Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Metode Pembelajaran Digital pada aplikasi speech act untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam pencapaian hasil pembelajaran yang diinginkan, penetapan, dan pengembangan metode pembelajaran digital pada aplikasi speech act pada anak berkebutuhan khusus berdasarkan pada kondisi pembelajaran yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi aplikasi speech act untuk melatih bahasa dan bicara untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus di SPS Alam Atifa Bogor, Jawa Barat. metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yakni anak autism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue, and income, determine the R/C value and break-even point of the cassava tape agro-industry business in Gandamekar Village, Kadungora District, Garut Regency. The research using the census method. The number of cassava tape craftsmen is 12 people. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and carried out in one production process. The results showed that: The cost of the cassava tape agroindustry in Gandamekar Village in one production process averaged IDR. 440,313.83 and the average revenue was Rp. 628,333.33 so that the average income earned by the artisans was Rp. IDR. 188,035.35 in one production process. The R/C value of the cassava tape agro-industry business in Gandamekar Village is R/C ratio = 1.42 for every cost incurred of IDR 1, you will get a profit of IDR 0.42. (3) The break-even point for the cassava tape agroindustry  revenue point is IDR. 10,421.06, the price break-even point is IDR.5,857.36 and the average production volume break-even point is 52.67 kg.

Abstract

Anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus membutuhkan pendekatan pendidikan yang inklusif dan beragam untuk mendukung perkembangan mereka secara optimal. Sekolah Alam Atifa merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki konsep pembelajaran berbasis alam, yang menawarkan pengalaman belajar yang holistik dan menyenangkan. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, motorik, kognitif, dan berfikir kritis anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui kegiatan berkebun dan peternakan kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 10 anak berkebutuhan khusus usia 4-7 tahun di Sekolah Alam Atifa. Curriculum Enrichment Gardening dan Little Farm diimplementasikan dalam program pendidikan sehari-hari, dengan melibatkan kegiatan seperti menanam dan merawat tanaman, memelihara hewan kecil, dan mempelajari siklus kehidupan alam. Implementasi Curriculum Enrichment Gardening dan Little Farm di Sekolah Alam Atifa menunjukkan dampak positif pada anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus. Mereka mengalami peningkatan keterampilan, kemampuan motorik anak-anak juga meningkat, secara kognitif, anak-anak memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik, mengembangkan rasa tanggung jawab, kepercayaan diri, dan ketekunan serta meningkat dalam berfikir kritis.Implementasi ini dapat diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan lainnya untuk mendukung perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus secara holistik dan inklusif

Abstract

The region's mining industry is one endeavor aimed at enhancing economic conditions. To be sure, a major boost to economic growth can come from involving the mining industry as one of the tactics to strengthen the local economy. The aim of this study is to determine the degree to which environmental sustainability is taken into consideration during the planning and execution of mining operations, as well as the environmental repercussions that these activities produce in the context of economic development. The research methodology used in this study is qualitative normative juridical descriptive research. Literature reviews from books and journals are used in the data collection method. According to the study's findings, mining operations can harm nearby ecosystems by degrading the soil, contaminating water supplies, and emitting harmful air pollutants. Human health as well as the survival of the local flora and wildlife may be seriously impacted by mining waste and the pollution that results from it. Innovation and green technologies in the mining industry can assist lessen harmful effects on the environment. Keywords: Economics, Environment, Mining.

Abstract

Minimnya pengetahuan guru-guru RA di Kecamatan Jatiluhur mengenai keberagaman anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan permasalahan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dalam memahami tentang pengertian, jenis, karakteristik dan penyebab anak berkebutuhan khusus bagi para guru Raudhatul Athfal Kecamatan Jatiluhur Kabupaten Purwakarta. Workshop ini dibagi dalam tiga sesi. Sesi pertama adalah Pre-Test dan pembahasan materi tentang keberagaman anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pada sesi dua, peserta diberikan studi kasus dengan melihat video dan mendiskusikan dengan kelompoknya terkait video dan sesi tiga diakhiri dengan Post-Test. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya tingkat pengetahuan guru-guru RA dari 25% menjadi 70% dari keseluruhan peserta workshop yang dapat memahami dengan baik tentang keberagaman anak berkebutuhan khusus dan karakteristiknya.

Abstract

Children with special needs require an inclusive and diverse approach for education to supporting their optimal development. Sekolah Alam Atifa is an educational institution with a nature-based learning concept, offers a holistic and fun learning experience. Its main objective is to improve the social, motor, cognitive and critical thinking skills of children with special needs through gardening and small farming activities. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research participants consisted of 10 children with special needs aged 4-7 years at Atifa Nature School. Curriculum Enrichment through Gardening and Little Farm are implemented in the daily education program, involving activities such as planting and caring for plants, raising small animals, and learning the life cycle of nature. The implementation of Curriculum Enrichment through gardening and “Little Farm” at Atifa Nature School shows a positive impact on children with special needs. They experienced an increase in skills, children's motor abilities also improved. Cognitively, children gained a better understanding, developed a sense of responsibility, confidence, and perseverance and improved in critical thinking. This implementation can be adopted by other educational institutions to support the development of children with special needs in a holistic and inclusive manner.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of principals' academic supervision on teacher performance. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. One of the main tasks of school managers is academic supervision, which has a direct impact on the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. This study analyzed 15 relevant national journal articles. These articles were obtained through a careful search of Google Scholar and SINTA. The results show that principals' academic supervision has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, both directly and through mediating variables such as leadership, school culture, and work motivation. This article emphasizes how important it is for principals to be actively involved in implementing continuous, planned, and organized academic supervision if they want to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of organizational culture variables, human resource quality and performance motivation against work discipline as a intervening variable. The research object was conducted at the Correctional Institution class IIA of Batam City. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture to employee performance, influence of human resource quality to employee performance, influence of work discipline on employee performance, organizational culture influence, human resource quality and motivation to employee performance through work discipline, as well as knowing greater where direct influence than indirect influence between organizational culture to performance through work discipline, quality of human resources to performance through working discipline and motivation to performance through work discipline. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 employees and the analytical models used in this study were descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analyses with the SPSS for Windows 20.0 program. The results of this study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline. The quality of human resources has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work discipline. Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee work discipline. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The quality of human resources has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Human motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
