Abstract

The number of incidents of counterfeiting airport pas poses a risk of threats to aviation security that can result in aviation law violations, for that law enforcement is needed in order to provide a deterrent effect while realizing legal certainty against perpetrators of airport passport forgery. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the authority of the Region IV Airport Authority Office in law enforcement against counterfeiting airport pas, as well as what factors hinder law enforcement against counterfeiting airport pas, the objectives of this study are, first, to determine the authority of the Region IV Airport Authority Office in law enforcement against counterfeiting airport pas, second, to determine the factors that hinder law enforcement against counterfeiting airport pas. The research approach used is normative juridical, the normative juridical approach seeks to understand the law from a theoretical and philosophical perspective. This research uses normative legal research methods by analyzing various legal sources such as constitutions, laws, court decisions, legal doctrines, and opinions of legal experts. The results of this study are first, the authority of the Region IV Airport Authority Office in law enforcement against counterfeiting airport pas has not been maximized, as evidenced by the Region IV Airport Authority Office has never taken action in court against counterfeiting airport pas. Second, the factor that hinders the law enforcement of airport pass forgery is that the Region IV Airport Authority Office does not yet have the authority to investigate the criminal offense of airport pas forgery.

Abstract

Boycotting business competition is one of the prohibited agreements. The close historical relationship between Indonesia and Palestine means that Indonesia continues to support Palestinian independence. One of the most prominent reactions to this conflict was the boycott of Israeli products. Companies such as Danone and Coca-Cola, Starbucks which are affected by the boycott must make it clear to the public that the boycott actions that have been carried out so far are not in the context of business competition and do not violate Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Competition. Abstract

Internet digambarkan sebagai kumpulan jaringan komputer yang terdiri dari sejumlah jaringan yang lebih kecil yang mempunyai sistem jaringan yang berbeda.Revolusi kejahatan-kejahatan yang sebelumnya merupakan kejahatan konvensional kini berubah menjadi kejahatan cyber seperti hacking, phishing, internet extortion, internet fraud, judi online dan lain sebagianya.Teknologi menjadi sangat penting mengingat pendekatan teknologi pada hakekatnya merupakan langkah upaya penegakan hukum secara Pre-Emtif, Preventif dan Represif. Pre-Emtif yaitu dengan upaya dalam penyampaian informasi demi menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat terhadap dampak kejahatan judi online dan memberikan edukasi tentang akibat melakukan judi online yaitu berupa sanksi pidana. Dalam upaya Preventif yakni melakukan patroli cyber dan menjalin kerjasama dengan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika guna mencegah timbulnya kejahatan perjudian secara online.

Abstract

A political party is defined as an organization or association founded by an individual or group of individuals who seeks to place its members in government office for the purpose of carrying out desired political policies or programs. One thing that differentiates them from other associations is the matter of conveying a substantive interest in public affairs as part of their efforts to secure the election or election of their own representatives to public office through government policy. The right to nominate Pair Candidates for President and Vice President is the exclusive right of the parties participating in the election and is not permitted or there is no possibility at all for individual or independent Pair Candidates for President and Vice President other than those proposed by the political party or combination of political parties, and those proposed by non-party organizations. Abstract

Partai politik adalah kumpulan orang-orang yang memiliki kesamaan nilai, afiliasi, dan tujuan yang bekerja sama untuk memenangkan dan mencapai tujuan politik dan sosial mereka. Namanya berasal dari kata Yunani "pars", yang berarti "bagian" atau "bagian dari keseluruhan". Menurut Pasal 1 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2011, partai politik didefinisikan sebagai organisasi yang bersifat nasional yang dibentuk secara sukarela oleh sekelompok warga negara Indonesia atas dasar kesamaan kehendak dan cita-cita untuk memperjuangkan dan membela kepentigan politik anggota, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara, serta untuk memelihara keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Dari uraian diatas maka dirumuskan dua hal yaitu Pertama, pengaturan penyaluran bantuan sosial dalam hukum positif dan Kedua, pengaturan hukum yang mampu menjerat dalam hal terjadinya korupsi dana bantuan sosial politik yang terbukti bersumber dari APBN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, yang berfokus pada penelitian kepustakaan untuk mempelajari aspek ilmiah dan implementasi hukum. Pendekatan yuridis normatif melibatkan penelitian terhadap prinsip-prinsip hukum dan tingkat sinkronisasi hukum, atau penelitian yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini mencakup penelitian kepustakaan dan pengumpulan data sekunder seperti bahan hukum primer dan sekunder dan tersier. Juridis kualitatif, yang bersandar pada hukum positif, menggunakan analisis data. Hasil penelitian diolah secara kualitatif untuk menggambarkan kesimpulan dari data dan menjelaskan elemen yang tidak dapat diukur dengan angka. Metode ini menggunakan referensi acuan, dan validitas dan keandalan instrumen ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengujian dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bantuan Sosial merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan adalah dengan mempercepat proses mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan Tindak pidana korupsi memerlukan tindakan khusus karena termasuk dalam kategori tindak pidana khusus. Sebagai perubahan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, yang telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

Abstract

Bali is an area where one of the largest incomes comes from the tourismindustry. Tourism plays an important role in sustainable development in Bali. Sincebeing hit by the Covid 19 pandemic, development in Bali has been hampered. Torestore Bali's economy in the tourism sector, the government has created a strategywith a Visa on Arrival (VoA) policy for foreign tourists from several countries. Thisresearch was conducted to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of Visa onArrival (VoA) on regional development in Bali from the tourism sector and the impactresulting from the implementation of Visa on Arrival (VoA) in Bali. This research usesa normative method, using a case approach. Based on research, it was found that thesurge in tourist visits as a result of the implementation of the VoA policy gave rise tovarious new problems for the tourism industry in Bali, so the effectiveness of this policyneeds to be reviewed comprehensively and the negative impact of the implementationof VoA has resulted in mass tourism which has an impact on the sustainability oftourism objects in Bali.
