Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of service, location and learners' satisfaction to loyalty learners against two English language institutions in Jakarta. Respondents involved in this study were 78 learners, the method used is non-probability sampling, the sampling pursposive. Data was collected by multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 software. Results of regression showed that the variables of service quality and significant positive effect on loyalty learners towards English language institutions, YPLTBI Lotte Shopping Avenue Kuningan Jakarta, quality of service and location together / simultaneous correlated with loyalty learners.  This study shows that the loyalty of the students in the institutions of English in Jakarta, YPLTBI Lotte Shopping Avenue Kuningan Jakarta can be influenced by factors of service quality and location of the Loyalty earners.

Abstract

Begin from early survey that shows how online business is growing rapidly at this time, such thing has stimulates me to do research about factors that affecting online business, particularly for online shopping consumer. I has limited time, then this research only focus on two factors that considered affecting the interest of online shopping, those two factors are the affect of shopping orientation and product  quality toward buying interest of online shopping.         The source of this research is from pleaded questionnaire to 50 respondents. The research is using descriptive quantitative method. Through data analysis by using SPSS instrument. The result shows the truth of hypothesis that each of shopping orientation and product quality affect partially toward buying interest of online shopping and affect simultaneously as well.

Abstract

This article focuses on the role of digital technology in the development of Christian education in the digital era. The article presents the research background by explaining the importance of adapting Christian religious education to technological advancements and the demands of the time. The objective of this study is to answer questions related to the role of digital technology in the development of Christian education. The research methodology employed in this study is a qualitative approach using a literature review. Through literature analysis, the research findings conclude that by wisely utilizing digital technology, Christian education can become more dynamic, interactive, and relevant in the digital era. Digital technology enables more engaging learning experiences through the use of instructional videos, multimedia-based digital resources, and interactive simulations. However, challenges such as the negative influence on Christian values and the morality of students need to be addressed. In this regard, the responsibility of Christian educators is crucial in building students' character and ensuring the appropriate use of digital technology in accordance with Christian principles.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) desa binaan bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian mitra desa dalam mengelola usaha ekonomi lokal berbasis sumber daya lokal. Mitra desa binaan pada kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK RW 02 Kelurahan Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan, yang memiliki usaha produksi dan penjualan cheese stick. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membantu mitra dalam menyederhanakan proses pencatatan transaksi dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui penggunaan aplikasi kasir berbasis web. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi pengambilan data melalui wawancara hingga pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, serta evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Aplikasi kasir yang digunakan menyediakan fitur pencatatan transaksi otomatis, pengelolaan inventaris, dan laporan keuangan secara real-time. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa percaya diri dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi, dan pelatihan dinilai relevan dengan kebutuhan serta mudah dipahami.Hasil implementasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan transaksi, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas ibu-ibu PKK RW 02 dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pengembangan usaha. Program ini menjadi bukti penerapan teknologi dalam mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak remunerasi dan stres kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. Indonesia Medikal Instrument. Kedua faktor ini, remunerasi yang diterima karyawan dan tingkat stres yang mereka hadapi, diyakini memengaruhi motivasi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei yang melibatkan 65 karyawan PT. Indonesia Medikal Instrument. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, sementara remunerasi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun remunerasi penting, pengelolaan stres kerja yang lebih baik jauh lebih penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan aspek manajemen stres, agar karyawan dapat tetap termotivasi dan produktif di tempat kerja.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Brand awareness sangat penting dalam sebuah bisnis, karena dapat mengukur kemampuan konsumen untuk mengenali atau mengingat suatu merek. Beberapa faktor dapat menjadi penentu keberhasilan dalam menciptakan brand awareness. Tujuan: Dalam penelitian ini, faktor-faktor yang dapat dikatakan mempengaruhi kesadaran merek adalah pemasaran digital dan dari mulut ke mulut. Metode: Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen atau pengikut Sportaways.com sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sampling non-probabilitas, yaitu purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 26, dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa, baik sebagian atau bersamaan, variabel pemasaran digital dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut memiliki efek positif dan signifikan pada kesadaran merek. Hasil: hasil dari peneltian ini adalah membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis bahwa Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Sportaways.com. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Word of Mouth terhadap Brand Awareness Sportaways.com, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil dari peneltian ini membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis bahwa Digital Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Sportaways.com. Hasil dari peneltian ini membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis bahwa Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Awareness Sportaways.com. Besaran pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Word of Mouth terhadap Brand Awareness toko retail olahraga Sportaways.com dapat diketahui melalui koefisien R Square (R2) sebesar 0,738 atau 73,8%. Berdasarkan  hasil  Uji  F  dapat  diketahui bahwa secara bersama-sama variable independen Digital Marketing (X1) dan Word Of Mouth (X2) yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Brand Awareness (Y)
