Abstract

The purpose of community service is to provide assistance for level improvement (Scale Up) related to Marketing management and Financial Management at MSMEs assisted by FEB UP I Made Instant Food. This method of implementing Community Service uses training and mentoring methods by the Community Service team. The result of this assistance is the creation of an Instagram account for marketing and preparation of reports on the cost of goods produced, cost of goods sold and profit and loss of business I Made Instant Food

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction, as well as the influence of the latter on employee performance and productivity at PT Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk, South Jakarta. By using SmartPLS 4.1.0.1 partial least square in analyzing the data from 135 respondents, it was found that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance but no influence on productivity, while job satisfaction has a positive effect on productivity but no influence on performance. The results showed that employee productivity has a significant influence on performance. Moreover, this study indicated that employee productivity mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and performance but fails to mediate the relationship between compensation and performance.

Abstract

Purpose: Community Service aims to train and assist in the digital marketing Android-based MSME products after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: The PkM method used was FGD, interviews, and random sampling from MSMEs in Sukabumi. Assistance with the digitalization of MSME products, and as a basis for implementing Android-based digital marketing for MSME products with marketing applications in marketplaces, such as; Lasada, Shoopee, and IG to increase sales for MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi Results: The results of this PkM are expected to be used to develop digital marketing for Android-based MSME products. PkM is important for creating the digitalization of MSME products and building society's entrepreneurial spirit. Limitations: By utilizing the digital ecosystem, MSMEs in Sukabumi City can overcome several existing limitations and open up opportunities to increase sales in local and wider markets. Contribution: The Pancasila University Jakarta Postgraduate School Abdimas Team together with Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi (UMMI) and Sukabumi MSMEs carried out community service with the theme "The Benefits of Marketing Digitalization for Android-Based MSME Products, such as; Moci, Krupuk, and typical Sukabumi culinary delights, to encourage increased sales." The event which was held offline was held at the Audit Lab of the UMMI Faculty of Economics in Sukabumi City, Friday (16/6/2023).

Abstract

Purpose: The article emphasizes the role of maqasid al-shariah as youth motivation towards the intention to be an entrepreneur. Method: This study is a quantitative research that collects data from 556 students across Indonesia and analyzes it through the Smart PLS statistical program to obtain results in both factor/indicator measurement and path analysis measurement. Results: The study found that maqasid al-shariah significantly affects the youth’s intention to become entrepreneurs. The sequence of the five maqasid al-shariah indicators, from the most dominant influence, is progeny, wealth, intellect, soul, and faith. Conclusions: This research provides valuable insight into the impact of Islamic principles, especially the Maqasid al-Shariah framework, on shaping entrepreneurial interests among university students. The emphasis on progeny and wealth reflects a dual commitment to maintaining family financial stability and contributing to community welfare through charitable efforts. Limitations: This study focuses solely on university students in Indonesia, potentially limiting the generalizability of the findings to other demographic groups. Additionally, reliance on self-reported data may introduce response or social desirability biases. Future research should adopt longitudinal approaches and more diverse samples to improve external validity.   Contribution: This study enriches research on maqasid al-shariah as a framework shaping religious motivation for entrepreneurship, an area that has not been widely explored. The findings also have implications for public policy and education, suggesting the integration of Islamic values into university curricula to enhance entrepreneurial character.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan karyawan PT. ZAF International. Metoda pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yang diuji sebanyak 45 responden. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form pada karyawan PT. ZAF International. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work stress on employee performance. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to PT employees. ZAF International. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and data processing using SPSS 25. Based on partial research results, it shows that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work discipline has an effect on employee performance, but work stress has no effect on performance. Employee. Employee. And simultaneously the research results show that the variables Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Stress influence employee performance. Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance entrepreneurial literacy among Generation Z students by optimizing business opportunities through the use of Google Trends. Conducted at SMA Bintara 1 Depok, the activity involved 30 students from grade 11 and was carried out through a descriptive and participatory approach. The methodology included a combination of pre-test, lecture-based training, interactive discussions, post-test, and satisfaction surveys. Data were analyzed descriptively to measure improvements in students’ knowledge. Results showed a significant increase in understanding, with pre-test scores at 6.1% and 3% for Google Trends knowledge and usage respectively, rising to 97% and 93.9% after the intervention. The training successfully introduced students to the practical application of digital tools for market research and business strategy development. The program proved effective in fostering critical thinking, creativity, and systematic decision-making, thus contributing to the preparation of digitally competent young entrepreneurs for the evolving market landscape.

Abstract

SME Business Development Strategy: SWOT and EFE-EFI Analysis. The purpose of this research is to determine the profile, condition, and model of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) business development strategy. The study used 40 respondents selected in a multi stage. Research location in Gresik Regency East Java determined four villages by purposive as the sample unit. Each unit was randomly taken ten perpetrators of SMEs processing marine fish as respondents. Data were analyzed by SWOT and EFE-EFI analysis. The results explained that most SMEs are young and well educated. Most SMEs are not yet legal entities. The level of ability of SMEs in managing the business and the level of achievement of marketing performance is good. The model of SME's business development strategy is S-O. Hope that SME's are more optimizing their strengths to take advantage of opportunities that are as optimal as possible.

Abstract

Orientasi riset ini yakni memahami dampak yang diterima kinerja pegawai dari disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja yang berlangsung di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia Jakarta Selatan. Metode deskriptif dengan riset kuantitatif menjadi langkah yang dipilih penulis dalam mengoperasikan kajian ini. Kuesioner dimaknai sebagai teknik agar data terkumpul yang berupa daftar pernyataan yang disebar kepada 91 pegawai di lembaga terkait yang menjadi sampel. Data ditelaah melalui langkah yang dioperasikan yakni menerapkan penggunaan SPSS 25 untuk proses Regresi Linier Berganda. Kesimpulan temuan riset berupa implikasi positif secara simultan dan parsial yang diterima kinerja pegawai dari unsur disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja dengan bukti signifikan yang berlangsung di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia Jakarta Selatan.
