Abstract

Information technology in various aspects of life has become inevitable in this digital era. In education, information technology has brought significant changes in learning methods and approaches. The development of information technology provides a great opportunity to renew minds and increase students' spirituality through the principles taught in the Bible, especially in Romans 12:2. This journal research was carried out using the literature study method, where the author analyzed data obtained from the latest books and journals that are relevant to this research topic. The use of digital platforms in the era of disruption has brought many innovative technologies that improve the educational process in schools. efficient. Christian Religious Learning Application: Use of mobile or web applications dedicated to Christian religious learning. This app can provide interactive learning materials, Bible verses, prayers, and other resources that facilitate understanding of the Christian religion. In the educational context, success in facing the challenges and competition in modern life is very dependent on the existence of education which can form individuals who have a holistic understanding of Science and Technology. Students who use information technology feel more motivated, their perspectives are open and they are enthusiastic about learning. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers and schools to utilize information technology in the learning process.   Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan telah menjadi hal yang tak terelakkan di era digital ini. Di bidang pendidikan, teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan peluang besar untuk memperbaharui pikiran dan meningkatkan spiritualitas siswa sesuai dengan prinsip yang diajarkan dalam Alkitab, khususnya dalam Roma 12:2. Penelitian jurnal ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan, di mana penulis menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal terbaru yang relevan dengan topik penelitian ini.Pemanfaatan platform digital pada zaman disrupsi membawa sejumlah teknologi inovatif yang memungkinkan proses pendidikan di sekolah menjadi lebih efisien.Aplikasi Pembelajaran Agama Kristen: Penggunaan aplikasi mobile atau web yang didedikasikan untuk pembelajaran agama Kristen. Aplikasi ini dapat menyediakan materi pembelajaran interaktif, ayat-ayat Alkitab, doa-doa, dan sumber daya lainnya yang memfasilitasi pemahaman agama Kristen. Di dalam konteks pendidikan, keberhasilan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan persaingan dalam kehidupan modern sangat bergantung pada eksistensi pendidikan yang mampu membentuk individu yang memiliki pemahaman yang holistik terhadap Sains dan Teknologi.Siswa yang menggunakan teknologi informasi merasa lebih termotivasi, perspektif terbuka mereka dan bersemangat untuk belajar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi guru dan sekolah untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Konflik umat beragama di Indonesia menjadi tantangan yang pelik dalam membangun keutuhan dan kesatuan wawasan bangsa. Dewasa ini, tidak jarang terjadihnya praktik keagamaan yang bersifat eksklusif yang melahirkan radikalisme dan fanatisme. Bahkan rawan terjadi diskriminatif dari kebanyakan kelompok terhadap minoritas. Artikel ini untuk menanggapi tantangan yang ada dengan menawarkan gagasan yang bersifat deradikalisasi. Salah satu cara yang ditempuh adalah mewujudkan moderasi beragama yang baik ditinjau dari prepektif pembelajaran agama kristen. Metode ini mengejawatahkan esensi ajaran agama yang melindungi martabat kemanusiaan serta membangun kebaikan universal yang berlandaskan prinsip adil, berimbang serta menaati konstitusi konvesi berbangsa. Moderasi beragama harus dipahami sebagai tanggungjawab bersama dalam menjaga keseimbangan yang paripurna. Dengan harapan bahwa semua suku, etnis, budaya, agama dan pihak politik hendaknya saling mendengarkan satu dengan yang lain serta belajar mengendalikan dan meluluh lantakkan perbedaan di antara mereka. Riset ini ditulis menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Bersumber pada hasil kajian, peran hamba Tuhan dalam mewujudkan moderasi beragama dengan meningkatkan perilaku saling mengasihi, meningkatkan perilaku saling tolong membantu, serta meningkatkan perilaku saling menghargai perbedaan. Kesimpulan akhir dari artikel ini adalah bahwa esensi peran Hamba Tuhan sangat penting. Peran ini mempunyanyi nilai simbiosis mutualisme terhadap bangsa dalam mewujudkan moderasi beragama yang baik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Christian Religious Education (CE) has a vital role in shaping students' moral and ethical development. This study aims to analyze the study of Proverbs 1:1-7 on students' learning motivation and interest in learning, as well as its impact on their moral and ethical development. This study used a qualitative approach by involving participants consisting of students in high school who received CE. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of documents, then presentation of data before concluding. The results showed that Proverbs 1:1-7 contributed positively to students' learning motivation. The material presented in the study provides a deep understanding of moral and ethical values in Christian teachings. This increases students' interest in learning because it sees the direct relevance between religious education and daily life. In addition, this study also has a significant impact on the moral and ethical development of students. Students develop a better understanding of the importance of integrity, honesty, and respect for others. This research has important implications for religious education practitioners and relevant stakeholders to consider the use of materials in curriculum and learning activities to improve the moral and ethical development of students.

Abstract

Moderation and literacy are effective approaches integrated in Christian religious education to counteract conflict in the digital space. Christian religious education has an important role in shaping the character and morals of Christians in a social environment that emphasizes the values of love, tolerance and mutual respect. However, in this connected digital era, new challenges arise in the form of hate speech that can threaten peace and unity. Hate speech on social media also damages the spiritual development of individuals. This research uses a literature data collection method with a descriptive qualitative approach. It found that the principles of moderation teach the importance of avoiding extremism and communicating wisely and are supported by the principles of digital literacy that help learners to critically understand, analyze, and appreciate the information they encounter. Solutive recommendations in the form of moderation and literacy principles in addressing the apparent problems in this topic will be elaborated by quoting Bible verses that emphasize emotion management, time management, and awareness of the impact of extremism.

Abstract

In Pintubesi, Deliserdang Regency, the population consists that ethnic groups and the oldest religion, Hinduism. There, harmony and tolerance prevail among the believers. Christians and Hindus show mutual tolerance and cordiality. This phenomenon attracts researchers by studying the teachings of marriage between the two religions, which is believed to be one of the stimulants for creating harmonization and tolerance. The research was conducted qualitative method, which data was collected through in-depth interviews. The data were reduced and analyzed to meet the research objectives. The results showed that a good and correct understanding of the religious teachings in the field of marriage according to the religious teachings in its adherents the impetus for creating harmonization and tolerance in Pintubesi. Marriage a way to produce offspring, and Hinduism believed that the child sends the parents to the Creator after his death. Hinduism emphasizes equality for all, maintain tolerance and harmony religious’s. Valuing religious appeasement is requirement that's passed down through generations. Thus, common for society to accept relatives giving up their religious status to marry other religions. Similarly, Hindus of the Karo-Batak tribe, maintain closed harmonious relations with Karo people. Acceptance of other, as well as one's own, was taught an early age. Therefore, in both Hinduism and Christianity, the establishment of the family should be based on correct and strict dogmas before the household is established. Because through this segment it becomes the door for creating harmony and tolerance in the community.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of spiritual formation in the application of spiritual ingredients to the working hypothesis to improve student learning. The focus of this study is to answer the need for a holistic approach in education that is not only centered on cognitive aspects, but also spiritual and emotional. This study formulates the main question: How can the application of spiritual formation through spiritual ingredients strengthen the working hypothesis in the context of student learning? The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings show that the integration of spiritual ingredients in the working hypothesis helps students develop a more reflective and transformative learning approach. This has a positive impact on their ability to face academic and personal life challenges. This study suggests the need for special training for lecturers in integrating spiritual values into teaching, as well as the development of a curriculum that explicitly considers spiritual aspects. The conclusions drawn emphasize that strong spiritual formation can be an important foundation in student learning to build holistic integrity and character.  AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji urgensi spiritual formation dalam penerapan spiritual ingredients pada working hypothesis untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran mahasiswa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menjawab kebutuhan terhadap pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan yang tidak hanya berpusat pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga spiritual dan emosional. Penelitian ini merumuskan pertanyaan utama: Bagaimana penerapan spiritual formation melalui spiritual ingredients dapat memperkuat working hypothesis dalam konteks pembelajaran mahasiswa? Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi spiritual ingredients dalam working hypothesis membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih reflektif dan transformatif. Hal ini berdampak positif pada kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik dan kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan khusus bagi dosen dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual ke dalam pengajaran, serta pengembangan kurikulum yang memperhatikan aspek spiritual secara eksplisit. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan menekankan bahwa pembentukan spiritual yang kuat dapat menjadi fondasi penting dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa untuk membangun integritas dan karakter holistik.Kata Kunci :Spiritual Formation, Spiritual ingredient, working hypothesis, pola pembelajaran

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer the issue of character crisis faced by today's students, by explaining the definition of character education and Christian Religious Education, Transformation of character education in Christian Religious Education, the urgency of differentiated learning studies on character education in Christian Religious Education, and the impact of student character transformation through Christian Religious Education based on differentiated learning. For this reason, the method used is qualitative with literature study techniques to analyze relevant literature related to character education and differentiated learning. The findings of this article show that differentiated learning studies can develop students' understanding of Christian values, strengthen spiritual self-awareness, and encourage active involvement in spiritual and social activities. The conclusion of this research makes a significant contribution to Christian Religious Education teachers as educators and students as learners, both theoretically and practically in the field of Christian Religious Education and daily life. In terms of theory, this research enriches the study of the integration of character education in Christian Religious Education with a differentiated learning approach.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, Pendidikan Agama Kristen menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks dalam menjawab kebutuhan dan dinamika abad 21. Artikel ini membahas transformasi kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen sebagai respon terhadap tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam merancang kurikulum yang relevan dan adaptif, termasuk integrasi teknologi, pengembangan karakter, dan pembentukan keterampilan berpikir kritis serta kreatif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber literatur, wawancara dengan pendidik, dan analisis kurikulum yang telah diterapkan di beberapa institusi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Kristen perlu mengalami pembaruan yang signifikan, dengan fokus pada pendekatan interdisipliner dan pengembangan spiritualitas yang relevan dengan konteks modern. Artikel ini menawarkan rekomendasi praktis untuk para pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengimplementasikan transformasi kurikulum yang dapat membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan, nilai-nilai, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di masa depan.

Abstract

Herding is the duty and responsibility of a shepherd. God calls a shepherd to perform a noble task. But in the present context the essence of grazing is incorrectly implemented. Therefore, it is important to understand the principles of herding based on 1 Peter 5:1-3 and to be used as an example in the practice of herding. The methods used are qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. 1 Peter 5:1-3 becomes the material of analysis coupled with other sources of refrence. The results obtained show that the main principles in herding are, herding voluntarily in the sense of not demanding reward, shepherding with devotion or faithfulness in service and being exemplary in words, deeds and attitudes. These principles need to be applied in the pastoring of present-day contexts. The goal is to lead the congregation to grow in faith.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Christian religious education philosophy in the process of forming students' faith. The research results show that teaching the philosophy of Christian religious education has a positive impact on the formation of students' faith. Students who are involved in teaching tend to have a deeper understanding of Christian teachings and develop a closer personal relationship with God. Additionally, this research also shows that committed teachers provide adequate Christian religious education and empower students to question and reflect on their faith in this process. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach. Descriptive research is research that aims to provide descriptions, explanations and validation according to the phenomena that occur and formulate problems worthy of being raised, contain scientific value and are not too broad and use factual data. The implication of this research is that the philosophy of Christian religious education plays an important role in the formation of students' faith.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami peran filsafat pendidikan agama Kristen dalam proses pembentukan iman siswa. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengajaran filsafat pendidikan agama Kristen berdampak positif pada pembentukan iman siswa. Siswa yang terlibat dalam pengajaran, cenderung memiliki pemahaman lebih dalam tentang ajaran Kristen dan mengembangkan hubungan pribadi yang lebih erat dengan Tuhan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa guru yang berkomitmen memberikan pendidikan agama Kristen yang memadai dan memberdayakan siswa untuk bertanya dan merenungkan iman mereka dalam proses ini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskripsif. Penelitian deskripsif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi, penjelasan, juga validasi sesuai dengan fenomena yang terjadi dan merumuskan masalah layak untuk diangkat, mengandung nilai ilmiah dan tidak bersifat terlalu luas serta menggunakan data yang bersifat fakta. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah filsafat pendidikan agama Kristen berperan penting dalam pembentukan iman siswa
