Abstract

Perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat terhadap makanan beku dan sifat produk pertanian yang mudah rusak menjadi motivasi salah satu home industry di Kabupaten Banyuwangi mengolah bahan dasar kentag menjadi kroket kentang isi. Peluang ini menjadi tujuan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah dan besaran keuntungan dari usahanya. Dari hasil dan pembahasahan menggunakan metode milik Hayami, usaha kroket kentang isi ‘Antasari’ memiliki nilai tambah per kilogram input sebanyak Rp30.000,- dengan rasio sebesar 33,33%. Begitu pula dengan pendapatan tenaga kerja setiap kilogram kentang mendapatkan sebanyak Rp 13.500,-. Semakin banyak input yang digunakan dalam proses produksi kentang kentang isi maka semakin besar pendapatan tenaga kerja yang diperoleh. Margin bernilai positif sebesar Rp 75.000,-, memiliki arti bahwa usaha ini mendapatkan keuntungan dan nilai tambah. Persentase tertinggi yang menyusun margin adalah sumbangan input lain sebesar 60% yang terdiri dari input ayam dan wortel dengan harga lebih tinggi daripada kentang sebagai input utama. Usaha kroket kentang isi ‘Antasari’ dapat terus melakukan pengembangan usaha dan peningkatan nilai tambah dengan cara menjaga kualitas dari produk sehingga memberikan dampak kepada konsumen yang loyal.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction plays an important role in expanding the marketing area of a product brand. Consumer satisfaction can be determined by the suitability of the quality of the product and also the price received by consumers. Putri Koki Premium Rice can currently dominate the rice market in Jember Regency. Based on this statement, this research was conducted to find out how much product quality and price can influence consumer satisfaction for Putri Koki Premium rice in Jember Regency. Multiple regression analysis was used in this research and the sample was 100 respondents who were consumers of Putri Koki Premium rice. The results of calculations using SPSS software state that the quality and price variables of Putri Koki Premium rice jointly and partially have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination value obtained was 70.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality dimensions on tourist satisfaction at Kampung Coklat agrotourism in Blitar Regency, East Java, Indonesia. As a popular agrotourism destination offering education on cocoa cultivation and chocolate processing, Kampung Coklat has significant potential to contribute to the local economy. However, gaps remain in the implementation of integrated and sustainable marketing strategies that align with tourist expectations. Using the ServQual model, this research applies multiple linear regression to measure the partial and simultaneous effects of five service quality dimensions—tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, reliability, and assurance—on tourist satisfaction. Data analysis shows that the service quality variables collectively explain 69.9% of the variation in tourist satisfaction, while the remaining 30.1% is attributed to external socio-economic factors such as income, education level, and household size. The t-test results indicate that empathy, reliability, and assurance significantly affect satisfaction, whereas tangibles and responsiveness do not have a significant impact when considered individually. The findings suggest that high-quality service, particularly in terms of emotional connection, trustworthiness, and staff competence, is essential to enhancing tourist experiences. Although limited by the scope of variables considered, this study offers valuable insights for agrotourism managers in designing strategies to improve service satisfaction and promote return visits.

Abstract

Konsep kepuasan pengunjung dan pariwisata berkelanjutan menjadi bagian penting yang harus dipertimbangan pada sektor pariwisata. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan analisis pengembangan potensi pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dengan mengacu pada komponen 4A (attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varibel daya tarik (attraction) (X1), aksesibilitas (accessibility) (X2), fasilitas pendukung (amenity) (X3), dan variabel pelayanan tambahan (ancillary) (X4) menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat kunjung ulang (Y) wisatawan Jember Tin Garden (JTG). Dari segi atraksi, JTG menawarkan pemandangan yang indah, aktivitas yang menarik mulai dari proses pembibitan hingga pengolahan tanaman tin. Sedangkan dari segi aksesibilitas, JTG mampu memberikan kenyamanan pada lokasi yang sejuk, luas, dan instagramable. Pada segi fasilitas pendukung, JTG telah menyediakan lahan parkir yang memadai hingga mushola namun masih perlu adanya peningkatan ketersediaan jumlah toilet bersih. Dari segi pelayanan tambahan, pengelola JTG masih perlu melakukan peningkatan pelayanan terutama pada pelayanan pusat informasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu penggerak roda perekonomian di Indonesia adalah kontribusi dari Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Keberadaan UMKM diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam upaya penanggulangan permasalahan ekonomi khususnya di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan era setelah pandemi Covid-19. Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat dapat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan salah satunya pada aspek perdagangan. Pandemi covid yang terjadi telah mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam hal pembelian secara online. Salah satu sistem perdagangan yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini dikenal dengan istilah digital marketing. E-Commerce merupakan platform transaksi bisnis melalui jaringan elektronik berupa internet. Pengenalan dunia teknologi khususnya bidang digital marketingdilakukan pada pelaku UMKM di Perumahan Tegal Besar Permai II Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juni 2022 sampai bulan November 2022. Tahapan kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelatihan pemanfaatan platform Shopee, pendampingan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Adapun luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta meningkatnya kemampuan manajemen dari UMKM di Perumahan Tegal Besar Permai II.

Abstract

The motivation and compensation used by companies are one way for employees to achieve company goals through good performance. Bandar Lampung City Health Service employees are one of the government agencies engaged in the health sector. This research aims to assess whether motivation and compensation impact the performance of Bandar Lampung City Health Service employees. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method, and the purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample. The population used was Bandar Lampung City Health Service employees, totalling 70 respondents. Observation findings show that motivation and compensation influence the performance of Bandar Lampung City Health Service employees.

Abstract

The implementation of this research is to answer three questions, including: (1) measuring the score of the Food Security Index (IKP) in the Besuki Residency, (2) mapping the distribution of priority areas for food insecurity in the Besuki Residency, and (3) providing recommendations for overcoming food insecurity problems. The data used is secondary data collected from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Health Service, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Analysis of the score of the Food Security Index uses seven indicators that are classified into three aspects, namely aspects of food availability, aspects of food accessibility, and aspects of food utilization. The determination of priority groups for vulnerable category areas refers to the cut-off point of the Food Security Index. Determination of recommendations for handling the vulnerable category areas using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of the study showed that: (1) the score of the Food Security Index in Besuki Residency area is 85.28 and this score is included in resistant category (fifth priority), (2) the distribution of priorities for vulnerable category areas in Besuki Residency area is divided into three categories, namely very vulnerable, vulnerable and slightly vulnerable, and (3) there are programs that have been implemented by the East Java Provincial Government as an effort to overcome for vulnerable areas. However, in its implementation, it is still necessary to pay attention to the equity in all regions by considering the various conditions and resources of each region. In addition, there is a need for integrated supervision in its implementation, so that the policy can take place more measurably.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTomatoes are one of the fruit commodities that can grow in the lowlands and highlands. However, the high water content makes tomatoes unable to last for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify tomatoes in order to have a higher selling value. One way of handling it is by processing tomatoes into dried candied fruits. Candied tomatoes in the form of dates at one of the UKM Kurmat (tomato dates) located in Lumajang Regency is a relatively new product so that it can provide a new alternative in creating business opportunities. The development of the candied tomato business in UMKM faces various obstacles. An appropriate business development strategy is needed through strategic planning to face intense competition. The results of the analysis using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) on tomato date SMEs in Lumajang Regency show that this candied tomato business has been able to make good use of its strengths even though there are still some weaknesses. Capital is a factor that must be considered so that the business can develop properly. In addition, the threats faced by candied dates are more dominant than the opportunities that exist, namely the wider market reach of competitors so that the results of the SWOT analysis indicate that a business development strategy is needed in the form of supporting a diversification strategy or an ST (Strength and Threats) strategy in the form of implementing drying in accordance with GMP standards, analyzing risk management appropriately to avoid losses due to rising prices of supporting materials, applying appropriate promotional tools and attracting consumer interest, prioritizing the competitive advantages of products owned as a promotional event.

Abstract

Agroeduwisata petik jeruk merupakan salah satu program layanan wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Teaching Factory Kebun Inovasi Polije sebagai bagian dari upaya menuju kampus agroedutechnopark. Salah satu infrastrktur penunjang penting yang belum dimiliki kawasan agroeduwisata petik jeruk Polije ialah wahana swafoto bagi pengunjung. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim pengabdian Jurusan Manajemen Agribisnis Polije untuk melakukan pengembangan infrastuktur penunjang agroeduwisata petik jeruk Polije melalui pembentukan wahana swafoto pengunjung. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan melalui survei pendahuluan, penentuan titik lokasi dan konsep, pemenuhan kelengkapan, perbaikan dan penataan wahana, serta monitoring evaluasi hasil pembuatan wahana swafoto pengunjung agroeduwisata petik jeruk Polije. Kegiatan pengabdian telah terlaksana dengan baik dan menghasilkan wahana swafoto berupa rumah traktor yang telah direnovasi dan diberi sarana penunjang berupa frame foto bertema media sosial Instagram dan keranjang dengan buah-buhan artifisial. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pengunjung terhadap agroeduwisata petik jeruk Polije yang berdampak pada peningkatan penerimaan Teaching Factory Kebun Inovasi Polije.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the eco-friendly farming technology is highly dependent on how farmers view and assess the role of extension workers. This study aims to analyze farmers' perceptions of agricultural extension workers in the application of eco-friendly farming technology. This study used a survey method from the results of interviews through questionnaires to 50 farmers in Mojo District. The results showed that the environmentally friendly agricultural technology was in the high category except for the role of extension workers as facilitators. The role of agricultural extension workers had an influence on the application of environmentally friendly agricultural technology by 47.7%. The role of extension workers as motivators and consultants partially had a positive effect. The role of extension workers as educators had a negative effect. This shows that the higher the intensity of extension and the increase in the application of environmentally friendly agricultural technology, the lower the farmers' trust in agricultural extension workers. The variables of the role of extension workers as catalysts, communicators and facilitators partially do not affect. The process of implementing the latest technology is influenced by several driving factors at the farmer level, including farmer characteristics, the nature of technology and competition between extension workers.
