Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan produktivitas dan pendapatan petani tebu rakyat (TR) berdasarkan kelompok sumber permodalan, yaitu Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), kredit komersial, dan modal mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan pada lima wilayah kerja pabrik gula (PG) di Jawa Timur yaitu PG Pradjekan, PG Semboro, PG Kedawoeng, PG Gempolkrep, dan PG Ngadiredjo. Jumlah responden sebanyak 150 petani dipilih secara purposive sampling sebanyak 30 responden per PG. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan usahatani dan uji statistik One Way ANOVA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam produktivitas dan pendapatan antar kelompok sumber permodalan kecuali pada PG Gempolkrep. Pada PG Gempolkrep ditemukan adanya perbedaan signifikan dalam produktivitas tanaman PC (p = 0,001) dan RC (p = 0,003), serta pada pendapatan tanaman PC (p = 0,012) antara pengguna KUR dengan kredit komersial dan mandiri. Pendampingan teknis dan sistem pembiayaan KUR dapat berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi dan hasil usaha tani yang lebih optimal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya akses pembiayaan formal dan kemitraan kelembagaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja petani TR.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman merupakan industri hilir dari sektor pertanian yang berpeluang menyerap tenaga kerja dan pemakaian produk dalam negeri, salah satunya adalah tanaman bunga rosella memiliki potensi besar menjadi bahan baku inovasi dalam industri makanan dan minuman. Salah satu sentra produksi bunga rosella berada di Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri, yang mana umumnya rosella hanya dipasarkan dalam bentuk bunga kering dan kurang memiliki diversifikasi produk. Selain itu terbatasnya pengetahuan, keterampilan dan fasilitas produksi menyebabkan kelompok tani tidak memiliki motivasi dalam mengembangkan produk olahan bunga rosella. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat akan memberikan pelatihan manajemen usaha dan pendampingan usaha kepada kelompok tani dengan tujuan meningkatkan nilai jual bunga rosella serta meningkatkan nila jual melalui diversifikasi produk berupa minuman siap konsumsi dan tea bag siap seduh. Hasil kegiatan lain adalah memperoleh izin usaha dan pengembangan pelatihan terkait promosi serta pemasaran produk olahan bunga rosella baik secara offline maupun online dengan membuat e-commerce pada situs-situs penjualan.

Abstract

Farmers in Indonesia generally have limited production factors, but on the other hand, they want to increase their farming business's production. This requires farmers to use their production factors efficiently. Efforts to increase farmer productivity and income are not easy because, in general, farmers in Indonesia have limited production factors and land. One measure that can make to meet this demand is to do farming, especially food crops, namely organic rice. Therefore, it is necessary to develop organic rice plants through the development of cultivation and application of technology, increasing business capital, investment, and product promotion facilities, as well as institutional facilities and partnerships between producers and business actors in organic rice production and marketing centers. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the effectiveness of rice farming in Pagung Village and (2) to analyze the influence of production factors on land area, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and labor. This aim is expected to increase rice production and farmer income in Kepanjen District. The research used a sample of 80 rice farmers spread across Pagung Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. The selection of respondents used the simple random sampling method because it is assumed that the population characteristics of each farmer were relatively homogeneous

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the determinants of consumer behavior in purchasing halal products by evaluating the relative influence of psychological and behavioral factors. Given the inconsistent findings reported in previous studies, this research seeks to provide a clearer understanding of the drivers of halal product consumption across different contexts. Design/Methodology/Approach: A meta-analysis was conducted by synthesizing eighteen empirical studies published between 2014 and 2024. Using a random-effects model, the study calculated Standardized Mean Differences (SMDs) for eight variables, including halal awareness, halal logo, attitude, religiosity, trust, subjective norm, purchase intention, and actual buying behavior. Publication bias was also assessed to ensure the robustness of the analysis. Findings: The results indicate that attitude (SMD = 0.331, p = 0.050) and purchase intention (SMD = 0.238, p = 0.197) are the strongest predictors of halal product purchasing behavior. In contrast, religiosity (SMD = −0.279, p = 0.030) shows a statistically significant but negative relationship, suggesting that religious commitment alone may not sufficiently explain consumer behavior without contextual enablers such as certification trust, accessibility, and product availability. Meanwhile, halal logo and consumer awareness demonstrate smaller and more heterogeneous effects across studies. Originality/Value/Novelty: This study contributes to the literature by providing a quantitative synthesis of factors shaping halal product purchasing behavior through meta-analysis. The findings highlight the importance of integrating psychological determinants, particularly attitude and purchase intention, with contextual market factors to better understand consumer behavior in halal markets.
