research is to describe teacher activities and analyze activities, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in the mathematical content of plane figures in class IV. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Kolam Makmur, Barito Kuala Regency. Abstract

Lembaga UMKM desa merupakan sebuah lembaga yang yang dibentuk di tingkat desa untuk mendukung, mengembangkan, dan memfasilitasi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang ada di desa. Lembaga ini bergerak untuk memajukan umkm yang ada di desa dengan menghadirkan berbagai fasilitas dan kemudahan bagi pelaku umkm. Ide ini merupakan inisiatif dari mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang yang disosialisasikan kepada pelaku umkm desa Cepagan. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini untuk memberikan salah satu solusi untuk memajukan umkm desa dengan pembentukan lembaga untuk mengawasi, membantu, dan memfasilitasi umkm. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Ressearch). pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan harus mencakup unsur-unsur pemberdayaan. Pemberdayaan ini harus mencakup tiga dimensi: pemenuhan kebutuhan dan penyelesaian masalah praktis, pengembangan pengetahuan dan keberagamaan masyarakat, serta proses perubahan sosial dalam aspek keagamaan. Kegiatan tersebut diikuti oleh beberapa pemuda dusun Ngasem dengan antusias. Kegiatan sosialisasi pengenalan konsep lembaga umkm desa ini merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku umkm mengenai solusi dalam meningkatkan umkm-nya.

Abstract

AbstractIn the context of learning Arabic, mahārat al-kalām is the main skill that must be mastered by students and is one of the ultimate goals of learning a foreign language. The mahārat al-kalām learning course at SMAIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu Lampung has not shown results that describe students' Arabic language skills actively and productively. In accordance with the background of the problems described above, the authors formulate the problem in this paper is "How is the application of the Arabic language program in learning Maharah Al Kalam at the Smait Insan Mulia Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School, Lampung?Speaking skill (maharah al-kalam/speaking skill) is the ability to express sounds or words that are articulated to express thoughts in the form of ideas, opinions, desires, or feelings to the other person. In a broad sense, the results of writing state that to improve speaking skills students are equipped with basic speaking skills that are very necessary when working in the field, such as practicing the application of dialogue patterns, vocabulary, rules, facial expressions, and so on. There are several techniques that can be used in this exercise, including: dialogue (al-hiwar), pattern practice (tathbiq alnamudzaj), and oral composition (al-tarkib al-syafawi).

Abstract

Metode Tikrar merupakan salah satu teknik menghafal Al-Qur'an yang banyak digunakan di berbagai lembaga pendidikan Al-Qur'an di Indonesia. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan mengulang-ulang ayat yang masih harus dipelajari maupun yang sudah dipelajari agar daya ingat semakin mantap dan sulit dilupakan. Oleh karena itu, dalam jurnal ini dibahas tentang pemanfaatan teknik Tikrar untuk menghafal Al-Qur'an di Rumah Al-Qur'an Fadhilah Rajabasa Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan-tahapan pembelajaran teknik Tikrar dan pemanfaatannya dalam lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru Pembimbing Tahfizh, santri, dan pimpinan yayasan. Teknik Tikrar merupakan salah satu cara menghafal Al-Qur'an yang sangat berhasil menurut hasil penelitian peneliti. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan tercapainya tujuan menghafal dengan hafalan yang berkualitas. Pendekatan ini sangat berbeda karena mencakup pengulangan bagian-bagian untuk membantu Anda mengingatnya tanpa harus mengucapkannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) aspek bukti fisik (tangibles), (2) aspek empati (empathy),(3) Aspek reliability,(4) Aspek Daya tanggap (responsiveness), dan (5) aspek Jaminan (assurance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kulitatif dengan jenis deskriptif analisis. Dari data masing-masing dimensi mutu layanan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Mutu layanan aspek bukti fisik (tangible) kersediaannya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pembelajaran dengan keseluruhan 30 ruang kelas dan total 7 lantai dalam satu gedung. Pihak SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman juga memberikan fasilitas lift serta tetap memberikan layanan kesehatan dan sarana ruang baca. (2) Mutu layanan aspek empati (empathy) ditunjukkan dengan adanya kepedulian pada pengguna jasa dalam hal ini siswa, adanya perhatian pada siswa yang memiliki tingkat kemampuan dibawah rata-rata. (3) Mutu layanan aspek kehandalan (reliability) adalah dengan memberikan layanan yang sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan, setiap informasi yang disampaikan akurat dan tepat sasaran. (4) Mutu layanan aspek daya tanggap (responsiveness) pihak ditunjukan dengan kesediaan dan kemampuan baik kritik maupun saran. (5) Mutu layanan aspek jaminan (assurance) menciptakan kepercayaan dan memberikan jaminan kepada pelanggan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman cukup memuaskan

Abstract

This aim of this research is to provide an overview about the implementation ofaccounting in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to explain thedifficulties encountered in its practice as well as knowledge of owners aboutfinancial accounting standards (SAK EMKM). This research is a qualitativedescriptive research and the data were collected through questionnaires andinterviews. The object of the research is owner of Micro, Small, and MediumEnterprises (MSMEs) located in the Lowokwaru sub-district of thee City ofMalang. Using the purposive sampling method, 41 respondents in total werecollected. The results of the research indicated that most of Micro, Small, andMedium Enterprise (MSME) owners have understood about SAK EMKM. Thenformation in the financial statements is still presented very simply andmanually. The difficulties encountered by owners are the lack of training courseson financial statements and SAK EMKM by practitioners, lack of time, theirprejudice that financial statements are difficult to understand, and the lowawareness to improve financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM.Keywords: Implementation of Accounting, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises(MSMEs), Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and MediumEnterprises.

Abstract

This research aims to determine employee attitudes, employee willingness to carry out work and employee seriousness when working on the work ethic of employees at PD. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research was conducted in Indragiri Hilir Regency at PD. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan. From the research results, there is an influence between employee attitudes, willingness to carry out work, employee seriousness of 84% which is influenced by work ethic. The remaining 16% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Partially test that Employee Attitude (X1) partially influences the work ethic of employees at PD. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan. Willingness to carry out work (X2) partially influences the work ethic of employees at PD. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan. The seriousness of employees when working (X3) partially influences the work ethic of employees at PD. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan. Simultaneous tests show that employee attitudes, willingness to carry out work, and seriousness of employees when working together influence the work ethic of employees at PD. BPR Gemilang Tembilahan.

Abstract

This study investigates the design of a needs-based Arabic learning module for first-year students at STIT Pringsewu through a descriptive qualitative case study approach. Using in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, key student themes emerged, such as high anxiety in speaking, reliance on the mother tongue for grammar, and a marked preference for multimedia input. Lecturer perspectives highlighted the importance of nahw mastery, time constraints, and student motivation. Analysis revealed gaps between curriculum intentions and classroom practice. The resulting conceptual module directly addresses these needs by integrating video dialogues, scaffolded grammar exercises, and affective support strategies. Expert review further refined the module to fit the cultural and instructional context of STIT Pringsewu. This research contributes a robust framework for curriculum improvement and suggests future studies to develop and test the module in real classrooms.
